We rented the Mercedes-Benz “Party Bus” for a High School Prom. Perfect size for 12, very roomy on the inside and the service was prompt and professional.

Booked this for after a concert to have a comfortable and punctual ride home. The driver was unfriendly and did not seem very comfortable/experienced driving a limo. He also didn’t seem to know the Salt Lake area well and the company ended up tacking on a few additional charges that we weren’t made aware of ahead of time. For almost $500, you’d think they would at the very least offer water. Plenty of other options to chose from in SLC, I would avoid this one.

We were part of a group picked up from a show a couple of weeks ago. We asked our driver to do an additional drop off 1 mile down the road and then tipped him in cash for his time. We were charged an extra $90 that we were not told about and the company has been extremely rude and hard to deal with since. If we had been told about the extra charge we would have gotten a $10 Uber or even walked the mile. I recommend avoiding this company.

Be aware! This company uses several Google review sites for the same business, most likely to try and “run away” from the bad reviews left by their unprofessionalism.The driver was rude from the beginning. They act like it’s some sort of “VIP” experience but they don’t even provide water bottles for the drive. The driver didn’t offer to explain how to use the audio system. He took the longest way home possible.At the end of our drive there were 4 passengers who asked to be dropped off less than a mile down the road. The driver gladly accepted the extra tip he was given and dropped off the remaining 4 passengers agreeing that this wouldn’t be an issue at all.The company has now charged us an additional $90 for this extra 1 mile drop off with no explanation. The company instead has insisted on harassing us. Your driver agreed to take extra tip money for the additional drop-off point. It was less than 1 mile down the road.If you decide to book this company, expect to be over charged, harassed, and under delivered. There are plenty of other limousine companies who would be glad to take our business in the future. If I could leave zero stars I would.

My daughter and her husband used VIP Limousine service to transport them to Park city after their reception. The car was immaculate ready to go and Debbie the driver was totally professional. She helped out quite a bit with ice, Martinelli‘s, wine glasses, and getting everything else into the car and ready to go. I would recommend Debbie to anyone and VIP limousine as a professional service.

Jeff, Kevin and all the guys at VIP took excellent care of our group! We used them for airport transportation, as well as, moving around town for dinner and drinks. Communication was excellent, we never once wondered where they were and if they remembered the pickup. Could not have asked for better service, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. Highly recommend! Actually, don’t waste your time with another service - it doesn’t get any better than these guys!

Charged me an unexplained additional $90 fee and ignored me when I tried asking about it.Edit:In the driver’s response he mentioned I was extremely intoxicated, not the case at all, in fact I had work the next morning at 8 AM and the reason for getting a limo, was to skip the rush for Uber’s in order to get home quickly and get to sleep. Also, I have uploaded a photo of my text to the service and you can see proof that they are lying because I was polite, despite their dishonesty and certainly did not use any profanity, not to mention the company stopped responding to me.

Debbie our driver went out of their way to be on time, and to make sure my step daughter and her new husband were happy and comfortable on their limo ride.

Owner will add fees not previously agreed upon a couple days after don’t use this service.

VIP Limousine is such a great service! They are very professional and have a great attention to detail! They made me feel very important and special.

Great response and offer to help book rides

We rented a limo for prom and had to cancel due to Covid-19. They have been more then generous in helping us reschedule even though their policy wouldn’t normally accompany cancellations. I think it’s important to remember the small businesses that are there for us during these times. Just for that alone, I say you should give them a try. Get out of the house and enjoy a night on the town. They are super friendly and caring.

VIP Limo transports me using their black car service to and from the airport, frequently. They are not only on time but early. Each driver puts my luggage in the car and opens my door for me. The pick up point at the airport is so convenient and Ive never had to wait. The vehicles have been clean and each driver dressed impeccably!Lane and Nedzad are very polite and professional. I feel safe and comfortable with them. Mark and Michelle have also been my drivers. They are very courteous and pleasant as well.I have also used VIP stretch limo and the Mercedes for trips to the ballet and out to dinner. We had a wonderful time for my friends birthday. They drove us to dinner, picked us up then drove us to the piano bar and then home. Wow, VIP is awesome. Thank you for making my trips to the airport so stress free.

Amazing service. We got thier black car service from the airport when my family flew in for business. I then rented the black H2 stretch Hummer and toured the Christmas lights of Salt Lake. My 4 year old had a great time and the driver a Mr Doug Chamberlain could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable about the city. My son and his prom group of 6 couples rented a 2015 Mercedes limo last Saturday night. Philip was the driver and he was outstanding. He was on time and respectful of the entire group, but also had a lot of fun with them. He set clear limits, but was kind and funny. The prom group had a great time! There was extra time at the end of the night (towards our 5 hour limit) and he drove them around so that they had a wonderful ending to the evening. We would definitely rent from SLC Limo again.

Having never hired a limousine for a full evening event, and one that involved traveling to a crowded venue, I was tentative at best as I researched service providers. We had a wonderful experience with VIP Limousine! They emailed an invoice with all of the details and the agreed upon price so there was no question by either party as to what was expected. The driver did a great job getting a car full of kids to dinner and to prom and back home again.

Great experience working with these guys! We were in town for the premiere of our Red Bull Media House film and needed the cast/crew transported around town from the hotel, to dinner and then to the premiere. It was easy to get everything set up and the price was very reasonable for what we were asking, and such a last minute request. The limo was really nice and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Look forward to using them again in the future.

Great experience, they were willing to accommodate the unusual request of picking up our daughter and 7 friends in a stretch limo loaded down with pizzas! The driver Jake was great, immediately contacted me upon arrival, and Remington and the other office crew gave great service up front as well. They were in touch a few times before the big day. Rented the escalade limo last year, was an amazing experience, was for a daddy daughter dance, limo was clean, didnt smell or anything, and the driver was professional great. The kids obviously loved spending time in the limo. Im using these guys again this year because they were go great.

We needed a driver to pick up my boss and transport her to a meeting and then bring her back to the airport after the meeting. Of course, it would be the day the airlines was behind schedule. VIP picked my boss up and still got her to the meeting on time, even though her flight arrived 20 minutes late. They were professional, efficient, and very friendly. I am sure we will be contacting them in the future for similar situations. VIP relieved a great deal of stress and hassle. I would highly recommend using VIP for your business travel needs.

I was on the fence about taking the regular party bus out to Wendover for a company party but a friend told me their company uses VIP and Ive never had a better referral. Their Sprinter was absolutely top of the line and Jake was super helpful after I apologized for some pretty unruly behavior later in the evening. Absolutely incredible night and the party spent more time on the Sprinter than the hotel. The whole shpeel Jake gave about them having the newest and highest class limos in Utah was spot on. Its worth at least taking time to check out their fleet.

Disappointed in the limo service we received for our daughters wedding. The cadillac escalade did not have a working sound system. The wedding party spent much of their 45 min ride trying to get it to work, and the driver also pulled over to assist but could not get it system to work either. So no music for a celebratory event. When this was raised to the manager, the response was - I checked the system beforehand and it worked, and thanked me for raising a coaching issue with his driver? No acknowledgement of the experience we received and that it was not up to their standards. No acknowledgement of the poor customer service that was provided. You shouldnt have to ask if the limo sound system is working as part of your due diligence process. We spent $500 for a 45 min ride (we paid for their time between Salt Lake and Eden) to which there was no sound.

We needed VIP limo for a special event with our school on two separate occasions and both times VIP limo came through. We received prompt returned phone calls and really nice customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with VIP Limousine. We were needing their service to get to and from the SLC airport to pick some family members who were returning from a LDS mission. We provided the flight information with the professionals at VIP Limousine and they took take of the rest. They contacted us earlier than we had originally planned due to the flight coming in was about thirty minutes early. They arrived early and got us out to the airport just on time. Had VIP not been on top of their game our family members returning from their mission would have been waiting around for us. Overall we had a wonderful experience with VIP Limousine.

They are on time and professional, but outrageously expensive. On my last trip they charges an extra $20 for early pick-up. Mind you, pick-up was at 7AM.That is a normal working time for most people in the uS. So a 20 min ride to the airport was $110. To make matters worse the driver did not even have a water ready.

We had the black stretch hummer. The vehicle smelled of vomit, and it was sweltering hot in the back. I know its been a hot week, but the air coming out of the tiny vents was not cold. Extremely uncomfortable ride on the way downtown. By the time we got to the restaurant, we were all sweating. A serperate A/C system should be installed in the back. Also, the description of the car said there were three LCD TVs, the only one I saw was above the rock glasses (if that even was a TV). Heres part of what I read in the vehicle description:This 18 passenger Hummer H2 features a 165” stretch. Amenities include: Two-7” LCD TVs - One-20” LCD TV - Touch Screen Control For close to $150/hour, I think at least ice in the buckets should be included (there wasnt any), and some bottled water would be a nice touch (even Uber drivers provide that). Being hot and thirsty the whole time is not a great experience, I was surprised there was nothing in the bar and was unprepared. I didnt expect alcohol to be stocked, but I did think there would be ice/water.Another thing that would have been nice is if the driver took a moment to show us how things worked. We figured out the radio, but I think we missed out on other ammenities.For paying nearly $600, it was a sub-par experience.
