Used this company at the recommendation of my Bosch salesman. Convection microwave went out, repairman comes, orders part, not the right part, orders again, runs that part over by mistake, he quits and no one follows up until we call AGAIN, oh oops need to order part AGAINโ€ฆ..5 months later $10 dollars part to fix the original problem, added a $100 part called a harness, was not in the original estimate, then a $265 dollar labor fee that I have to pay for their incompetence!!๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก. $375 is more than half the price of a new oven!!!! Will not ever recommend these people!!!

Totally unprofessional. Sounded like the wanted to price gouge me, first wanted $800 something then $260 and then $108. When I asked for clarification on this from KitchenAid who dispatched them the tech stormed out like a 2 year old.

AWFUL Company!We had a repair issued by the Whirlpool to come out and fix our cook top oven. We put the oven on self clean it got so hot that it burned the left of our new counter tops. This was not there fault as it was a manufacture defect. They took 3 months to fix the oven then followed up with telling me there was nothing wrong with the oven and it was my fault that the cabinets were done wrong and good luck with getting my cabinets re finished at my cost....

Our Jenn-air dishwasher wouldnt stop running a cycle. Called this company and Doctor Raymond came out. He easily diagnosed and made a quick appointment to schedule our repair. Always wore his mask, was knowledgeable, and courteous. Would happily recommed him.

Dont use this company. We had too because they were the only ones who worked on LG, it took over a month for them to come look at and order the parts, then when it was repaired there was an error, so the fridge wouldnt work, when called to get someo e out it was going to be another week and half, tech had to call to authorize to come out 7days earlier but was still5 days after initial repair date, when asked to talk to supervisor was put on hold and forgot abut, this compay doesnt care abbout you the customer, they just want to take your money, the only one who was decent was the technician

Horrible service! Our LG refrigerator was under warranty and they were contracted to do the warranty work. The first they had called to confirm that the entire cooking system was failing they wanted to be sure that the information was accurate to make sure they only had to come out once and that all the parts would come with the repair person. A week later the repair guy showed up and stated that there was a complete cooling system failure and that he had to order some parts because he didnโ€™t have all of them, Strike 1. He then proceeded to tell my wife that a second person would have to come out with him to install some parts and that we would be called in the next week to setup a second appointment. A week went by and I never heard from them Strike 2. I finally called and they had told me that parts had came in and but never called to schedule a second appointment for install and the guy on the phone couldnโ€™t tell me why a call was never made. Finally, a second appointment was made a week out because 2 guys would be needed. The day of the appointment 1 guy showed up to start and looked at our refrigerator again (which was the same guy who originally showed up) and said oh there is no leaks the compressor is just out (the part he had the first time he came and never installed). Finally a half hour later the second guy showed up and the first guy said oh he can handle this and the first guy left for the second guy to finish the job. After over 3 hours of the second guy being here he was finally done. Now come 2 days later when they said we could start putting stuff back in our refrigerator, I go to put the shelves back in and they did not even put the back of our refrigerator together properly so the shelves will not fit and there are random cooling pieces that were never reinstalled, Strike 3!!! Horrible company BEWARE!!!!!!

It was a waste of my time, as you and all the other appliance repair companies wont work on my appliance because it seems like your service area doesnt include Molalla. Will not recommend your services ever....I might add receptionist became indignant after she found out I was out of said service area.

The repairman came and went, and the dishwasher is still doing the same thing. My dishwasher is completely inoperable, and I am unable to speak to anyone about it due to extremely long wait times whenever I try to call. It would have been nice if someone could have followed up on this.

I bought a brand new refrigerator and dishwasher from Kellys. I let them know I wasnt happy with it and they called this place and sent them out. Before I knew it they sent me a bill for $109.00 . I called them twice and sent them a email with no response. Finally I called again and actually spoke to someone but, she was snotty and a smart aโ˜†โ˜† when I told her I dont believe I should have to pay this bill I didnt ask them to come out Kellys did. Her response to me was did you open the door for him or did he just walk into hour house?! I wasnt aware that opening your door makes a contract! I asked to speak to a supervisor and 1 called me back only to tell me oh well I cant make you pay your bills we can just turn it over to collection! I told her I always pay my bills! Not happy with the company or customer service WATCH OUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Our Samsung refrigerator was not cooling at our rental house in Salem . We had used the Appliance and Refrigeration Hospital at our home in Corvallis. We had been happy with the service because the technicians had experience. It appears that the technicians have a territory for which theyre responsible, so the service you get depends on the technician in your area. The home office appears to be in Vancouver because that is the address on the invoice. The technician in Salem came to our rental house 3 days after we initially called, which we were okay with. He opened the evaporator cover and saw ice frozen up in the coils. His diagnosis was that we needed a new assembly cover, drain kit, PCB main assembly, and a heater for a total cost of $434 parts and $389 labor equaling $823. The freezer was still working and read -4 on the thermostat. We were suspicious of the diagnosis and cost. So my wife looked on YouTube and found a video showing our same Samsung refrigerator with the exact same problem. The technician in the video turned on the heater to melt the ice, then he relocated the sensor from the inlet tube to the outlet tube of the evaporator to extend the defrost time. He said the inlet was too cold causing it to freeze up. So we sent the video link to the tenants who are young men in college. They unplugged the refrigerator, used a hair dryer to melt the ice, moved the sensor as shown in the video, and put it back together. The fridge has performed perfectly for a week now, so I am writing my review.Either the technician that came to our house is undertrained and or incompetent, or he saw a chance to make some easy money and take advantage of an absentee landlord. We will not use this company again if they tolerate dishonesty or hire untrained personnel. I agree with the other reviews, stay away.

Oops, I reviewed the wrong Appliance Hospital. Not sure how these guys are, but I was really happy with the ones that visited.
