Tim has proven to be a really great agent for us. Not only has he been helpful in finding the coverage we need, but when we were recently evacuated from our home due to the Beachie Creek Wildfire he actually called us to make sure that we were OK. He checked in on and and reassured us that we were covered if our house were to destroyed or damaged. We ended up with no losses, but Tims concern for us and his willingness to reach out to us and make sure we were alright were a great comfort to us in the middle of all the chaos.

Timothy Minor is an AMAZING person to work with! I have a lot of anxiety issues, especially with cars, and he spent probably 30 minutes with me AFTER HOURS going over every thing, not just getting me set up and was getting what I wanted, but actually taking time to make sure i understood Oregon state laws re insurance, like what happens if an uninsured driver hits me.Seriously, I called just before closing, after getting a new, to me, car. I needed insurance to get to work the next day and got the standard Im currently helping other customer message and figured that was that.Little did I expect for him to call me back AFTER they closed to help me.And then instead of just rushing me through, he really took the time to explain everything to me.
