Great experience with this location. Everyone I talked to had great attitude. Been with them for 2 happy years!whenever I traveled, just one phone call and everything is taken care of in terms of car rentals.I live in Canada now and planning to go with Allstate again. They have been assisting me and working with Allstate here in Canada to make sure that I get the best price. Definitely highly recommended!

Poor customer service, I have been with this agency for 6 months and never received my paperwork (I had to download everything). Come to find out, my mail was going to my old address in Washington. This contained personal information and hopefully my identity doesnt get stolen from the new owners of that house. I reached out last week and asked them to correct the mailing address and never heard back. I checked again this morning and it hadnt been changed. I called them again and this time a lady answered and told me she would change it immediately. She was very apologetic and nice, if it was just her I would give the agency a 5 star. I will be leaving Allstate in the near future because my trust has been destroyed by this situation.
