In late August of last year, my wife and I were on our way up the coast for a move from LA to SF. My wifes car broke down, and we soon realized that all of the nearby repair shops/garages were closed on Sunday nights. This makes sense in retrospect, but this is one of those issues that you only become aware of in a disaster situation.It was a Sunday evening and I had my first day at a new job in SF the following morning. My wife had her first day of school coming up and our daughter had the same.We broke down in the middle of nowhere. Frankie from P&R Towing came to the scene and was just unbelievably helpful. As I mentioned, we were moving, so both of our cars were absolutely packed to the brim with all of our worldly possessions.Frankie stayed with us until we found a solution, and worked with us to find a safe spot to store my wifes car for a week. He made a special call to P&R to get permission to store the car inside their garage indefinitely. This allowed us to get to the Bay in time to unpack a bit, and for me to get myself prepared for my first day of work in SF.I cant think Frankie (and P&R Towing) enough for his patience, positivity, and work ethic! This guy is the man.

Worst manager ever, I was inquiring on buying a vehicle. She couldn’t give me a set price I ask for a set price she gave me attitude and kept raising the price.

Worst tow EVER! They messed up my tired I called the manager Mary.To see if she was professional enough to help! However she kept telling me that she was ganna call back but never did. Save your time and money.
