Worst experience of my life!!! Driver came to tow my vehicle. Handed him the keys and he started hooking up the vehicle and told me everything was good to go. Call the shop the next morning where it was supposed to be towed to and they said that they never received the vehicle. Come to find out not only did they NOT tow my vehicle, but left the vehicle unlocked with the keys in the ignition. This mother f@$&÷r didnt even call me to let me know they couldnt tow the vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would. Please save yourself the hassle and call someone else.P.S. I didnt even want to give the 1 star,but could not post

The person I spoke to on the phone said that a driver would call me right back to determine my location and a cost for a tow when I was stranded on the side of the road.. hours went by and they never called back. Had to call a different company.

Dude was prompt, ready to rock, got me where i needed to be, and made sure id get my truck back on the road soon by finding me a great tire shop. Thanks everyone at Quality Towing

The driver that was sent to tow my fathers motorcycle was untrained to use his own equipment, he requested I assist him in moving the motorcycle during the tow which is against their own company rules in the contract. The tow truck operator barely knew English and was argumentative, rude, and charged us over $300 to go 10 miles or less.

I was alone and it was dark raining and my car would not start...to make matters worse my cellphone was about to die... I called family but no one answered.... I had enough juice for one last call... I told them my situation and location and then my phone died...not knowing if they heard me. Less than 10 minutes later Quality Towing saved the day! Thank You!

Call someone else, they said an hour it’s been 2 and didn’t say they were on another job in another city, save the headache and call another company

I got my big rig stuck in the sand out in front of the dole warehouse in Marina ca. Called several towing companies, all of which wanted to charge a weeks worth of salary! Called up quality and spoke with victor. I explained my situation and he gave me a better price than anyone in the Salinas area. Before i could put my shoes on he was at my truck (not literally buy it was pretty fast). He got me out of the sand in no time! If you get stuck in the watsonville/Salinas/monterey area, quality is the one to call!Thanks again victor!

Worst ever....called them at 10pm its now 12:55am and still waiting why have a buisness that you cant keep up with.
