Our refrigerator unexpectedly stop working we have a newborn so we desperately need a fridge ASAP; we checked everywhere and could not get a better deal. I called B&G and had my fridge THAT DAY!!! It was affordable and delivery was swift. The owners delivered it themselves and our family were happy to support a locally owned establishment. Greg gave me advice on the phone that worked! I had done some diagnostics but could not get my dishwasher to run.With his experience and knowledge, Greg pin pointed the problem and solution.

The first meeting, the contractor did not attend to all of the issues I had requested. The next time he came, was much better, however was not able to find the solution. Before pushing refrigerator back in, he pulled the tape off of the water line, which was keeping it from sagging. He pinched our water line, and we didnt have water or ice after he left. I called company and they told me I should pull refrigerator out and check to see if they had forgotten to turn the shut off valve to water line back on. There was no shut off line, however I saw the water line had been pinched and water was leaking from a hole that was punctured when the refrigerator was pushed back in and the water line bent. I called the company and they refused to take any ownership of the problem they had caused. Then they told me since I had not left it the way it was, that I had no proof they had done that. I was frustrated, but they still had not finished the work order for the microwave and the oven. They told me that the parts were allready ordered, so I decided to continue with their service until the other projects were completed, which was 2 weeks away. When the appointment arrived, they no showed. I called them to follow up and they called me back to say they would not be coming. They could have at least called to let me know. Instead of wasting my time for 2 weeks while I waited and made arrangements to have someone meet them. Poor company, would not work with them ever again.

B&G did repairs on our microwave (fix electronic readout on front) and refrigerator (fix ice maker) and did an excellent job. He seems to have much experience and reliable expertise.

Brian is the BEST in repairing all appliances, he is an expert in Bosh and Thermidor. Brian is a great guy and I appreciate his experience and professionalism. Thanks

I found B&G on Home Adviser Website and filled out the form asking what need to be done. I needed a new ¼ inch copper water line to replace the plastic tubing from the refrigerator ice maker. This runs under the kitchen floor to the back yard plumbing. I submitted the form online and in two minutes they called. I advised them I have all the plumbing parts and a drawing as to how I wanted the new cooper pipe and shutoff values installed. I was told a man named ( HAYROL ) will be here the next day. He came and we reviewed the drawing and the parts, then he gave the estimate. He was very good at his job and taking care to double checking for any leaks. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT THIS WORKED OUT WELL AND NOT BEING OVER CHARGED AS SOME PLACES DO.SO, THANK YOU AGAIN, IRV S.

Repaired my dishwasher. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and skills.Fast, friendly, and dependable service. Would recommend.

If you like taking multiple days off of work so they can come out and guess at what parts are needed, then use this company. Be prepared to be asked to move the appliance yourself as the repairman has bad knees.

This contractor never showed to a scheduled appointment and did not respond to multiple phone calls. If you value your time, choose someone else.
