Very pleased with the timeliness at getting our issue taken care of when it happened. Water heater died and flooded parts of our basement. Rodrick and Eric were great and got things taken care of right away. Hope to never use Servpro again, but if I ever have another issue I know who I will call.

The first ServPro team (Saginaw) showed up efficiently and successfully dried out a very wet basement in under three days. This included tearing out basement carpet, baseboards, a closet, and a bathroom vanity. Everything happened exactly as they described it. The same day that the drying the basement team left, the remodeling team contacted us. And thats where we are now. So far, I have only the best things to say. Ill add to this as the project continues to get that basement back to pre-flooding. But I am very optimistic! Very professional and competent people. Thanks!

I flooded from the storms in May. They talked a big game about cleaning up and remodeling. Here it is December, what did I get for $7000? They pumped out the water. They cleaned. They ripped out drywall, cabinets, counter top, sink and left me a huge mess. Of course they want more money to reconstruct, but then told me they’re not reconstructing anything north of Bay County. So I’m stuck. They’ve been horrible at returning my calls and emails. Worst mistake I made was call them. Plus I’m out 7 grand

Our SERVPRO crew, Paul and Nick, did a great job for us. We had 8 feet of water in our finished basement during the flood, but once we had the water, carpet, and drywall out they were able to come in and did a great job with the cleaning and drying process. Paul and Nick were polite and professional, and kept us informed of how the drying process was going. We had a SERVPRO crew in after the flood of June 2017, and have been pleased with their work. If we ever need water damage reclamation services again, we will call SERVPRO.

Jake, Josh and Roderick worked hard to fit in our job amid a backlog of 200+ jobs related to flooding in Midland in May 2020. These guys hustled, were incredibly responsive and professional. They were here on time, ripped out carpet and flooring and put every fan and dehumidifier they could until we got to an amperage limit on the breaker box! We are on day 1 of a several day drying project but they helped save our fully finished basement. We have an expensive remodel ahead but it will be cheaper and less complicated because ServPro got here quickly and got the job done. Thanks, guys!

Im blessed that our need for Servepro was not as dire as so many of the restoration pics on the site! Ive often wondered, does anyone ever read reviews? Im a retired veteran, was in emergent need of roof repair right in the middle of winter. I received a call from ServPro, was told Dont worry, everything will be fine, we got it covered. From inspection, work authorization, matching shingles, and job completion, the holes in my roof, water damage completed in a fast professional manner. In February of 2019 our dishwasher leaked and destroyed our less than 2 year old kitchen floor and cabinets. we called servpro on the recommendation of our insurance company. They came and did the remediation, in that process, they caused a leak in the refrigerator water line, left it leaking for the rest of the nearly 4 month long process. The crew also destroyed the remaining custom wood floor by pushing sideways (yes, sideways) our 600# commercial range, followed by our fully loaded commercial refrigerator (again, sideways) across our wood floors gouging them up to the point of unrepairability. Their carelessness caused us to have to replace the entire floor. Now, the finish (install) crew out of flint, I had to make them re-do different things 6 times. They blatantly committed insurance fraud by charging my insurance company $4000 for countertops they didnt buy, $3600 for $1400 in cabinets, repair of 500 sf of drywall (our entire kitchen has about 250 sf), all in all, there was $7200 in fraudulent over charges. when we asked for an itemized statement before we paid our deductible, they ignored us, when we demanded an itemized statement, they put a lein on our house. Warning if you deal with these crooks, get an itemized statement all along the way and check it carefully. they will rob you blind and laugh all the way to the bank. We will never deal with servpro again.

Michelle Gricar set us up immediately after frozen pipes caused flooding in our home. Kathy S sent her crew the same day to begin drying us out. She was on top of everything and so helpful. The reconstruction was coordinated be Dave Sova and he was constantly in touch and present during the recon making sure I was happy with everything. His attention to detail was wonderful and Im grateful that I could trust the details to him and not have to worry. He was very thorough and empathetic.Moe, did an outstanding job and he and his crew were amazing. They minimized the stress involved in this project and Im so grateful for the professionalism of the entire Servpro team.

Just called hoping for some insight on what to do as our roof was damaged during a storm and now we have water damage. The woman treated me so poorly as if I was some kind of idiot so I ended our conversation and will go elsewhere. I recently bought a restaurant that had been shut down for a while and was hoping to get it opened back up. However, the major problem with getting my health permits approved was some mold damage in the refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher area.
