This place was great....was in need of a gas generator and went over there loaded and paid in ten minutes. Got home and electric came back on. I drove it back and they gave me full refund and even stayed open late because there was someone else that needed it. TOO NOTCH!!

Had no problems renting what I needed. Owner was pleasant and courteous, even had a sense of humor. This was my first time using budget rental but will be renting from them agian. Very pleased with my service .

I would say my experience with this establishment was poor to say the least. I called prior to my arrival to ensure I could rent a bobcat. Apparently there is only one person there that knows answers to any questions as I kept being put on hold after every inquiry. At least it could be appreciated that someone was trying to be helpful. I arrived after being assured they could set me up with what I needed only to be told just a minute multiple times by two employees that were helping the only other customer in the place, who was having the same difficulty as my earlier phone call; one employee kept going upstairs to ask some mythical being every answer to every question imaginable. Finally it was my turn.Employee 1: can I help you?Me: (already thinking probably not) I called about a bobcat rental.Employeee1:Just a minute. (Goes upstairs)Me: (I knew that was coming) Sure, no problem.Employee2: (walks downstairs surely passing employee1): Can I help you?Me:(Dear god I hope so) Yes please, I called about renting a bobcat.Employee2: Just a minute. (Picks up phone and calls mythical being with answers)Me: mmmhmmm... (Eye starts twitching)Employee2: (hangs up phone) Hell be down in just a minute.Employee1: (two seconds after phone comes downstairs) Hell be down in just a second... Or minute... Or second.... I dont know. (Goes back upstairs)Me: (not wanting to make things harder, keep telling myself it will all work out) ok. Ill be here. (Fake smile)TEN MINUTES GO BYEmployee1: (returns downstairs) So he (mythical all knowing person that lives in the super tower upstairs) is really deep into something right now and the other guys is making a truck delivery. If you come back in an hour, or maybe two.... Well sometime this afternoon maybe there will be someone that can help you? (Ending own statement like a question)Me: (walks out door)So..... Go on in and make your own opinion. (It was much worse than this. I cut out quite a bit of the repetitive dialogue.)
