I called Justin to come look at an excavator that was having engine trouble. Robert came out and looked at and knew within a few minutes what the problem was. The part was in the next day and the machine was back to work. That was several months ago and Ive had no more trouble with it.

In all my life I have never seen a place as bad as this one! I purchased my first and last Komatsu because of this place! If you try to order parts nobody will help you. They will take your info and say they will call you back and then they dont. I ordered a part and they never called so finally I called. Parts guy said he didnt remember even talking to me! I remembered his name... I remembered the total... I even paid for it!!!! Then finally he calls me and said oh I found my notes and forgot to order it, Ill have one tomorrow, Ill call you first thing. Well he did call to tell me he didnt have it and he would have it the next day. Next day came and no part and no call. I called and he wouldnt take my call so I left a message. Still no call so I drove 45min. there. Guess what, no part! He says it shows 3 in stock he doesnt understand. So finally he calls Komatsu. Now part is supposed to be overnighted to me!!
