Josh and his team are great. I wish I would have switched years ago. Better Coverage with Towing, Rental Car Coverage for less money and I got life insurance and still paying less then I was = no brainer! Josh Morris has provided great service to my family at a competitive rate. I particularly enjoy the benefit of being able to temporarily add someone who is visiting us from abroad to drive our cars under our insurance and have to pay nothing for it. We have two cars and house with him.

Started out great but went downhill quickly. Cant believe I waited so long to switch insurance companies. Shawn in joshs office saved me money while increasing my coverage and adding renters insurance. He made the whole process so painless by working with my busy schedule and actually coming to my work to help me get everything squared away and to make sure I knew what coverages I had. So a few months into my policy it went up $60 more and when I asked my insurance agent he said he would check into it then never heard another word from him and he ignored my messages. So I decided to cancel my policy a day before the payment was due. Then the day after the payment was due and after I cancelled they took the money out of my account. I called to inquire about this and was told that it takes a week to cancel the policy and I didnt tell them to stop payment. Was then told I would receive my refund in 3-5 days and now 8 days later I havent received my refund. Called and they have no information of me inquiring about a refund. This is the worst experience Ive ever had and has cost me so much money. This has to he one of the biggest mistakes Ive ever made.

Josh is spectacular! Honest and very insightful. He knows his stuff, but he isnt going to sell you anything you dont need. If he recommends it, you can be sure its for your benefit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic. Very friendly staff. I didnt realize I had a gap in my coverage with my previous company. There is a difference between having a local agent and having a cut rate call center company out of state somewhere. I wish I switched years ago !
