Would recommend NOT to use. Damaged my vehicle, reported, 2 weeks later got a call letting me know they would do nothing, I would have to file a claim with my insurance company. Poor customer service.... poor customer care

This time sucked. Usually I have no problem but they didnt check other fluids and tires but no they didnt.

Did a awful job washing my truck all the snow was pushed on my back window and I couldnt see. They rushed on my truck with spraying it down before pushing me through, but took their time on other vehicles. Second time that has happened to me with the same Fast Eddies. Wont happen again!

I like Fast Eddies car wash, they do a better job than the competitors and its cheaper! Also do oil changes and auto detailing. Worth a visit.

Just got The Works, the most expensive was at $15, and my car was still covered in dirt. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Fast Eddies on Bay. They are much better over there.Edit: Just to clarify, there wasnt even a line when I went where they might have rushed to get me through. Just did a poor job.

At peak hours of the day the car wash line will be wrapped around the building, but the car wash is very well staffed during these afternoon hours so you wont be waiting as long as it might would appear. Ive had nothing but pleasant interactions with the employees there. The monthly cost for the top package is around $40 and youll make that money back in 3 washes. The wash is gentle on the vehicle and they wash equipment seems to be clean(er) than other conveyor carwashes around. Overall, Id definitely recommend Fast Eddies for quality and not being too rough on your vehicle.

Came through to get a car wash and there were people just standing around not doing anything. Nobody took the brush to my car when I pulled in, they just waved me through the wash. There was nobody to dry my car at the end. I saw people sitting on their phones but they werent helping. it look like only a couple guys were actually working. Very unprofessional. Smh. when I asked to talk to a manager about this they said they didnt know where he was.

Always a pleasant visit when I go there for my oil changes and a wash.

They are fast and do a nice job making my jeep wrangler shine. So Im always in the know keeping the shiny side up.

I bought a monthly subscription to their car wash service and have been pleased with the service so far. I go throu on average about twice per week, and more during winter. My truck always gets hand dried by the staff, and looks stellar.

Very Friendly and Professional. A Worker Bobby was very kind when making me aware of another issue and even explained why i was in need if a certain service.. Will definitely be back for All my Future Services

Oil change has a new 21 point inspection process that details all the checks that are done on your car. Some vehicles have different components so not all checks on the list may be performed. Great service in oil change. Techs do a great job at checking all fluids and air filters. Prices are comparable to competitors. Wash employees do great work on the interior services. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to go there for my washes and vehicle maintenance.

Used to go there often. Last time I paid $15 for the best car wash and I when I went through it shut down twice and never even used soap. I pulled back around to go through again and the employee treated me like it was my fault. Very disappointing

If you want your vehicle to get scratched, then by all means use this car wash. I have a brand new truck, with only 74 miles on it. I took it here Monday morning for a car wash when they first opened. The brushes didn’t look wet and they certainly felt like they were beating up my truck. Well, they sure did exactly that. My brand new truck looks like it went through a car wash of sand paper. This place is horrible. If you value your vehicle. Don’t take it here!

Only gave it 4 stars because the wax only sprays heavy on one side like other side is clogged and and sometime the rinse does not work!!!!

Fast Eddies is terrible on State St VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL one of the staff that was new (I’m guessing) did not put any coolant in my boyfriends car so not even 30 mins later his BMW car was smoking and now it does not start the head gasket blew. No one at fast eddies was able to help or even try to figure out what happened or get his car fixed!Very Unprofessional I just can’t believe how you hire someone that isn’t capable of doing a oil change properly will be taken further action! They WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I just bought a really nice car, used but with low miles from a dealer recently. The paint was immaculate on this car. Went through the State Street location to get it washed. When I drove through, you could feel one of the rollers hitting the front of my cars hood with which felt like abnormal force for an auto wash. Didnt think anything of it, when I got home thier was numerous paint chips caused from that damn thing! Will never go thier again, they obviously have their machine calibrated wrong. Factory paint with 16k miles on it, should not flake off like that.

I had gone up north and had a LOT of bugs on my grill and headlights. I requested extra care in getting it cleaned. The girl who took my money even wrote on the windshield to make them aware but it didnt matter. They just haphazardly slopped the brushes around and sent me through. Most of the bugs were still there after the wash

Tried the Interior Cleaning, waited only the bay for nearly an hour before they even got to my truck, guys just walking around, on their phones, soft touch next to Red Horse is definitely the way to go, and half the price! #NotImpressed

I went to Fast Eddies on Saturday, February 29th, 2020 for a wash.After the wash, I went to a nearby Walgreens. While there, I noticed fresh scratches that went down the entire drivers side of my car.I immediately went back to Fast Eddies and filed a formal complaint with the manager. He handled the situation about as professionally as he could, and hes the only reason Im giving Fast Eddies two stars instead of one. He took pictures and told me he would follow up with me by Monday or Tuesday of the next week.The manager proved to be a man of his word. He called me back on Tuesday, March 3rd, and told me the district manager/owner denied responsibility for the scratches and refused to pay for the damages.His rationale: Fast Eddies had serviced hundreds of cars that afternoon, and I was the only customer who had an issue.Im thankful for the manager following through, but, Im very disappointed in the district manager/owner of the establishment deciding he doesnt need to do anything about damaging a customers vehicle.I didnt have any reason to lie about what happened; and, I dont particularly like spending part of my weekend filling out complaint forms. Fast Eddies scratched my car and they shouldve taken responsibility and rectified the situation as any reputable company would.

Everything went fast once I was pulled into garage. Did wait about 10 mins for availability.

I didnt even have to get out my car for my oil change, which only took about 10 minutes.

Straight answers and good workers. Of course the techs suggest things you can do in addition to an oil change, but they arent pushy. I have been getting oil changed here for years. Also, dont let the line for the car wash scare you... I was in line, nearly out of the parking lot, and was still out of there with a clean car in around 10 minutes.

Decent prices, vacuums work ok. I paid for a super wash and it did not get rid of it the mud from driving on one dirt road 1/2 mile.

Best place I have gotten a full service oil change in the Saginaw area. Manager was really informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Not an excellent experience, but not horrible. I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change and a headlamp replacement. The tech was knowledgeable and quick. He did try to sell me on everything under the sun though. My only complaint is that the light he installed was NOT the correct bulb. I found this out later that night. I had to go to Autozone and get my own bulb.

Anthony and Andrew have taken care of the State of Michigan Vehicles (Saginaw Jerome Hart Building) with great detail, care and concern. they are the best at what they do. Thank you so much from our office.

This is Fast Eddies on State st. Dont know why it says Letavis. Either way, the whole crew was nice and answered my questions (I usually change my oil myself but didnt feel like it) without any attitude - even the dude who emptied the trash out by the vacuum was respectful and courteous; insisting he give me a completely empty can to dump my trash into. It cost me $30 more than changing my own oil for the full service - doors lubed/inspection done and a free $10 car wash. Even Ron the manager was receptive of what I was saying when I asked to speak to a manager. No attitudes. This place is amazing and I will be going back.

Fair prices and timely service, I have been getting my oil changed there for the past few years and gave nothing to complain about. The manager Ron makes sure all his employees are thorough during the inspection. The car wash does a good job for the price aswell.

They do good car washes however, I received rude comments. I was getting a car wash and just received some terrible traumatic news and was so upset and distracted that I forgot to put my car in neutral and a staff member screamed at me for not switching my car to neutral which made me cry even more. I tried to explain why I forgot and I APOLOGIZED but he walked away. I was very upset and will not come back for another car wash.

Great service. Competitive pricing. People say, the dealership is less expensive for an oil change but they dont realize the dealership oil is a generic Dexos oil. Fast Eddies carries name brand Dexos approved oils that meets and exceeds the manufacturers recommendations. $65 for an oil change is cheaper than a new engine!!!! They offer trans service, coolant services, power steering services, etc. Check em out.

The guy tried charging $68 for a basic (not full service) oil change. He was on his phone the entire time and even said he needed to run to AutoZone for a tool and that hed be back in a few minutes. We decided to leave after that.

They ripped off my 3rd brake light on top of my Tahoe in the dryer and said they would replace it then called a week later to say they wouldnt cover my truck...Never go there!!!UPDATE:I am imploring all of you not to patronize this company and its locations...About 3 weeks ago i was at the State street location in Saginaw MI. I went through the wash as usual until it got to the dryers and their dryer ripped my 3rd brake light off of the top of my Tahoe. The guy on duty Andrew took down my info and a incident report and said he would contact me. Three days later he said he needed my vin# to order the part to be replaced. This raised a flag to me because you dont need a vin# for that (I assumed they were trying to look up any past damage to my vehicle so they could deny my claim). Three more days later Andrew told me his manager Scott said they werent gonna honor the claim because my truck was 10 yrs old and it looked liked glue on my light (Mind you he has only seen pics of the damage). There was no previous damage done to my truck and their excuse to deny me was unacceptable. I then called headquarters in Swartz Creek and after 2 weeks of waiting on a reply I called today and was informed by them they wont cover the damage and theyre backing the Saginaw location. I will be filing a lawsuit against them to recooperate my losses. If there is anyone else that has had a problem with this company please contact me and maybe we can collab on a lawsuit. These people will not get away with treating me like a nonfactor after taking my money and damaging my truck. Thanks for your time and please share share share!
