Friendly office staff but the owner was disrespectful to my mom as we were sorting things out with getting a tow home from their yard. Always towing is reasonably-priced priced too.

Yesterday the owner rescued me from 100 degree weather on the hilltop of Pacheco Pass. He towed my 30 foot broke down Uhaul truck with attached Auto Trailer to Jarquin Tires to have a new radiator installed. Friendly. Efficient. Flawless Service. What more can you ask for. I tried to tip the man but he refused. He said he was the owner and this is what he does and i really wanted to give him a hug. But i think ill bring him a cake next time im back in Salinas.
