Tim is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. He is quick to come out and give a quote, always gives you the best price and recommendation for which parts to use (more expensive vs. cheaper alternatives). He fixed our dryer and our refrigerator, I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking appliance repair.

Genie Appliance Repair / Tim are awesome!!!Our ice maker went out and I reached out to Genie based on reviews. Folks were right! Tim responded immediately, set up a time that worked for us, called the day of the repair to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, worked quickly and explained the situation clearly.Turns out the ice maker was damaged and needed a replacement part. He showed me what was wrong, gave me a price to replace it and scheduled a time to put it in.Right on time once again, Tim was here at the house promptly. He had the new part in place.We are thrilled with Tim and Genie repair. He is our new, local business / appliance repair of choice.

After going through another company and having a HORRIBLE experience, I looked up a repair company and I have to say Genie Appliance Repair lived up to and exceeded their reviews. They fixed as much as they could (but at this point it is probably better to just purchase a new one) and kept me informed and really tried to fix it 100 percent. They were honest and affordable and really explained everything. I will definitely call them if I ever need any other repairs.

Dealing with a locally owned and operated repair company was so much less stressful than trying to work with one of the bigger appliance repair companies out of Portland.

Unfortunately, my washer was beyond repair, but Tim asked if there was anything else that I needed help with. That reminded me that I was having problems with my fridge. Had an appointment for Thursday and about 10 mins later they called me back because someone canceled today. They came out found the issue with my Samsung fixed it and left. I had a wonderful experience with Genie Appliance Repair today! When I called they made an appt. for the next day. He called to let me know that he was on his way and was able to come a little early if I was ready. He explained what had happened to cause the refrigerator to stop cooling, what I could do to solve the problem if it ever happened in the future, and even fixed the problem I was having with my dishwasher while he was here, at no charge. I was amazed! I not only spent so much less than I was worried it would be, but I saved money in the long run. I definitely recommend Genie Appliance Repair!

Tim was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had our refrigerator go into demo mode and stop freezing/cooling. He recognized it and fixed it in less than five minutes but still took the time to check everything and explain what he was doing, even offering tips of things we should do as yearly maintenance. He quickly accessed the situation and worked through the challenge affecting our Kitchen Aid refrigerator.
