He will get the tool you asked for but with terrible customer service . I rented from this location several times and I can say I avoided like the plague and only come here if I have no other choice, there’s a rude staff, service that takes forever, and they’ll slip fees into your contract if you don’t ask for a receipt every time. Literally go to any other location, avoid the Hangers Grove location.

Showed up at the rental desk at 9pm and the associate seemed to be annoyed that I was there interrupting her game on her phone. She told me they were about to close (in an hour) so I couldnt rent the carpet cleaner I came in for. If that is the case, a closing time of 10pm should not be advertised. So it was a wasted trip and a big inconvenience for getting my chore done in time.
