Horrible service. I had an appointment at 12:40 PM and I was told it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later I find out there is still one more customer in front of me so I had to leave. They blamed it on the computer system. This is the second time so it sounds like is a management problem more than anything else. Really disappointed.

I attend this location often cause its closest and fastest to get service at. It can be hit or miss with the haircuts but I often find it being my fault for not communicating enough so I will take the blame for the poorer hair cuts. I do think that there is one person who sometimes has a bad attitude and can be rude but today they were really nice and I hope all other times were out of being in a poor mood or having a rough day. Regardless I’m glad they seemed to be having a good (better) day! I’ll give them 4 starts for being nice and trying cause i understand we all have rough days! I always tip them cause I know it’s hard to cut hair in this crisis and I’m sure they already have a lot to put up with.

Asked for a haircut with layers including a picture. Ended up with a inverted bob completely different from the picture. Thinned my hair in a insane way cutting it to my scalp. NEVER AGAIN DONT HAVE TONI touch your hair. Talked about being at a bar the night before. Not professional at all.

I brought my sons girlfriend here for her very first ever salón visit. She had an unfortunate accident that singed most of her hair. As a result her mom did her best to cut off the damaged hair. So my toddlers where playing upstairs rather quietly for awhile that should have been my first red flag....but I was enjoying talking to their Dad. They came down casually to ask a question & thats when I saw what had kept their attention for so long. My 3 year old had found scissors to her hair but her sisters hair too. Long story short this place was able to fix the damage my daughter had done. I mean she REALLY chopped her hair up bad in a matter of like 10 minutes but the stylist turned into a cute little do!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by the overweight women with green hair. Asked her nicely to give me a fade 4 on top 2 on sides very easy hair cut. She was just having a bad day and decided to give me a ugly 2 on sides and 2 up top fade lol I will not be returning. I gave her a $100 bill to break with no tip :) was gonna give her $20 tip if she did good but she did not.

They require a baby to wear a mask & to sit on their own near a stranger. Never coming here again

I came in today with a butchered haircut from another place from across the way... and Adri fixed me up perfectly. She was very helpful and kind and I look forward to seeing her again. The other beautician in the shop was cutting my 19 year old daughters hair and gave her the most classic and beautiful bangs! My daughter is really happy with her cut! They were both awesome and we will definitely back.

Ok, so about a year and a half ago I switched my hairstyle from a standard 2 to 4 uptown fade to a fade on the sides and a scissor cut on top styled kind of in a messy faux hawk. And during that year and a half, every time I get my haircut; its never exactly how I want it to be. Its either too short by a little bit, too long by a little bit, or they dont taper the sides and the back right or something... Anyways, The woman who cut my hair did an amazing job, and honestly; it was the first time that I have ever been 100% happy with how my haircut turned out since I changed hair styles. Very pleasantly surprised! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is this. My appointment was at 5:30 p.m and as soon as I sat down in the salon chair I could tell that the woman who would be cutting my hair was definitely already half way home (ready for her day to be over). She had a decent disposition / attitude, but was definitely not enthused about having to still be there working. Which really worried me. I figured she was just going to half a%$ it and rush through the haircut and ultimately, I would leave disappointed; but she did the exact opposite! She basically gave me a complete haircut 3 times (because she wanted me to be happy with the end result). And I most definitely was!! Thank you soo much!

Went to go get my bangs cut to try a new style and they just cut straight across, Missed so much and didnt even blend it out, I even had a photo of what I wanted. I could have done it myself at home for free and it would have turned out better. This experience has made me remember why I dont go to salons to get my hair cut. I will say they were nice and I didnt have to wait to long but the cut wasnt what I wanted

Our entire family gets their hair done here. Crystal and Sabina are our favorite stylists. From my partners shoulder length thick straight hair, to our sons rapidly reversing hairline, to my top knot with shaved sides, these women keep us looking our best. And Crystal is a master of facial waxing. Your eyebrows will never look so good.

Absolutely love going here every year, its very affordable and very family-friendly. They have horses for the kids to ride for a low cost, mini games for the kids to play the whole time, the only thing I would recommend besides the sunscreen is to bring your own food being as a lines can be quite long and expensive.

My regular place to go for my boys haircut. The ladies there are always kind. They do take appointments online and in person. I do recommend that you show up early before your appointment time. There are always customers waiting patiently seated& Always go for your favorite hairdresser!

Excellent! Stopped in and had Maria wash & Cut hair. It had been over two years since my last hair cut, as I was growing it out for our wedding, and it was much needed. She handled my stubborn curls like a pro. I have paid other places two, even three times what they charge here, and had them mess up or not do a good job. Will DEFINITELY be going back. Couldnt be happier!

I went to the Supercuts in the Lancaster Mall and got McKayla. She did a wonderful job. I wanted to get bangs again and a trim; I was nervous about the big change back to bangs but she was great! Talked through it will me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I am highly satisfied with it!! They are professional and great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have been here (4) times before officiating a review. The first time I wanted a trim with bangs, came out decent. The second time I went I wanted to see the same person, she had moved on. I wanted a layered trim. The lady cutting my hair had tattoos up and down her arm and chopped at my hair like a weed waker. The third time was amazing the young ladtwas able to clean up the mess the lady six months earlier had done. Most recently I went in and seen Kristy I believe, pregnant woman whom was drenched in sweat and had an unpleasant aroma. I had her wash my hair only to find out the Paul Mitchell product was swapped out for a store brand because they were out of the Mitchell... My hair was so frizzy it looked awful. As she began to question how to cut my hair, the lights went out. She continued my cut and completely ruined my hair. Taking 6 inches of and not even mind you. As it dried I had it looked even worse... I had to go a second time the same day, where they took and additional 3 inches..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Both times they charged me and offered nothing for my missing hair

We came in on a Sunday, it was very busy, we put our name in at 1pm and they said to come back in an hour, no problem I thought, we did a little shopping at the mall. We came back in at 1:40 and they continued to call people back and we continued to wait our turn. I finally asked when it was 2:15 and they said they didnt have my name. Just so happened someone came available. They came back to me and told me they did find her name, but why didnt they call her back, were they going to continue to let us sit there without any question? I was happy to get my daughters haircut, but for goodness sake, who is on top of this? Make sure you are not in a hurry, this place takes FOREVER!

Well this will be my fourth time in and only for a quick neck trim ( about a four minute job) and out of the four times Ive been in I have only had good service the first time. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the next three times. Every time I set an appointment I seem to be waiting at least 30 minutes past my appointment time for just a mediocre job and If I do recall the second time was coming up on a 45 minute wait . So with that being said if you dont have anything else going on in your day and are ok with a mediocre job this is the place for you

I had a horrible day with another salon that chopped my 2 foot hair and gave me the worst 2hours and 4 styles of my life, so I called supercuts and asked if they knew how to cut a pixie and they assured me they are all trained and would be able too fix it, when I got there at 530pm with three kids in tow, they were so quick and accommodating, and fixed the cut and made it look fantastic in about 15min, with my screaming baby. And I didnt have to go home and show my husband my gross haircut. He loved what they did, and still three weeks later tells me how much he loves my hair style! Thank you! And seriously so many people have asked where they can get the same cut! Thank you so much for saving the day !

Ive been battling an illness for 8 months that left my hair dull, lifeless, & falling out. It was nearly to my tailbone in length and naturally curly. Ive always valued my hair as I am a former stylist myself, but Id lost the will or strength to care for it. I found a picture of the style I desired and brought it into SuperCuts on Lancaster. This picture thing has never worked out well for me, but Im an optimist, and I desperately needed a lift. I sat and watched all the stylists before my name was called. I knew none of them, and the fact that they were all doing mens cuts wasnt going to give any hints as to their super long hair cutting abilities. One woman stood out though. She was doing a clipper-over-comb cut on a young man with a scissor cut on top. Her precision and perfection with this haircut was beyond impressive! It was a flawless cut, and not an easy one. I looked up and asked her how long shed been licensed and she replied nine years. I then stated what a crazy good haircut and that I would just wait for her to finish. I showed her the photographs and we then went to the shampoo bowl. As she brushed my hair out, she winced a bit with me as to how much hair came out of my head. I told her to cut about 4 inches off, that I could never have too many layers, and wanted lots of facial framing. She did the complete cut with a razor (my favorite!!!) She textured it, cut it, and framed it EXACTLY how I requested! It is likely the first PERFECT haircut Ive ever received....especially from someone whose never done my hair (Im 50, so thats saying alot). She is an amazing stylist! Just air-dry and a little smoothing oil and it was gorgeous. I LOVE IT, and I will go TO NO ONE ELSE! Im incredibly picky, and no one else will touch this head of hair but her! ADRI, ADRI, ADRI....THANK YOU!!! I hope your bosses see this. I needed this pick-me-up more than you will ever know. I will be seeing you soon, and spreading your name everywhere! Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. All chopped and she didn’t even wet my hair before cutting it or anything, plus she only cut one side of my hair and none of it is even. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money!!!!
