We used to love going to sports clips when Jax was there. Someone recommended Kesha so we decided to go with her. When she called him back, she was not happy and was not personable at all. Which everyone has their days plus it was really busy. I get it. When my son got done I didn’t take a real good look (I should have.. I know) but when we got home I realized the front was completely uneven, she totally missed one side of his head, and to top it off, one side is squared, while the other side is rounded. I understand that there was a extremely long wait and things were busy, but to mess up a kids hair cut that awful is ridiculous. It should be quality over quantity. We will not be going back.

Got my worst haircut I’ve ever gotten here. She was making fun of my last barber saying she was “blind” then shaves half my bangs like it’s normal. I’m tempted to go bald, that’s how bad the cut was.

Christi did my 6 year old sons hair and she was great with him and his haircut. I will definitely be back. Great atmosphere as well.

Is all according to whoever you get to cut your hair. But the turnover of employees must be great. You hardly see the same people there twice.the mobile app to set up an appointment is flawed in my opinion. At least I couldnt find a way to schedule when I wanted my appointment to be. When I scheduled an appointment it told me it was 15 minutes from when I did it. But they would hold the appointment for a half an hour. Seems to me you ought to be able to put your own time in.

Great cut Good service reasonable prices

Total hatchet job. Sides were shaved close but no attempt was made to blend the hair on top of my head with the sides. You could see the giant chop marks. I had to go to another barber to try to not make it look so stupid.

Horrible experience, I came in to have my sons hair cut ( on his birthday) and checked in ( his name came up on the screen) few people came in behind us and I’ve been waiting over 40 mins, so they call the other people ahead of us and I look and someone took my sons name off. Ridiculous. I got up to try and talk to someone but they ignored me. I will never return here.

Tried 3 different ways to register for same-day haircuts for my gradeschool-aged grandsons. No information online tells me that you can register only when the salon is open. Strike one. We tried calling. No luck. Strike two. We tried registering online after the salon opened. Failed again. Strike three.Once there, grandson #1 was getting his hair cut. While waiting with #2, I attempted to pay for both haircuts. Not possible. I was told we had to wait till both boys were in the barbers seat. Really?! It was abundantly clear to any sentient being that we were there until the boys hair was cut. Im out of strikes.Not impressed.

Always find a barber who will cut my hair good one time then never the same. Always perfect exactly the way I want it. Krissy has done my hair now multiple times and is by far amazing

As long as you communicate how you like your hair style, the stylists are very good at their jobs and the MVP is a great way to kick off a weekend. Plus you can’t beat getting to watch sports highlights!

I can not say enough good things about Sport Clips of North Salisbury and my stylist, Amanda Shockley. Amanda does a great job, she’s very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I’ve been going to see Amanda for about 3 years, prior to finding her, I would bounce from stylist to stylist and I’ve tried every shop in the area and wasn’t satisfied, she does a great job. Crissy at this sportsclip location is absolutely phenomenal. Not only does she cut hair very well, she has an amazing personality and is almost like a therapist. This world needs more people like her! I wil make sure to always come here now.

Rarely ever have to wait for a haircut and the women working there are always professional and polite. Would recommend the MVP haircut and wash service if youve had a hot day outside in the summertime.

Wow!!!! All I can say is Natasha is AMAZING! This place was such a pleasant surprise and has now become our destination for ALL our family cuts. Here’s why....we called asking if they cut “African American Men’s hair?” It was a yes....we figured...we have family that goes here...why not? We have a a multi cultural family with all grades of hair btw. Jamaal went in and came out brand new....faded and lined up! As we thanked Natasha she mentioned that Sports Clips does Haircuts for everyone...including ladies! Guess who got in the chair next? Me...inverted bob in need of a cleanup for months...Natasha is a gem....best invert I’ve had (wearing this variation 10 Years plus). I am overjoyed! Kids are coming back for their haircuts next! This is a long feedback...but so necessary as many people need to know more about these awesome experiences. Great Cuts....and equally important a fantastic individual who sparkled w positivity like Natasha. Sports Cuts give her a high five—-she has guaranteed 5 more regulars :)

I have been going to this Sports Clips for a little over 2 years. The staff is professional and always accommodating. The two standouts, however are Jax and Indiana. They always go over and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience and want to return. 10/10

I waited for 2 hours and I still did not get a cut

They have a very helpful and professional staff, especially Alexis and Jax. Sports Clips is the only place Ill go in Salisbury to get my haircut. The wait is never long, even on the busier days. It is definatly worth the price for the cut you get. Theyve got really good prices on their hair products as well. 5/5 easily

There are some very good stylists working here, I always just ask for the next available chair because I figure everyone knows what they are doing. Nope. The girl I got yesterday was terrible, I asked for a low fade and got a mohawk, and she didnt seem to know how to use scissors.

This experience was among the worst when it comes to haircuts. I got a discount and still payed $17 for an incredibly mediocre cut. I normally cut my own hair and the job I do is way better than what I got. I didnt give an elaborate request yet the outcome was utterly disappointing. Ive had good experiences at Sport Clips before but this one left me feeling like shaving my head afterwards. RIP my hair.

My partner recently took my son and he came back butchered. His ears arent even. She did straight across on the front and still messed that up. Then she charges him 27 dollars and huffed over a tip. This place is rediculous.

Kendall made my experience pleasant. Im not a fan of the pricing (too expensive), but Kendall did everything in her power to give me a full experience for the money.

Courtney is young, but she’s a pro! Only half the massage chairs work properly though. I’ve been to other SC’s, but this one typically gets my hair right.

My first time there, and wont be my last. Cheated on my regular hair person with Brandy who was absolutely amazing. Cant wait to have her cut my hair again.

Quite possibly the worst haircut of my 22 years on this earth. Horrendous, girl was fumbling the comb and scissors as if shes never cut hair before. Completely destroyed the hairline on my neck... Went way way too short. All I can say is wow! I could have done better with 2 mirrors and a razor no joke.
