Lindsay Murray is the facial QUEEN. She’s transformed my skin (after only one visit). My skin is incredibly bright and calmed after the facial yesterday. Highly recommend if you’re in need of some skin love. Her advise and facial schedule for me has me fully confident that my skin will be wedding ready for my October wedding!

Best 90 minute hot stone massage ever...couldnt stay awake

I went her a few years ago for a facial, booked a hydrating facial with the help of my previous Esthetician and ended up getting my face shaved.... They called it something fancy but I wish the woman working on me would have explained they were using a razor to remove dead skin because my skin is very dry and I would have said no. In addition, they charged me more for the service and didnt disclose that during the facial either. I would not recommend this salon simply because of that.They may be awesome and have new staff now but make sure you know what you are getting, that was my first and last visit here.I came out of that facial looking like a tomato, and it took my skin so long to heal so I have been terrified to get a facial ever since.

I have been a customer of the Sanctuary Spa for many years and every service I have had has been top notch. I regularly get waxed and have facials and Lindsay is amazing. I always just let her work her magic on my skin and it is better than it has ever been. I’ve also had massages, nail services, and spray tans that have been fantastic. The staff is also so nice and their customer service is amazing. I’ve been to many spas and now I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

The Sanctuary is a very Professional and pleasant experience every time I visit and have an appointment. The entire staff is like a small family and they welcome you as a family member with much joy and care. The Spa is full service and always growing and adding new types of services. My experience has been with waxing, massages, nails, tanning, and facials. I have never been disappointed and love the positive energy from everyone in the Spa! A visit here was a totally lovely experience! The spa is beautiful, immaculate, and friendly. It offers a wide array of services provided by kind and speedy technicians. Plus, there are Hershey kisses!! No kidding, this is a super place.

I was fortunate enough to get Erica when I visited Sanctuary Spa within the past month. it was the first time I got a spray tan and the color was perfect. It lasted over a week. I visited the spa again a week later for a facial and a brow wax. Again, Erica was superb. My mother had an appointment at the same time and she forgot about it. They were so nice and allowed her to come in late for a mini-facial. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to my next appointment.

I started with a Mani/Pedi as a treat for myself. Hallie is Amazing. She is professional and friendly. My nails and toes look beautiful. I have introduced the salon to my friends and family. Ive visited The Sanctuary Spa twice now and intend to go back many more times! This relaxing and friendly environment is just what I need when my life gets hectic and overwhelming. Leigh ann is the best we have tried many other massage places and therapists. my husband and i now book our monthly massages for a year ahead of time.

I had gone in for what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day, a week prior to my wedding. The facial was okay, but wasnt great. She cleansed my skin, did some dermal planing, put on a mask, did a little electro therapy, applied some lotion and sent me on my way. It wasnt overly relaxing like they are supposed to be though. Then, I went and waited for my massage--that was awkward. Im sitting there in the waiting area and the massage therapist was talking to the girl at the desk, she then stares at me and says oh no. So Im sitting there and the lady takes me in the room. Prior to all my treatments I filled out a questionnaire and signed a waiver. The questionnaire asks have you ever had a blood clot? So I answered yes because I had, had one in the past. Anyway, were in the room and she basically tells me she is going to refuse the service because I have a blood clot. I said no, I HAD a blood clot, I not longer HAVE a blood clot. This explains why the receptionist was staring at me and said oh no. So after talking, we decided to continue with the massage, and she tells me she will shut off her alert app, I felt so humiliated and angered at that comment--how unprofessional!!!!! An alert app?! You work in a spa, not a hospital or a prison. After the massage, I went into the waiting area and some of the staff was staring at me because when my MOH went to pay after I went in to the room, half the staff got involved asking her to hold off because it might not happen. This of course made my MOH feel uneasy and thought something was wrong, even though I as fine. Everything I filled out on that form was confidential between me and the massage therapist, yet the whole place knew my business. Being treated that way and having my business on blast is not how you treat people. I will never return to you nor will I EVER recommend you to anyone! Very very unprofessional. I felt ridiculous explaining this situation--fortunately my MOH was there to confirm all of this because this sounds like an absolutely crazy story!! Bad business if you ask me!
