Total disregard for an appointment even though they demanded I make one. No masks AT ALL. At my time (I was early) I was completely ignored and you took walk-ins EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD YOU HAD TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENTYou even took trimmed a guys moustache and eyebrows when he just walked in and stood at your chair while someone was sitting there.Why would I go- even for free- when YOU DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.I had such high hopes but customer service is as important as clipper skill in a barbershop.You have no customer service.
