This place has really gone beyond expectations for me.. They cashed a check I thought Id have trouble cashing it was out of state personal handwritten check. Took a few minutes but the lady was so nice and helpful. Great customer service.

Western Union refunded money that I sent out of the country. The recipient could not collect it because the particular country where he lives has no American cash to give him. So for 30 days we’ve been trying to actually find a person that can help us get our money back. No one wants to even listen to our story, it was complicated to explain. We were exhausted from trying to get Western Union people to understand or care that we had a lot of money out there in limbo land somewhere.Finally I decided maybe we could just go pick it up.. it wasn’t showing up in our bank account as they said it would. So we went to numerous stores and they wouldn’t even listen to our story.Then... we found out about the Cash n Go store, finally someone cared enough to help us.“Sam” was polite, patient and seemed to be concerned about our situation. He gave us superior customer service and I want him to know as well as his supervisor. He’s a very kind person. Thank you Sam.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! I WORK FOR A BANK. THEY WILL CLEAR OUT YOUR ACOUNT! THEY CHARGE MY RELATIVE WAY MORE THAN WHAT THE WERE SUPPOSE TO FOR A LOAN AROUND 300$ + SMALL FEE. BUT THEY CHARGED ALMOST 1000$!! SHE WAS NOT LATE WHATSOEVER. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. SHE CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY LAUGHED AT HER WHEN SHE EXPLAINED THAT HER KIDS WONT BE ABLE TO EAT THIS WEEKEND. THEY ARE ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE BUILDING. JUST A WARNING! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM!

I’ve been coming here every now and then, NOT MUCH. The people here have always been professional with me, in that aspect I’ve never had a problem. The only thing that bothered me recently was that I was not aware that if you borrow, let’s say $100 and you pay it back in“2 days”, they still charge you a fee of $10??? They call it a initiation fee? That, just seems too steep for me, it seems too much for just 2 days. I was told that other places don’t charge you a fee if you pay your loan back in a couple of days... 8/4/20

Ive been using Cash and Go on and off for a couple years. Loan agencies arent the *best* way to borrow money as it can easily get cyclical and the interest can be steep, but truth be told I love this place. Theyre always really nice and helpful when I have questions. Ive never had any issues receiving a loan, and they always give me 30 days to pay the loan back. Overall, fluid and positive experience!

This place is Dirty! And $100 to cash a $1,000 check from a very well known company is outrageous!! Also.. make sure you have time to kill because they will make you wait while they walk around the back talking to eachother and looking highly unprofessional.

Been going here on and off as needed for a few years. They have been quick and helpful in the past. Today I was helped by someone who was extremely rude (understatement of the year). This will be my last time using this place. I recommend going anywhere else if you need this type of service.

I cash $400,000 of the checks with it competitor and Ive never been treated as good as I have here and I will never go back to where I was at phenomenal service for educational whoever answer the phone know exactly how the rules went I didnt get something different when I got to the store and they took care of me rapidly while they were super busy thank you guys so much

Brenda has excellent customer service skills. While waiting in line I watch a gentleman be completely rude to her because he was behind on payments and was mad she wouldnt giver him another. Everytime I come in and deal with her she makes sure i leave happy and does everything in her power to make sure I get my loan. She is amazingThank you for your hard work.

Watch your bank account closely. My kids are fighting forged checks submitted by the corporate office. When they contacted corporate my daughter was called an ignorantb---h and was hung up on.Now I m sure that the company will be audited with a fine tooth comb. What couldve been taken care of immediately with an internal investigation will probably result in a federal investigation (multiple states) and some hearty fines and loss of business licences.I gave a 1 star rating because there was not an option for a negative rating.

Typical payday loan place. You pay a fee for the money, and yes, its expensive, bUT no more than any other payday loan place Ive been to. I picked this place because they dont pull your credit, and I needed money. I think for a $300 loan they charged me $40. Not completely outrageous for an emergency situation. People there were nice. It hasnt been crazy busy like other payday loans. Ill update it something changes, but as for now, it was a fine experience.

Its alright. They seem to always be late tho on actually processing your check. So dont spend what you might owe them to avoid an overdraft fee

If you dont have checks through your bank youre not getting a loan they ask for blank checks which sucks because I dont use checks. So I dont have any

Bad service: extremely slow, forget your DL ids and are rude.

I cashed a check there from my employer had to wait 45 Minutes to clear it was charged 10$ only to be told a few days later it never cleared and that I owe them and they are threatening me with police and the only crime I commited was going to that horrible place .I would never recommend going here unless you want to be treated like a criminal
