They were wonderful. As soon as I pulled up to the building they were ready to get to work on my car. I got an oil change and as well as ally filters and they didnt break me on the prices either. I thought I was gonna be paying alot more.then what I paid and I was in and out of there withing 45 minutes at the most. Wonderful job grease monkey. You definately have me as a returning customer.

Everyone is very polite and professional. They are very quick and efficient. I have been bringing one vehicle there for over 100k miles and I am bringing my new vehicle there now. They do a very good job and make the appropriate recommendations when needed but leave the choice up to you and they are not pushy to try and get extra unnecessary work done.

Easy to stop in and get an oil change, no need for an appointment. They are always very fast. I took off a star because I hardly ever get an answer when I try to call.

Grease Monkey is my New Go To Place! They worked in the heat Servicing my vehicle yesterday. I didnt have to wait 30 minutes for them to finish. I am very pleased about the work and time spent. The cost of labor was very fair!

Stopped there before it was good, last time they had a young man that had an extreme bad attitude and I wanted to leave and started to and the other person talked me into staying, which I did. But will never step foot in there again and will let my friends know not to go, dont want an attitude but they ticked me off, sorry.

Oil change was completed quickly. No appt needed. They no longer vacuum though and they didnt reset my oil change light so now every time I start my car it tells me my Im overdue for one.

Was having an issue with check engine lights. They were super nice and helpful. Filled my tires and gave me free tire caps as well. I recommend these guys.

I went on Friday the 10th I needed new front brakes and rotors on my car. Another shop down the road from Grease Monkey wanted $431 for the parts and labor. I called Grease Monkey and explained to them what I was told and I asked if I bought my own brakes and rotors would they put them on and they said yes. So needless to say I only had to pay $201 altogether for my front pads and rotors. Thanks Grease Monkey saved me lots of money.

Very helpful and honest

The tech straight up lied to me and told me that I my Honda Civic required fully synthetic oil, I corrected him and told him that it required synthetic blend not fully synthetic at which point he doubled down on his lie. I had just left jiffy lube because of similar shenanigans, and pulled into this place. As much as I’m fully aware the dealership is much more expensive, it seems as though you can’t trust the shops on RT 13.

Before getting serviced I specifically asked 3 different times, if they were able to check my transmission as well as the oil change. I asked because my vehicle does not have the dip stick, the transmission has to be checked from the bottom. They assured me they could do it no problem. After getting my business and suckering me into a air filter(by the way, that I did not need but because i finally thought I had found a place that can check my transmission), I bought it. Well come to find out that you sir Grease Monkey, could not do the specific thing I asked of. Sincerely yours, the angry customer

Went there to get A/C serviced the staff never told me that I had a leak in my line so the fluid wouldn’t hold well I went back the very next day because the A/C started blowing hot air the staff said they told me and I said go ahead with it anyway which was a blatant lie why would I pay 120.00 for coolant to run onto the ground I made contact with the owner who was rude and believed her lying staff and was never reimbursed and hung up in my ear because I wanted my money back. I urge people to not go there very unprofessional staff go to Pep Boys instead.

Great,friendly service.My sister got her oil changed.The service was very fast.They are very honest people they dont try to get you for services you DONT need.They told us about the fluids and filter being good.They did advise that the battery needed some more charge but advised us where we could go and get that done for free.If you ever even had a wait they even provide a snack and coffee or cold water.What excellent people.Really there is not much more you could ask for then THAT.

I recently moved to Salisbury from Garden City, CO. Back home we always took our vehicles to Grease Monkey. So I was thrilled to find out Salisbury had one. Last week, I gave them a call to try and get prices (Im sure they vary from location to location) and I wasnt too happy with my experience. The girl that answered the phone was very impolite, I cant include her name because she never said it when she answered the phone. At the end of the call I even asked for her name, and she told me it wasnt necessary for me to know her name. I spent plenty of time listening to her insisting my car didnt need synthetic oil. After I repeatedly told her that I know it doesnt need it, and that my husband and I have been using synthetic oil since we bought the car because we choose to use synthetic oil. It may not be a big deal to some, but I personally believe customer service is everything. If the young lady answering the phone is rude I can only imagine the other staff.I hate to say it but my husband and I will be finding somewhere else to take our vehicles. Sorry Salisbury Grease Monkey but you just lost lifelong customers!

Grease Monkey apparently does not have the ability to fix something that they messed up. When Shortly after arriving at Grease Monkey I was told I was not in the system. This is the last place that I got my oil changed. Then I was told that they can not remove my drain plug. I was told the last person put it in too tight. Again this was the last place that I went to get my oil changed. At one point I was told that there are lots of other places I can get my oil changed. That is not the point though. Someone who works THERE put my drain plug on too tight and now I have to find someone else to fight their mistake.

Been going here for quite some time. Ive had great experiences here, and also some not so great. But, anywhere you go your not always going to be 100% satisfied, thats life. What I can say, the new owners are so attentive and I can tell she truly cares about her customers. I have never felt so welcomed at a place I come simply to get my oil changed. The most recent oil change I got, I had some concerns with a noise I had been hearing for the past few weeks...I spoke with a gentlemen named Mike, and he examined the problem, and quickly put my concerns at ease. Very knowledgeable, and I certainly felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Keep up the good work Grease Monkey!!

Had my oil changed today theyre really fast in and out within 30 mins and there were 2 people ahead of me! And the lady was very nice! Definitely would recommend.

I visited salisbury md grease monky at 11/01/13 2 :30PM for transmission oil service only.Before service I called at 11 : 30 AM to their office about service chage and contents.She answer service rate is $109.99 + tax include oil, filter. gasket.They ask to me for more service about PCV vallve, air filter.I denied them. After service they ask $199. Why do you ask $199?They said oill change and more service. So I angry them.I didnt want oil change because I changed oil yesterday already.I appealed so tuffly. They chgarged $139.99. I paid it.But I feel I am so foolish for myself. Surely they say $109 but paid $139.I visited again, I asked service contents.Did you change filter and gasket? They said noI recorded our conversation for proof.Sevice engeneer name is RON MARK, RON HUNTER.They use froud marketing and over charge method.I wlll fight for another cuastomer. please never go GREASE MONKEY service.They are not honest. I hate their lie.I want correct service and chage for customer.
