Good customer service really cheap and reliable

Driver was not main guy. He was impatient, rude, insulting, only spoke Spanish, demanding and in a hurry yet made us wait till he got something to eat. Driver got to site before anyone and demanded we hurry up when I asked him to wait. And when I tried to tell owner about employee, there was no answer anymore. I was told the tow would be cheap but not told how much by owner. Driver put his own price and wanted to leave car in the street. Not recommended one bit!
