I read all the other reviews and thought “there’s no way this place is as great as some of these reviews indicate”. Man, I was wrong. This place is fantastic! The people were way nice and helpful. The facility was clean and felt safe/secure. There were shuttles ready to pick us up right after we parked. The drivers were helpful. It was so quick to the airport. When we returned and landed I looked at the app and it said “we see from your location that you’re near a pickup area and we’re sending a shuttle to pick you up!” Sure enough, a shuttle was there less than a minute later. Getting in/out and paying with the QR code in the app was crazy easy and efficient. I’d give it 10/5 stars if I could. Such a great experience!

Fast and convenient service. SO much better and faster than the airport economy lot. When we flew in on Sunday night the line for the economy lot shuttle was over an hour wait. We jumped right on the parking spot shuttle and were home before those people even got to their cars.

Entire process was quick and easy. We made our reservation and prepaid to make our arrival and check out faster. At arrival we were directed where to park and the shuttle was there with a minute. The driver wrote down our location and gave us a card to make it easier to find our car when we returned. We only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle after our return flight. Handed our location card to the driver and he took us straight to our car. Drivers were super polite and helped with all our bags. It was literally the easiest part travel days.

It was our first time parking here and guaranty it wont be the last. When we arrived the girl that helped us was really helpful and had great customer service. Super simple process and quick service. The shuttle came and pick us up where we parked so we didnt need to walk anywhere. The shuttle driver took our luggage and put in the shuttle for us. Quick trip to the airport. When we returned nothing changed, great service didnt have to wait long as shuttles come around every 5 minutes. They drop you off at your car. Great experience thanks.

A gentleman named Harold dropped me off at the airport, but he did more than that. First, when I pulled into your facility, two lovely ladies came out and told me to park in Section HH (I was in my F350 with a very large camper atop it.). I started to find my way there when Harold, in one of your vans saw me. He drove over and asked if he could be of assistance and I was very grateful when all I had to do was simply follow him. Then, after I parked, he saw me taking a picture of my spot (so Id remember where I parked) and he gave me a business card with my spot number written on it. Rare nowadays where you find someone so polite and attentive to the customers needs. Harolds exemplary service is enough for me to enthusiastically recommend your company to my friends, however, I also appreciated the easy online booking, the cleanliness of your facility and the fact that the area was very well lit.

Great experience. As we parked our car and pulled our bags out, a shuttle pulled up and picked us up at our vehicle. It was a quick trip to the airport from there. After returning from our trip, the app made it easy to find the pickup spot and we were off again to our car. Dropped off right at our trunk. It was great!

I would recommend the Parking Spot. It was nice and convenient and no worrying about our vehicle while we were on our vacation. Easy to park and they come and pick you up right at your car. I was also pleased with our return they were to us in less than ten minutes of us calling them when we arrived at the airport, they help load and unload your bags and you are dropped off right at your vehicle. Also loved that they have covered parking. It was a good experience and I will use it again.

Not happy with there solution and trouble I had when they charged my Credit card 350.00 at the start of my vacation. With my family. The previous time I used it. my parking was paid in full. They decided to charge me the time between that stay and my family vacation. Go figure.

I thought this was the parking company that allows you to reserve the spots at the actual airport. The website is confusing. Scan your code at the entrance and of course the code didnt work. Just assumed a glitch so proceeded to park in the reserved spots only to have to pay again when we left. Apparently a completely different company. Be careful and make sure you read the details very carefully.

I used Parking Spot when I lived in LA so they were my first choice when they opened here. Yesterday I flew in and out of SLC, my first time in the new airport. Parking Spot was the bright spot in the experience as they picked us up as soon as we parked, whisked us directly to the airport and picked us up quickly. I barely made my flight because the new airport has taken inefficiency to the next level. Even without being super busy the security line was backed all around the baggage carousels and the jaunt to my gate was about a mile. Usually my time allowance is way more than I need. Had Parking Spot not been so perfect I would never have made my plane, they literally closed up behind me. Also employees are great. Every interaction with them has been positive over the last 15 years in 2 cities.

Our family has used the covered and uncovered spots here and its always a great experience. They take you right to your car and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle from the airport, which is much appreciated.

An attendant helped me with the check- in which was a speedy process. A shuttle was there within a couple of minutes to pick me up and take me to the airport. Once back to Salt Lake they were quick to pick me up and took me straight to my vehicle. Great service!

Great experience. Got in at 1 am and they already had a bus on it way to come pick up everyone. Took around 5 mins to get from the airport to my car. The one thing I love is that they give you a card with your parking location and the driver was very nice. Will be using them again on my flight in October.

The Parking Spot may be a one of the best kept secrets of frequent travelers. It saves me 10-15 minutes on the departing end and again on the returning end of each trip. When going to the airport, I no longer need to haul my luggage from my car in the long-term parking lot to one of the shuttle bus stops, wait for the shuttle, then ride a crowded bus to the terminal entrance. At The Parking Spot, as soon as Ive parked my car the shuttle is there to pick me up; no hauling luggage and no waiting. Within minutes Im at the airport entrance, without fighting the weather or the long delays.

Very easy to book online and then locate on the day of. Plenty of parking options. We went with uncovered since our vehicle is always out in the open anyway. Shuttle came right away. Was clean and attendant was very pleasant. Ride home after our trip was just as easy and we were dropped off directly at our vehicle. Definitely worth the price!

Both departing and arriving were made easy by clean processes and helpful staff. Our departure was so easy and painless, that I called my father-in-law to tell him to do the same thing for a later flight. He did. We were both happy before and after our trips. I would use them again! I was a little worried about finding the shuttle when I parked, but literally seconds later it pulled up to my row and picked me up by my car. Everyone on the shuttle got picked up right next to their trunks, so yay for no long walks searching for the shuttle!They give you a card with your parking spot number so you can easily find your car when you return, which I thought was considerate.On my return, I only had to wait 3-4 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Parked with them for years and always reserved a spot and they did well. Last week July 2 I came in for my 6am flight and parked in uncovered parking. Parked and got all my stuff together and weighted for the bus to pick me up. 10 min go by and decided to call after the phone ringing for another 10 min. I walked the 0.5 Miles from my parking spot to the main office to get my ride to the airport. if you been here this is a good 500 ft of nothing between the coverer and uncovered parking. say 4 buses that blinded me with their headlights and nothing. After parking for 4 days i paid $10.50. Not only did I have to part out in no were and walk to the bus station and then walk but also have to pay more than if i just parked at the airport. The bus staff was great but the night manager was not very good.

Love that the drop-off and pick-up spot has changed at SLC airport. So much easier for those with disabilities. It is so easy to make an appointment online and just drop the car with a shuttle waiting for you. Love it.

Its a bit more expensive than parking in the economy lot at SLC airport, but the nice thing is that you get driven directly from your car in the lot to the terminal and back again when you return. You can pay a bit more for covered parking as well. Their shuttle drivers are prompt and courteous and arent afraid to help boost a bag or lend a hand to help someone elderly like I saw recently. Definitely want to tip the shuttle drivers. You dont need to call the shuttle on arrival either, since they make their rounds pretty regularly except late at night.

So easy to book online, check in and get out. Also, the best prices anywhere near the airport. Shuttle service is quick although the drivers are a hit and miss. Some will go out of their way to help with your bags and others just sit in their seat acting like they are annoyed.

Be very aware of their pricing model before you get started. 1 minute = 1 day, there is no discount for leaving before your set time and massive penalties if you do not. Setting the times of arrival and departure help them judge how many shuttles to have available at any given time but they also use it to massively overcharge you. If your flight is delayed and you miss your check out time they will add to your price the maximum day rate possible. There is absolutely no flexibility from them on this.I recommend setting your check out time to midnight on your last day to avoid this scenario. They will tell you this will hurt their shuttle availability but it might just save you paying the price for it.

This parking spot is easy to find. Someone else was at the gate to make sure the entrance machine could read the code on my phone, so that was helpful. And the pick up was nice and quick both departing and returning.

Always efficient and timely. We have used many other companies and none of them compare. I appreciate that there is very little wait time. When I pull in to my parking spot the shuttle is right there waiting for me to board. Upon return the shuttle is there waiting or shows up within minutes. I dont ever have to wonder where the shuttle is or when it is coming which makes my travel experience much less stressful.

Parking shuttle took way too long. Arrived at 11:30. We called once we landed. They told us to call again when we got our bags. Called right when we got our bags them over 30 minutes to pick us up. Park n jet or diamond appeared to be a better option- They probably have more shuttles circulating after hours.

We use this for the first time and I get away trip to arizona. We will absolutely be back and use the parking spot again. It is so much easier than the airport the shuttles are constantly running and the drivers are more than helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anybody else that is trying to travel out of salt lake City international.

Generally, reservations are easy to make and shuttles are frequent. However, during my last trip, the reservation system didn’t work and we had to wait a VERY long time for a shuttle. If this were my first experience I might not come back, but it wasn’t so I’ll be back again.

Ive never had issues parking here. Lot always seems secure. Shuttle runs regularly and drivers are great. The walk from drop off to ticketing is ridiculous but thats more of an airport issue.

Just went on the app to reserve parking for next week for a weeklong trip.-The option to pay now for the week was $82 for a week for the pay now and even more for the pay later (10.25 without tax per day)-airport parking is $10 every 24 hours-the Parking spot is more expensive than airport economy lot itself which seems crazy.My past experiences have been good. However, I would not pay more to park here than the airport. It is a further drive and drop off distance.

How this place has a 4.9 review is beyond me. If there were negative ratings they would easily qualify! Nearly cost me a trip to Cabo because the attendant lied to me for ½ an hour. We sat out in the freezing cold waiting for a bus to come. I kept calling him asking where the bus was and he said it would be there in 5 minutes. Totally lied multiple times. We ended up driving to the airport and parking in short term parking at $40/day so we didnt miss our flight. By the time we got there Delta said we didnt make it in time and wouldnt load our luggage and thus we couldnt get on the plane. If it were not for a very kind Delta agent (2 managers up the chain) we would have missed our flight. I WILL NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS AGAIN -- SO SO SO SO BAD AND SUCH LIARS!!!

Everything went smoothly and seemed to be a great price for the service received. We parked in the uncovered lot, they gave us a card with our parking stall on it, when we came back the shuttle took us straight to our car, our driver was very friendly and helped us load our luggage. They also provide an app with a shuttle tracker, once you walk to the pickup location at the airport the app will tell the driver to pick you up. I am 100% satisfied!

Excellent staff and very quick pickup. Organized and great app. The bus was pretty full and made a lot of stops. If you dont park in covered then the time to your car is about the same as airport parking- but a lot longer walk for pickup. Would probably use again.

Shuttles are clean and in good condition. Drivers are professional. The app is easy to use. The only issue I have is that the parking stalls are very small and it is hard to get my F-150 in and out of them, particularly in the covered parking.

It was cheaper and more convenient than airport parking. When we got back from our trip we realized that our car battery was dead and they sent a shuttle driver to help us jump start our car. Excellent service!!!

Pleased in the past. But super slow response. 5 minutes before they even started dispatching a bus and another 5-7 minutes until it arrived. Happened on a Sunday. Maybe they think people don’t travel on the weekends?

Drop off was easy. When we returned home there was some confusion on where my car would be. I think it came from first time parking there. Staff was great. Went out of their way to help me figure out. Finally, car was detailed while I was gone and looks great!

The overall experience was superb. The drivers especially were so friendly and helpful! The only issue I had was at the front gate entering. The employee was really curt and not very friendly.

The Parking Spot was super easy and convenient. The shuttle picked us up fast both arriving at the Parking Spot and the airport. I have used other parking services for the airport and the shuttle takes forever to pick me up and I would always see the Parking Spot shuttle one after another coming to the airport while I was waiting for my shuttle. I would use them more often, if it wasn’t so expensive. I went on the Labor day deal so it was cheaper. If they lowered their prices I would park there every time. The shuttle drivers where extremely helpful and offered each time to take our bags for us to put them on or off the shuttle. I would recommend using the Parking Spot. I gave a 4 out 5 just for the cost. The service was perfect.
