This was my first interaction with this office, my allstate account had been under another office previously. I’m someone who travels a lot so doesn’t get mail timely and elected to paperless bills, which hasn’t worked so well due to all the spam and solicitations building up in my gmail so I hadn’t seen any notices about July payments. Long story short there was an issue in July where for some reason on of my banks responded that an active account was closed, creating issues for my automatic payment. If this office hadn’t called me to inform me of this issue I could’ve faced my car insurance being cancelled and never have been the wiser since I’d missed the email billing statements. The fact they are going above and beyond what VA law requires to also give calls before cancellation really attests to the customer service and I highly appreciate them for their actions. They seem very professional and interested in their clientele .

My accounts were transferred to Bill Richards Allstate Agency. I had some questions/concerns regarding both vehicle and home policies which were explained, addressed and alternative options were provided promptly. I recommend Bill and Lisa to assist in your insurance needs.

A few years back we had a water issue at our home and my insurance agent, Bill Richards, was so helpful with keeping me up to date on what was going on as well as working diligently to get us back in our home. My agent is always personable by getting to know me first and not just feeling like a number. Not only are they personable but competitive in price. My premiums/coverage are tough to beat. I would recommend Allstate to anybody!

Bill and his staff are great. I primarily work with Sherri. She is fantastic as well. The office mailed me a sympathy card after my father passed away. That really meant a lot to me. Words cant describe how much I appreciate that office!

I hate the news rewards program, used to be if you drove well, you would get discounts on your bill. Now you cant use your points if you Spend money! Thats not a reward!
