Brian is always faithful in returning our calls and helping us with whatever we have needed we have been with farmers since my husband was sixteen Mitch grant then Sandra Heaton now Brian Harrison He is always friendly he treats you as if you are part of his family he will chat with you and is generally interested in how you and your family are doing 23 months ago our son was killed in a tragic accident Farmers was there they helped us with our insurance needs and brought us dinner the year before that our apt we lived in for 28 years was caught on fire by a neighbor farmers was expedient in getting an adjuster right on and got things on track this last February when I called to pay my bill he always asks how I’m doing and I had to tell him my beloved father had just passed away he was very comforting and a few days later a card came in the mail he takes excellent care of his clients if there is an issue he is right on finding the answer I would recommend Brian Harrison to anyone needing a caring reliable agent😊
