I returned to Ohio last year. My agent was able to transfer my policy easily and quickly. He is professional and responsive and checks in on me from time to time. I appreciate it. I obtained a quality policy with amazing value. I recommend the Allstate office in Salem, Ohio.

This firm does not hesitate to send you marketing emails, but apparently cant be bother to return either phone calls or emails. Plus they charge me about double what Id be paying through Esurance, which is odd given that theyre the same company.

System automatically removed me from auto pay which ended up canceling a 5% discount and they wait 5 months to seek payment. Neither the local guy or corporate want to make it right and keep me. I don’t deal with being sneaky and not being up front with the customer. Advise you stay away

A bit of a hassle early on in my claims process since I started out filing via Allstate website. I should have gone directly thru Adam Little. Fortunately, Adam was able to get involved and get the right people and the right information across to the claims adjuster. Everything ended up going fantastic because of his phone calls and direction...very grateful to him and his efforts.

The Salem Allstate Insurance office is great! The staff there - Adam, Eric, & Lisa - are a fabulous help with your insurance needs. Theyre friendly, courteous and very helpful. We transferred our insurance policies to the Allstate Salem Office a couple years ago and they were able to save us money. Thats always a positive aspect!

Allstate in Salem, Ohio is a great Insurance Company! The employees are very nice and understanding. As well as, very thorough when you have questions about your policy. I would not choose anyone else!!! 10/10 excellent!
