ZERO STARS, WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY SAY THEY WONT. Talked me into using my credit card and the manager of the store told me that it would only authorize and not take the money out of my account until I bring the car back. I brought the car back early and was told my price would be adjusted. My car is in the shop and I was gonna use my credit card and now I cant pay for my car cause they decided to actually charge me instead of authorize the payment and I have no refund. They said they have no clue what happened and cant help me. So now I have no money for my car and have to wait for some refund that they say should be coming but my account has no refund pending. Will only change my rating if someone from their company calls, apologizes, and gives me my refund immediately.
The service that I was provided was amazing. They went above and beyond to get the proper vehicle for me. As an older person with leg issues and needing room for my legs I need a certain kind of vehicle namely a Ford Ranger that would provide me with the proper space. They talked to the insurance company on my behalf and told them why I needed a bigger vehicle so that I could actually drive the vehicle in Comfort. It was excellent customer service and in the future if I again need to deal with a Rent-a-Car company I fully intend to deal with the organization called Enterprise. With respect to everyone who is reading my review I say I wish you all the very best.

Got a rental here while our car was being repaired from a small accident. It was a nice low mileage newer car with all the bells and whistles. Was nice for the week and a half we had it. Clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and informative.

Excellent customer service. We received a vehicle with a screw in the tire (no big deal, nobody’s fault) but my wife went into labor and delivered our first born the day after we received the vehicle. By the time we were discharged, the tire was totally flat. I went down to this location, explained the situation, and an employee named Jay offered to come replace the flat with a spare (in 95 degree heat!) and return the vehicle for us. Could not be more appreciative of his help and understanding of the situation. Thanks, Jay!

Very friendly and efficient rental staff. I needed a car in an emergency and they accommodated on the spot. I was leery/nervous that the assured me that All weather tires and snow mode were sufficient for traveling in the snow zone. Fortunately weather was good and I didnt have to put that to the test. Would be nice if some winter vehicles had snow tires.
I had recently rented from you all a month prior to this rental. I logged on my profile to book this most recent reservation without being able to update my pay information or address. Thought no biggie I’ll fix it when I go in. Well I get a “courtesy” call 20 minutes before needing to be at the location and the lady tells me she is unable to update it either and nothing more than a see ya soon. I go in to get said rental and am told I cannot use a DEBIT card without having a million pieces of mail verified (this due to not being able to update my address). I used my debit card on the prior rental just fine. The gentleman had no issues taking my card and holding $500+ on my account. I would have WILLINGLY showed them I had more than enough in my account to buy the car on the spot. I tried to troubleshoot different solutions and Lexie Perth would not budge on helping me. Basically told me because I verified I was living at 1/2 homes I have with no mail verified on the reservation I would need a credit card to pay. Again I had JUST rented a month prior. I asked if I cancel my reservation and rebook with the correct information would that work and she continued to say NO with no solutions other than credit card for payment. So I had to drive 20 minutes back home with a hungry baby, all to grab a credit card. Also made picking up my family from a hotel due to a death in the family extremely late! What this experience taught me is that my loyalty & money is no good at your establishment and “credit” is more valuable. Therefore I will not be renting from you all ever again.

Called and needed to swap out my long term rental for a larger vehicle as my work vehicle is out of commission until an expected date of end of November, they told me no because their cars are for people who get Into accidents.My work pays for my rental which is a little over 1500 a month and you dont want to rent to me because its for people who get Into accidents? Alright lol. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Our reservation was for 9:00 I didnt get my car until 9:45 theyre under staffed but great customer service very friendly and nice
Car was smoked in and had a very strong smell even though it clearly says no smoking. I picked the car up, the gentleman said to return it with the approximate amount of gas that was in it when picked up, they ended up charging me $5.00 a gallon on my deposit because I was 2 gallons shy.
Terrible service. Would not address safety issue with vehicle and wanted me to drive back to PDX knowing the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Very irresponsible and dangerous on their part. Will be reporting them to cooperate

I had an awesome customer service experience with Reed. He was prompt, professional, friendly and I couldnt have been happier with the vehicle- a brand new 2021 SUV with only 43 miles on it. Reed pointed out some great features of the car and I will definitely be back and recommend to others!
Customer service was nice and very attentive but the only problem I had was the van they rented to us had one minor mechanical problem. But the price was reasonable for 15 passengers van. Other than that, everything was fine.

Rented this cool mustang from this location. So a couple professional lady’s named Sarah and Jazmine picked us up from location and did a super job !! The convertible was powerful and fun, however one rear window had a malfunction so leaked air and road noise.Plus surprise the shocks was noisy. We had picked up our rental car while on Vacation, everything was great with the car the 1st 2 days, we had the low tire pressure come on as we were heading to the coast so we had to stop at enterprise they traded out our car for a new 1, which wasnt as good as the original car told me if I wanted a different car I would have to pay for an upgrade! I have never had to pay for an upgrade! Let a lone when there is an issue with the car I was given!Over all the pick up and turn in was OK, maybe there should be more than 1 person checking in and out cars? And a tent would be helpful with all the random rain that comes.
I suggest you walk around your car and document anything that looks like damage so they do not ding your credit card. Staff appear friendly.

We made a car reservation online prior to our arrival. They had us form a line outside the building under scorching hot 82 degree weather with NO place to get shade. The manager was in the building majority of the time enjoying the AC, pretending to keep busy while one staff handled all the reservations. We stood in line for 2 hours under the hot sun (I literally got a sunburn) while waiting for a car to become available and at the end was told our reservation price had DOUBLED what they quoted us online with a bunch of hidden fees that weren’t even mentioned on their website. We left without a car. Thank you for a horrible experience, Enterprise!! PS. If you’re going to close the lobby to the public, the very least you could do is put up some tents to protect people from the heat! So unbelievable. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
Driver picked me up on time. Toyota corolla was perfect. They called me to see how I was doing in between. Took me back home after a little wait. Overall positive experience.

I asked to be picked up and they said I lived 6 miles away and the limit is 5 miles. Prior to returning the vehicle, I was called to see if I would be returning on time because another person had reserved my vehicle and had arrived an hour early. I said, I can return the vehicle a 1/2 early to help out your next customer and again was told no because I was out of the 5 mile limit. If you are going to advertise well pick you up then that should be honored. I will NOT rent from enterprise again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lexi was so helpful even though we were so needy. We required a lot of patience and switched cars a couple times and even came back to switch back to the original car we had... (I know, we are those people. *insert eye roll emoji here*) She was so nice and patient with us and we couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and got back on the road very quickly! I’ve been a long-time customer and the last three rentals I’ve been treated horrible and this last rental was the worst I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
I was not impressed by this Enterprise location for many reasons:1. I called and asked if they were offering shuttle services, they told me no. When I arrived at the location, they were shuttling someone, so clearly they were offering shuttle service.2. Even though I had a reservation for a specific time and I arrived early, I waited over an hour for my car.3. They tried to slick put me in a car that was way under the vehicle size that I had reserved.4. Due to COVID they weren’t allowing people in the lobby, which is understandable, but they clearly hadn’t thought through where people would wait for an hour for their car. We were all left to mill around the parking lot as cars went in and out.5. They were clearly under staffed and needed help, everyone was running around, but nothing was happening.The people who worked at this location seemed nice and were friendly, but the disorganized nature of this location was so bad that I did not have a good experience. They need to take a look at their current operations and make some changes.
My husband reserved a Tahoe while our car was in the shop. Upon arrival He wasn’t helped for 5-10mins. There were two people on the help desk and none of them greeted nor approached us. Only one customer besides us. As we finally checked in we were made aware that we needed a major CC on file but we don’t own a credit card. Understandable, but now the manager is into our personal information. Why we didn’t have have a credit card what insurance we had and what policy #. She continues to ask why he needed the rental, where our car is being repaired(Hubbard OR) the name of the repair shop and 3 proofs of ID?????!!!! And then she continues to ask how far the repair shop is and why we reserved a car so far away?!?! Then tells us our insurance does not allow us to rent a Tahoe. We have 4 kids plus us parents and they gave us a 5 seating Ford SUV, for the week. My husband tried to explain all of that to the manager to no prevail. My husband has been renting with you guys through his workplace and for personal use but have never been interrogated, and made us feel like we were trying to steal a car. This needs to be made right. He’s a plus member and should never have been treated like a criminal. There was plenty of people renting cars that we watched and none of them had been interrogated like we were. I expect a response from a representative ASAP.
We called ahead and still stood outside and waited for an hour with no updates. Don’t tell me I can come right now and pick it up and then make me stand out in the 80 degree heat telling me that you’re backed up. You should have said that when I called ahead and asked.

Was really disappointed. Ive used enterprise many times before without a hitch. Not this time. My reservation was for a noon pick up. A gentlemen greeted me outside shortly after my arrival.He showed me that my car was washed and next in line for interior cleaning. And then he would have me out the door soon after. Well my car was brought out front about 12:15. It sat there with me waiting till about 1:15. I was supposed to be at a family function on the coast by 1:30. By the time I picked up other family members and got on the road we didnt arrive till almost 3:30 and missed most of the reunion and missed several family members who had already left to their homes. I will think twice before renting from enterprise in the future. Oh and I forgot to mention that the interior cleaning was terrible. Especially the windows which looked like they were washed with a dirt rag then left to dry. Once the sun hit them all the dirty streaks made it difficult to see. I had to make a unscheduled stop to clean them properly.

The customer service has gone down hill. I ended up losing money on my last rental due to their mistake; they admitted they made the mistake, yet didnt bother correcting it. They just took my money anyways and said they would give the person who messed up a stern talking to. They also did something with my deposit that they admitted theyre not allowed to do. I told them I am taking my business elsewhere and I did.
Picking up the car took about an hour and you have to wait outside and it’s was hot. At that time not a huge selection of cars to choose from either. But when I dropped it off it was a quick easy process.
Even with an appointment they run late. They are unorganized and not so friendly.

We picked up the rental car, which was fairly clean, and with less than a half tank of gas.Enterprise checked in on us during our trip and got a feel for how everything was going. I did confirm with the agency that we received the vehicle with less than a half tank of gas, and confirmed the expectation was to return the car with approximately as much gas as we left with. I did fill the tank to match the level of gas we left with.Customer service was good, car was fairly clean and we returned it in the same condition we received it. Enterprise asked, Well did you have a chance to fill the gas tank? I shared my information with her and stated we are returning the vehicle with the amount of gas we got.It felt like she wanted to charge us for filling the tank, but after sharing the subject was dropped.
Great Customer Service as always. Car was a little dirty when picking it up (stains on the seats) but hey, its a rental. About the only thing I can suggest.... When you get the cars back, do a quick test of the 12volt power outlets? We all rely heavily on our devices these days and having power is important. The car I rented had blown fuses on all the 12 volt power outlets. Im pretty handy and was able to replace the fuses myself, so no harm! Outlet testers are super simple and inexpensive, would help with customer service?
I was treated kindly and with respect. They stayed open a little late for me so I could get my rental. The pick up and return process was under 10 minutes. I will definitely choose this location again in the future.
When I arrived to pickup my vehicle it wasnt ready and actually it was 20 minutes past my pickup time before I was able to leave. They stated they were cleaning the vehicle and that is what took so long. During the outside inspection, the premium SUV looked good except windshield was covered in bugs, the representative stated that they just couldnt get off because they were out of bug remover. No big deal, but when I looked in the back seat, there was dog hair everywhere, mean I can understand a little being missed but when the second, third and trunk were covered in it. So I asked them to vacuum out the vehicle again. At this point I was late and everything else appeared normal. Always check the cubby holes and storage areas. To make a long story short, I spent 20 minutes cleaning the vehicle at home before we could leave.
Everyone always friendly. I really enjoy the high quality customer service I always get. Sage, Carson, and Sara are AMAZING.

He made it so quick and easy to rent a car, and I and my family will definitely return! Good prices when you rent in advance, but also last minute deals available too! I rented an economy car for 2 weeks for about $230, but you might get a better rate than that as it depends on the vehicle you rent, the dates you are traveling, your location and any discounts that can be applied to the rental. Dont be hesitant to ask for available discounts at the counter (e.g., military, senior, AAA, travel clubs, AARP, etc.) Safe and happy travels!
GREAT experience with Mandy after having a horrible experience with enterprise on front st, we put a reservation in to rent a car and when we went to pick up our reservation they informed us that they didn’t have anything! They were not helpful at all other then a “we can call when something becomes available” we did not make a reservation to wait around for something to be available! However Mandy from the enterprise on mission st was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, she got us into something very quickly! We will no longer ever make reservations through front st, thank you to Mandy at mission st for being so helpful!

Let me start by saying if I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would.First I have always loved enterprise as a company and I understand that every company has a few bad apples no matter how good the company is and thats exactly what happened here. I had a reservation upon arrival the lady tells me I need a credit card (Ive always rented wit my bank card) well she proceeded to tell me she cant rent a vehicle out to me because I have no credit card. Which okay understandable however the lady refused to help me no matter what I showed or gave her. Finally I have my friend go up and proceed to rent a car no issues whats so ever. He asked them to put an additional driver still no problem. They ask him to bring in the additional driver wit a valid drivers license and must be 25+ of age. So he tells them okay. Goes gets me I take in my license this time its a different lady helping him then the one that helped me. After I get there and give the 2nd lady my license she enters it (still no problem as Im going on 29 and my license doesnt expire for another 6 yrs.) she grabs the keys unlocks the car and we are starting to inspect it and make sure theres no damage to vehicle. The lady that originally told me I needed a credit card calls in the lady helping me and tells her she couldnt help us even though my friend has all the criteria needed for it because she didnt want to help me. Saying that since I dont have a credit card I cant be added as a Driver. Corporate office even told them the only thing an additional driver needs is to be at least 25 or older and valid drivers license (Im over 25 with valid license)Ive never felt so discriminated against my friend was a white man and the girls helping are white as well me on the other hand Im Hispanic. Needless to say we will be going to the branch and area managers (complaints are already filed) as well as speaking to an attorney if this doesnt get handled properly. I wont ever return to this location nor will my friend. These ladies dont know how to act professional and are letting their personal feelings take over in a professional environment.
We were on a road trip and stopped here in salem at this location. Everyone here at this location is awesome, they greeted us and made sure our needs were met. Although they were busy they handled each customer with a pleasant demeanor. Great job !! :)

I unfortunately totaled my car and enterprise provided a great rental car for a great price! The staff there was great. They took care to ensure that my experience was a positive one. Everyone at this location was fantastic, but Wes was particularly fantastic. The ride home from enterprise after turning in my rental could have been an awkward mess, but Wes made it a comfortable experience! If I ever need a rental car in the future, this will definitely be the location I go to!

Dear Enterprise Senior Leadership,I want to start off by saying I hope this gets to the right people who can recognize the superior performance of this Enterprise employee. Please ensure she is recognized at the highest level possible.The story started back in early March as Covid-19 started its impact within the US. I had planned a seven-day trip to see my daughter and her family. That trip evolved into an almost three-month adventure. I was to return to Buffalo on March 17th when my flight was canceled due to an outbreak of Covid which shutdown the ATC tower at Chicago Midway. My flight was rescheduled and ultimately canceled again. It seemed that I was to remain where I was. I needed to find another way to go home - that is when I met Lexie from Enterprise.I originally had a reservation from a local Enterprise office with promised delivery to my location. I had reserved a car on a Friday with a Monday morning delivery date however, Covid-19 had a different plan. Over that weekend that location had closed due to company decisions. I was out of a car. I called the 800 number and was directed to the office where I met and was taken care of by your employee - Lexie.I spoke to Lexie over the phone. She was compassionate with my concerns of having my previous car reservation canceled and having to travel to a big city (increasing cases of Covid-19) to get a car. She assured me that she would meet with me and have a good car for me. I told her I would be driving across the United States and would need a reliable vehicle.When I arrived at her location, she greeted me with a smile and assurance that Enterprise would take care of my transportation needs. This is where an unexpected relationship was established with Lexie. She was a confident, compassionate, caring and professional employee. I explained my situation and needs to her and she took over. We handled all the administrative processing quickly, I was given an upgraded (a little larger) vehicle that would meet my traveling requirements, and we did a thorough vehicle inspection. She smiled, was very pleasant (even with the threats of the Covid-19 virus) and got me started on my one-week rental that eventually turned into a 74-day adventure.Due to Covid-19 restrictions in Western NY, I decided to make a new plan that ultimately lasted almost 8 weeks with an Enterprise vehicle. I had to extend my reservation several times and due to the amount of days renting the vehicle I had to re-establish contracts. All of these administrative requirements were handled by Lexie with the assurance she would take care of it and that I concentrate on enjoying my travels and being safe. Handling it she did. If I could not reach her because she was helping other customers all I had to do was leave a message. She returned EVERY call I made as soon as possible and took care of EVERY aspect of the rental. She made the process as simple as she could - she was dedicated to providing prompt and professional service.So, I wanted to let Enterprise Corporation and all who read this review, know that you have a SUPERSTAR within your company - her name is Lexie. I cant say enough positive things about her. I am appreciative of all she has done for me and because of her I am dedicated to using Enterprise as my exclusive car rental agency. They got us a rental car quickly, and when we needed it earlier than planned, they accommodated us and upgraded us to a better car as the one we reserved wasnt available. In addition to that, when we returned the car earlier than expected, they refunded our money promptly.

Trying to upgrade on a car rental on such short notice for a 5 day trip. Came here and found the perfect car thanks to Adam! Hes amazing and truly does his best to help his customers. We ended up getting a 3rd additional upgrade on our rental thanks to him. Although the the lady that runs the place decided to make a couple snarky remarks because we saved about $56. If it wasnt for Adam we wouldnt return otherwise. Thank you!
I needed to rent a vehicle after one of my company vehicles needed repairs. The first vehicle I got had a broken windshield that I did not notice until I got to my destination. I called the Enterprise office thinking I might end up getting in a fight over them with it, but Emily answered and was super professional. She arranged for someone to come to my work and switch out the vehicle. It was super easy, the customer service was above and beyond. Im very happy with my experience at Enterprise on Mission St.

Great staff.. even though they were very busy I got great service.. and a really nice car! But after receiving bill looks like I was charged for second day... I had car back by 6 that same day and extra charge of 19.xx kind of hurt my budget after being quoted the 42.xx charge at time of rental.. Overall a great experience but Mission St location definitely needed more cars to rent.
In the beginning your service was acceptable,; professional, accommodating, and down-home friendly. After having to extend the service I was met with a feeling of negativity. Upon returning the vehicle with a full tank and ran through the car wash and vacuumed, with low miles used, I asked for my bicycle which was left when I took the vehicle. The gentleman told me that normally they dont do that but hed put the bike in the garage where its be safe. It was apparently stolen, no one there knew anything about it or where it was.I restored the 1992 Cannondale last year. Retail value of the bike was in the $800.00 range they wholesale for about $400.00.The manager, Sarah, said shed get ahold of the regional manager to see what could be done. Havent heard from her. Instead I received a bill for the balance due. Which Im not paying until Im reimbursed for my bicycle.Sincerely,Steven l. Diaz

The car I requested was not available. The substitute vehicle doesnt meet my requirements. Also the car was not wiped down well.
They were on it I was in and out in less than 8 min the Truck was great ...
So I needed a car and reserved one through AAA app with Hertz, they fraud alerted my bank so my card was declined, and their system wouldnt allow them to use my card. Half hour there before I realized they couldnt help. Came to this enterprise told them my situation, I was in and out of there in like ten minutes with a better vehicle and almost 200$ cheaper than hertz for a week rental.Uncommonly expedient handling of my rental.well done here enterprise.
Outstanding service and quality of vehicles available. Excellent pricing and speed in processing check out/in of rentals. Easy access and centrally located. Told them 3 different times I didnt need their insurance to two different people, and they still tried to stick me with daily insurance. If I didnt call them they would have charger me. They also had the car since Saturday at 2pm 4 days earlier. They wouldnt help me then and told me to drop the keys off in the drop box and theyll inspect it and get my refund for the deposit asap. Well, again if I didnt call they wouldnt have done any of that. Wednesday would have passed, and I would have been charged daily. Im glad I was given a rental when someone totalled my car, but honestly I wish it wasnt Enterprise that handled it. Also the Nissan smelt like ferret... it was disgusting smelling had to keep the windows down.
Fast service. Seem to always have a nice car to rent.
