Called and was told there was no wait and no one signed in online. Got here and there is over an hour wait. I arrived less than 15 minutes later. While I was on the phone I asked should I sign in online was told not to worry about it that they would get me right in. When I told them what was said to me on the phone all 3 stylists said no one has called and we’ve talked to no one. Checked to make sure I called the right number and they told me I didn’t talk to anyone here. So apparently I imagined a phone call to. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful if I didn’t already drive 30 min out of my way I would have walked out, but I will not be treated like this again

Wildly inconsistent haircuts here. I keep coming because I found 2 stylists that seemed to know what theyre doing. During one haircut, the stylist had cut too much off of one side of my head. She didnt say anything and very quickly tried to end the cut. While chatting with her, I discovered that she didnt really have experience. It seems to me that someone like that should be observing more, or admit they are not able to cut hair very well and move me to another stylist. I had to come back a few days later to fix my hair, which was basically cutting a bunch more off.

I have been there 4 times now, with 4 different ladies, and they have killed it each time. As they make notes, it gets better as it goes. The last time, it was the Manager, Ashley. I have NEVER had a better hair cutting experience. My boys and I will continue to go here! 100%!!!

The person that cut my 2 year old sons hair was awesome, friendly, and so very patient with him. (I believe her name is Jes) She also did an excellent job on it!! Everywhere I’ve taken him previously can’t compare. I will continue to bring him here! 🙃

Ashley is phenomenal! She cuts my hair and my 2 boys. She is caring, attentive to detail, and great with the kids. Always an amazing experience.

Highly recommend checking in online. Stylist checked in with my son multiple times to make sure he was happy. Very child friendly.

First time going to a Sports Clips and Jes took care of my hair. She did an amazing job being professional, quick, easy, and most importanly clean and safe. It was a good first experience and will definitely be coming back for my haircuts.

Dude I love this place! I literally have no complaints. The lady (Dannie) was exceptional! She’s so sweet and will keep a conversation going and she’s really good at what she does! GO SOMEWHERE - ANYWHERE ELSE - I understand we are under Covid but I was told 5 minutes to 1 hour. I waited over an hour and a half. And called. The lady was RUDE. NO need to be. I just wanted to know how much longer. I have never left a google review BAD ever. Beyond unprofessional - I will never go back. And since I always TIP $20 plus I am sure I will be missed.

Alexis did great on our sons hair! Very awesome staff there! UPDATE - Went back today with our older son who we convinced this was a great place. Checked in online. No wait, walked right in, and BOOM out the window went the 5 star excitement. We were greeted by a woman who just stood there staring and that same woman chopped up his head. She looked and acted as if she had not a clue what she was even doing there. 45 min after watching this woman just clipping clipping at same spots like 10 times each...not exaggerated....I got up and asked what is happening, this is taking forever, and I didnt want to upset her cause maybe its her own technique and she was still working on my sons head. She whispered she was not done yet and i sat back down. Now i watched 4 other dudes come in get their haircut and out and she is still slowing hacking in same areas then finally after a 5th guy was in and out all shop shape she stops and steps back. My son looked all lost so again I go up and she whispers this good? WTF, I am done, his head was all chopped up. I spoke up asking who is going to come take over and thankfully another girl came and stepped in. As she was fixing my sons head she was being a nice coworkers and trying to please my by explaining the woman is new and done good all morning, slow but doing good, and then went on to say how the woman was not done yet and I told her just stop, i have been sitting here all this time watching, please just fix his hair. (She of course didnt hear the woman whisper good and I am not hard to please so just fixing his hair is fine with me plus I am not about to argue when its quite clear to not only my but my son and others sitting watching) she fixed his head after an additional good 15 - 20 min, we paid, and left. On the ride home my son made a comment on feeling some stinging so I looked and well not surprised. Pics are posted. Next time we will be sure Alexis is working or the blue haired girl who fixed his chop job is working. Not going to share the womans name because maybe she just isnt good with certain hair types so just besure you watch the person who is cutting your hair and good lord make sure they communicate.

I went to get my boys a haircut they said a 40 minute wait....I was ok with that...told the lady my boys and I would be out front to burn off some energy as they are 2 and 6...she said that was fine...20 minutes later she calls our name and my daughter was inside watching their board and called me they put other people ahead of us because she was too lazy to walk to the door to tell me it was our turn! I asked her why she said “we have to keep working!” She was already upset they were busy...you are there to work...not complain about having to work. Very rude—never will go here again!

After relocating to the area I had none to cut my hair . Going in blindly for a haircut is scary even for a guy sometimes . Come on guys admit it. So I decided to take a shot . Great experience with the hot towel treatment and head massage during my wash . Haircut was perfect and staff is always top notch . They are my go to hair cutters .

I have been coming to sports clips for a few years now. I only get Amanda to do my hair. Every time i go, they make the experience the best. We joke around, Amanda informs me on new products that is out and try’s them on me. She always takes her time and triple checks her work, which i appreciate because it means my haircut is going to be done right. Amanda also does my grandfather and his wife’s hair. They love her as well.

Wait times are often really high even after checking in online. The staff is friendly though, and give a good hair cut. Cant ask for much more!
