Home Depot and other rental stores were OUT of Sod Cutters! I was told to call Herc Rentals, not only did they have ONE left, they actually reserve via phone and upon pick-up phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended and will be back for other future rentals. These guys best Home Depot big time and they dont require $150 deposit! 5 STARS!

Terrible place to rent equipment, wood splitter wasnt checked out thoroughly. I towed it to my house, two hours in found out the problem, towed it back picked up another splitter, the manager still charged me full price, because his employee didnt check the splitter out before they rented to me. I will never, ever rent from herc rentals again Never, thanks Kevin

Herc has great counter and yard guys were very helpful, but my Bobcat rental had fairly bald tires and slid around a lot.

If not for the professionalism of the guys at the front desk, I would give this place 1 star. While paying to rent a pressure washer and surface cleaner a couple hours@ the front desk, I (involuntarily) watched an unkempt employee eat a ham steak with his mouth open while chewing. Their rates are x5 what home Depot charges and it is not for the service. Way too many employees just hanging out up front, like its a Friday night and​ theyre at their buddies house. I wont be disturbing their shindig another time.

The people out in the courtyard doing the actual work are actually kind of rude. I pulled into a parking spot and a worker came up to me with a bad attitude asking if my buddy went in and then said I was just making sure you were getting taken care of. What an idiot.

They charged me $130 as a cleaning fee for an excavator. They charge $85 an hour for cleaning and claim it was going to take an hour and a half to clean. It would take noMore than 15 minutes for anyone with half a brain to clean. I offered to hose it off right there on site and they refused. They did not disclose anything about a cleaning fee at purchase. Also the receipt they gave me was for $398 and they charged me 430$. Good thing I checked my recent transactings. Employees were rude when confronted about ridiculous cleaning charge. I would never ever go again. Very scammy and scummy company. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
