Jeff is the owner here and apparently the only mechanic. He does have a helper, who seems to help with basics. Jeff is doing what he loves and it shows in his mechanic work, and how well he treats his customers. He knows his trade and explains clearly to the customer what needs done. I intend to return to E52 Auto Care Center for future Auto service needs.

The owner of this place operates with integrity and tells you what it will cost to service or repair your car before work begins. There are not surprise here it this shop. He is also a very down to earth. Fellow.

A good trustworthy mechanic Jeff can be trusted with anything, or at least anything to do with your car. I feel like if he would misdiagnose something it would be purely by mistake not by intention

We had service work done on our truck at a Napa Autocare Center in Georgia. We left to travel through North Carolina the next day and experienced engine trouble on I-85. Foutuntly, Google led us to 52 East Auto, there Jeff was very accommodating and to us, and our 27’ travel trailer. 52 East had our truck fixed, up and running within a few hours of our inital call! They warranteed the work from the service center in Georgia too! If and when, we ever are in the Charlotte area again, and need work done on any of our vehicles, we will bring them to Jeff.

I appreciate their knowledge and expertise in car repair and maintenance.
