The Bus facility itself was so clean. He provided sodas; ices Mineral water. We were lucky to get the model where snacks were allowed.I couldnt have been happier with the service from Starlight Limousine.Book them for any event immediately.

I live in Eugene and was using UBER to go back and forth from SFA and Portland Airport; but it can be really expensive, especially if you have surge charges, traffic etc. So I decided to look for a car limousine services that provided reasonable and dependable rates. I found Starlight Limousine Airport Car Services and was really impressed with how professional and courteous the driver was. He was punctual and dropped me off well ahead of my flight, which is great. I decided to use the same car service to return and the driver who picked me up from the airport.

We reserved a limo for our daughters 15th birthday. The limo arrived on time and the driver was very kind. The girls of course want loud music and the driver was very accommodating. He was even sweet enough to take pictures of them. The limo was clean, had really cool lights and plenty of sodas and bottle water. The girls had a blast and are already talking about reserving it again for next year. Thanks Starlight!

Thank you starlight limousine for the excellent service and wonderful limo Hummer H2. The limo arrived on time and the driver was the best he was kind and new how to operate the limo perfectly his name was Neilson. He got us to all of our destinations on time. And the Hummer H2 fit our group of 20 perfectly it was really nice inside and was well cleaned. And they provide and excellent variety of drinks.

We rented this for our friend’s birthday. The outside of the limo was so dirty, it smelled like cigarettes. It was 106 degrees out, we were told the limo would have working air conditioning- instead we sweat all day as it was hotter inside the limo than outside. Our driver asked us to stop on OUR TIME to get ice, and we had warm drinks inside the limo(champagne was warm) We tried to contact the company to discuss our issues, and we were blatantly ignored. Hung up multiple times, and we were charged extra. Would never rent from this company again. Very disappointed.

I used Starlight Limousine for my bachelor party and got a Party Bus for a really good price. The driver Bill was nice and professional. Great service, very nice... Had an amazing time !

I would never recommend this limousine service to anyone. The outside of the limo was disgusting and the inside was worse. It smelled like stale cigarettes had trash all over, dirty floors, seats were ripped. It was 106 that day and the AC was broke blowing extremely hot air out. It was hotter inside than it was when we got out. The owner was completely disrespectful, hung up on my husband twice, yelled at him, made up excuses, and then right after made an unauthorized charge of an extra $280 dollars. Completely unprofessional and they are thief’s. Stay away!!!

Im so appreciative to be seen and they are protecting my health as well as their own. I would highly recommend Starlight Limousine to anyone! Great experience.

I reserved a limo for a 40th birthday. I paid in full earlier this week for what was expected (based on the photos that were sent directly to my phone) of a stretch Cadillac SUV, seating 11 people.Well, we still had a great time -- however I do not recommend using Starlight Limosine out of Salem. We ended up in a completely different vehicle (that could barely seat 8 people), with blown speakers, a bluetooth that wouldnt connect, a window that wouldnt roll down, and expired soda pop (only by a month, but its the principle of it all).I immediately sent an email letting them know I was irritated about the change, only to receive text messages about my Anger and contentment isnt from God, but By the DevilI will not recommend this service in the future.

They overcharged us by almost $300 and refuse to speak to us about it. They yelled and argued with us on the phone when we tried to explain they had either taken the deposit out twice or charged us for 9 hours of use. She explained we had been charged for 6 hours at $132 per hour. We explained this should have been $792 and we were charged $1056. The woman continued arguing and yelling saying, yes we charge you for additional 3 hours. They told us they charged us for 6 hours. When we tried to explain that to her again she said, ok, ok we refund you ONE hour! Ok? ONE hour! We said no, we were charged the deposit twice. She hung up on us. We tried to call back more than once and they dont answer the phone. They sent us a driver time log and the times were incorrect. We were charged for an extra 2 hours they couldnt explain. We were supposed to have it from 5pm-11pm. Instead they wrote 4:15-11:53 and refused to explain why. We were also given no notice before any money was taken out. We authorized a deposit of $264 and that was it. Yet they took money from our account 4 different times. We will never use this service again. I wouldnt recommend using this service. Customer service is non-existent, they dont listen. They just start yelling immediately and didnt investigate further. Its as if they are asking us to just accept that they took how much they thought regardless of their error. There is no other way to resolve the issue. We will also report to the better business bureau. Be very careful giving them your banking information!

10 stars if it was possible!! We booked Starlight for our wedding and their service was very professional and courteous. Easy to connect with and no wait times on the phone. Received email confirmation immediately after booking. Our driver was William, who was very polite and friendly. Our limo was tastefully decorated and the overall experience was exceptional. Needless to say we are extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again for another event.

Make reservation for our granddaughters 18 Birthday. The chauffeur was very helpful, courteous and the girls had a great experience. Thank Starlight Limousine for making her day special.

WORST LIMMO EXPERIENCE ! White hummer limo wasn’t even cleaned well inside. Smelt like it had been sitting for a year and never taken care of. Didn’t know how to get to and from location even with a gps. The stereo didn’t even have power to turn on and all around unprofessional driver. Also didn’t feel safe as he cut off lots of people cause he almost missed the exit. Horrible experience. (Do not recommend)

We had an exceptional experience with our Starlight Limousine for our tour to some of the many northern Oregon superb vineyards . The limousine we chartered was quite wonderful. It had all of the expected conveniences, was very clean and was of course fully stocked. Our chauffeur was extremely accommodating and had a delightful attitude. We would recommend Starlight Limousine to anyone interested in experiencing an excellent tour of Northern Oregon’s amazing wine county.

Wow! I have rented through Starlight Limos twice now - 6 vehicles in all and they were most excellent. The owner has great attention to detail, great and reasonable prices and the drivers have been THE best! The manager was nice but the limo was old and the driver didn’t where a jacket and his sleeves where roled up and they where also late!

Planned my own 30th Birthday evening in Portland and Seattle. Starlight Limousine was easy to work with, they answered all my questions, efficiently billed me and the limo was exactly as seen online- Stunning! Our driver Bill was great and treated us like family. The inside was amaizing with lights, ice and great speakers for our music. We all had so much fun and I highly recommend them!

The limo I rented for a wedding over the weekend did not look like the pictures I received from the company. It looked old and had rust, no one at the wedding wanted it in the pictures. I sent pictures to the company and called but that didnt help, I was told that the limo was recently painted and was the first to complain about it. I would not recommend this place.

Used Starlight for a wedding and had a pleasant experience setting it up but then the limo arrived with TWO dead batteries and we needed a jump to get on our way, the fans kept shutting off after a few minutes on a 100 degree day, limo was rusting, tinting was bubbling on every window some almost halfway up, lighting inside didnt work, privacy partition didnt work, radio didnt work, blue tooth didnt work and where you could possible plug anything in was actually falling out of the wall holding on by one single cord we ended up listening to music directly out of our phone. It says ice and drinks, there was soda but only about a handful of ice was given in the ice bucket so our drinks were warm. I called to talk to a manager and was told I would get a call back, 6 hours later I called again and a lady asked what do you want? I said a manager and she again said yeah, what do you want? I said I used their service and would like to make a complaint and she let me know they do not handle that over the phone only by e-mail... little disappointing with the after care, I will not be using them again nor will I be referring anyone EVER. The driver was very professional, I would give no stars but the driver again was very nice.

My granddaughters prom was last nite in Oregon City. I wanted to make it very special since it is her senior. Jaime her driver was very punctual. Her was there on time. He introduced himself. Showed us the limousine and explained all the details. He was professional and friendly. He made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I told him i would recommend him to friends and family. Starlight Limousine has the most affordable rates I have seen. I booked them for my wedding this summer. I got to know the manager Jan and she has always done a wonderful job. One of my real estate associates uses the Starlight limo to pick up her clients after their home has closed. Starlight limousine comes highly recomended by many in this community.

Not impressed. The party bus was very ran down. I was told ice and drinks would be on board. Driver had no ice so we had to stop at a store to get some. He also did not know how to work the bluetooth music so we could play from our phones. We never got it going. I was told it had the capability. He also dropped us off about 20 minutes early and did not offer to drive us around more for the extra time we had paid.

Terrible experience. If I could leave a negative star, I would. Our limo driver did not have a GPS. He couldn’t find us to pick us up. He was over an hour late and we had to drive to him, 10 miles from pick up location. He told us, “ I’m parked between 2 mailboxes in front of a house.”. He was in Silverton. Our pick up was Scott’s Mills. We had 4 adults and a baby. We were going to Nostrano, then see Christmas lights. Early December 2018. We barely got the car seat in and all in, when the babies mamma was trying to get the 2 month old baby buckled. Her door was still open, the limo driver drove away. He then proceeded to speed through Silverton and very heavy footed on the gas pedal. When I realized he was going to Salem, I tapped and tapped on window. He was extremely agitated. I spoke calmly to him to get him calm. I GPS the address in Portland and literally hung between the back of limo and the front talking to him to calm him down and to tell him where to go. I had to remind him several times to slow down. We arrived an hour late. We had a sick person from the driving. The limo guy had never driven that car. Halfway into our meal, the limo driver comes in to say, “ A husband called and my boss will be driving you home.” We did not get to see Christmas lights and we were so upset and anxious over the ride, we couldn’t really relax and have a pleasant meal either. The drive home was way better. It took them a while to put the window back up, so that was awkward. I’ve not heard where they made it right to my friend who booked it. No one made it right for me. I can’t recommend this company.

Although it took longer to arrive home due to Portland traffic, my driver..Bob..was very patient and we visited about my travel adventure. What a wonderful service!
