Bill was able to find better insurance for a lower cost than my current provider. I was shocked that the company I had been with for years was not more competitive. I have had to make a number of changes since my original policies were put in place and Bill is always prompt, professional and thorough.

Switching to Met Life was a no brainer when it came to savings, but it didnt stop there. Not only did he save me a crazy amount he added coverage I didnt previously have. If I have a question, I call, they answer the phone and my questions. Great company! Thanks for your service.
The double charged us one month then told us we had to wait 30days for a refund when it was their fault. Then if you ask for a manager they put you on hold all day till they close or they say there is no manager. Worst customer service EVER!
