Always been a customer at Elizabeth Grady here in Massachusetts but since our governor is not opening spas and nail salons yet, I traveled up to Salem.The location is easy to get to and the girls there are fantastic!I made my appointment with Maria (site owner) and she could not have been nicer.I booked with Meaghan and she did a fantastic job. The spa itself was immaculate. Coming from a military background I can attest to the spit and polish look and when I say the place was spotless...I mean spotless!I will definitely make the drive to go back to this location from now on.Thank you Maria and Meaghan!

I have been going to this salon for many years and I have never had a bad experience. The girls at the front desk are extreme kind and always greet you with a smile. The setting definitely relaxes you and gets you in the mood for a great facial. Dee is the best! I have very sensitive skin and she always makes sure to be gentle with me. Not to mention I always leave with flawless eyebrows too. 100/100 would recommend!

All of the staff here are friendly and very professional. I have been going to Dee for years and she will always go above and beyond to find the right time to accommodate me. I refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows because her work is so amazing! Totally recommend Dee for any service you might need! she is AMAZING!

Hours are not accurate. I’ve tried going there twice during their “business” hours and the lights have been off and door locked.

I visited Elizabeth Grady in Salem for the first time today. I had given my husband a gift certificate for a facial and massage and, when scheduling his appointments, decided to join him for a facial and pedicure. We had an excellent experience, beginning with a friendly greeting from Marie to our services with Liz, Kelly, and Kathi. The environment was bright, cheerful, and immaculate. Liz and Kellys facials were equally as satisfying, each tailoring the facial for our specific skin types and needs. I had a wonderful conversation with Liz as she pampered my feet and toes and Kathi provided my husband with what he described as an exceptional massage with a spiritual quality. We are two new, but happy and returning customers.

I got the Marine facial with Kelly and it was the best! My skin felt so silky and refreshed afterwards and was just glowing. Even after showering later that day, the results of the facial still shone through! I will definitely be going back to Elizabeth Grady.

First class operation all the way you will be pampered its a very professional environment you will be pampered and pleased.
