I was so very impressed with John and Peter who came to clean my carpets today. They were both so professional and kind. I will surely ask for them again when I am ready for more cleaning. From the beginning one of the guys was very negative about getting out a large stain in the carpet. They used VERY LITTLE effort in even attempting to get the stain out. We were charged $300 but feel that we did NOT get our monies worth.

The crew called and showed up earlier than scheduled. They explained the services they would do and got right to work. The services didnt take very long. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to my friends an c neighbors.

We have a cream couch. I was very detailed about areas to go back over. My couch looks better but I still see streaks and dirt shades all over the back of the couch now that it’s dried. I wish Stanley Steemer would have paid better attention to all areas. I’m paying enough for my couches to be cleaned. They should come out clean.

While the young men who arrived were very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets quickly. Two bedrooms with closets in under a half hour. The office failed to call and tell me that they were running late. My window was 2-5 and when I called at 430 I was told it would be closer to 7 before they arrived. The person ahead me apparently also called and ended up cancelling so they arrived at 6. I find it very unprofessional of the office to not notify customers of such delays.

I feel they rushed the work. We had two rooms done and from the time they pulled into our driveway to the time they left was only 20 minutes. There was no way they did a professional job in such a short amount of time. I wasnt shown the work when they were done and there are still visible spots on the carpet. Im not sure Id recommend Stanley Steemer.

I have a special needs daughter whos cat had done some significant pee damage on both carpeted rooms. I spent the last year steam cleaning, spraying with enzymes....they did in 1 hour what I couldnt get done in the last year. I knew it would be better because I used them a while back. Im slapping my forehead wondering why I didnt just do this to begin with. That carpet is a 1000 times better and it doesnt smell at all...freaking phenomenal

Aweful service left a huge hole in my clients house in the wall from equipment and then the manager told me to send a photo to determine if he thinks his workers did this!! Very unprofessional and bad business didnt care if customer was happy or not on to the next one!!

After a terrible 1st experience Stanley made it right and let me tell ya the crew that came out the second time did an outstanding job 👏. My house smells so much better now. The carpet isnt matted down in spots anymore. Its just overall better and Im so glad they made it right.

We appreciated how they explained what they were doing with disinfectant & the process of cleaning. They were so thorough & showed care for our belongings & input. They were so courteous & stopped what they were doing if I had any questions or concerns. They worked hard & efficiently. I cant say enough good about these to hard working men! We will definitely request them the next time we need Stanley Steamer services! If I was their boss, I would make sure they were well paid for their very hard job. Edited comment:I removed my original comments and changed to a 4 star from 1.The company reached out to me and offered a portion of money back. Little bit less then 25% back.They also sent someone else out at my conveinice to redo areas I wanted and try and remove the stick from the carpet tape spots.The redo did work and the carpets are very clean.I appreciate the effort went into making up for previous mistakes but I still feel some costs and practices could use some work.Thank you for making it right in the end though.

Absolutely nothing I like about the conversation I have a $50 area rug and the price they d me was over $400 to clean it I dont think so but thank you anyway I understand everybodys hurting with this pandemic but dont try to make up your losses from my wallet

Andrew and Avery were on time, polite, and professional. I had them clean 3 bedrooms and 2 area rugs. Our carpets are only a little over a year old and not heavily soiled. It took them about 30 min which was fast (I felt) but I wouldnt say that they didnt do a thorough job as there werent any areas that needed any heavy duty scrubbing. Carpets were nice and fluffy afterwards. From my experience I do have a couple suggestions.1. Would have like it if the guys would have worn protective booties when walking thru the house. We take our shoes off at the door and hope guests do as well. I realize they still needed to go out and hook up their hoses but the booties couldve been taken off and put back on again.2. Andrew explained their 3 point cleaning process to me before getting to work. Along with the steam cleaning they offer a protective spray and deodorizer for an additional cost. I would have been more apt to purchase those add ons had I known those services were offered when I made the appt for them to come clean. Just dont enjoy feeling like that was more of a pressure sale than a necessity.Overall would hire you to come clean our carpets again.Thank you!

The crew was quick and very friendly. Our carpet wasnt the nicest to start with but its pretty sad that I could clean it better myself with my home shampooer.

We do a better job with the steam cleaners we rent when we do it ourselves. They were nice, just didn’t put much effort into it.

Nice guys but didn’t put any effort in cleaning whatsoever. No elbow grease. Just lightly ran attachment over fabric.

Just had 3 rooms and 3 sets of stairs done. Team (Josh and Jake A) were great, courteous, and very professional. Explained what they were doing as it was done, which was nice since I am a curious guy.They called ahead and gave us plenty of notice that their first job potentially would delay, but ended up here right on time. The whole process was quick and easy.

I was SO excited to finally get the furniture done at my home. 9 grandkids, multiple dogs, and every day living wreaked havoc on my sectional, and my favorite recliner was also showing signs of defeat in the cleaning department. I wasn’t convinced that the stains on the sectional would even come out...but I figured as long as it was done, at least I’d KNOW it was clean. The two man crew worked quickly and efficiently. The whole thing took around 90 minutes, and when I looked at the sectional, I was shocked at how good it looked. I told them, we should have done a before and after photo. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The guys that came and did my place did an excellent job. Got it done in a timely manner and were a joy to do business with. Whoever is training them or their supervisor, they deserve a bump in pay.

Everything was great until the cleaning guy had to use my bathroom to urinate. I mean with covid-19 really, with his bodily fluids all over my bathroom now I have to clean that!!! Now I have to sterilize my bathroom from a total strangers using it!

I have no doubt that the cleaners used are capable of getting carpets cleaner than using a standard store-bought / rented cleaner, but the gentlemen that came were in and out so fast that they made no effort to go over a few more stained regions. I have been able to clean these carpets better using a regular carpet cleaner, just didn’t have the time to do it myself while moving.

My wife has been plagued with some health issues. We recently found out from an allergy test she is allergic to just about everything. Pollens, mold, pet dander and many many more. Looking at hiring Stanley Steamer to remove all these allergens from the house.

Very happy with my carpet cleaning. Guys were very respectful. They did a great job getting the floors done. I even had an extra rug that I asked if they could do that wasnt on the original order. The cost was only $10 and it looks good as new now.

It was quick and convenient with online scheduling. They were here between the time slot and they called prior to arrival. They did a good job and my carpets arent as wet after as most carpet cleaning jobs I’ve had. Which is what I’ve been looking for. I hate to think my carpets are soaked when they leave. But dry time is great. He said 8 to 12 hours but it’s been about 6 and I can walk around in my socks no problem.

Stanley Steemer provides complete customer satisfaction. Representatives of the company; Melanie, Tamara, Justin, Jacob, Hunter and John are very professional and do very good work. I had an entire house of carpeting cleaned. I was so impressed by the quality of work that I plan to have my wood floors done in the next week or two. Hired Stanley Steemer to clean the carpets in the home. The office was efficient and friendly for scheduling and kept us updated on arrival time. The gentlemen that did the work (Adam and Taylor) were friendly, polite, prompt, and did a wonderful job with the cleaning. They also explained what they were doing and made sure we understood what to expect and aftercare. They did such a wonderful job on the carpets we contracted with them to do the tile floors which also turned out great. Guys were prompt, polite and did a decent job. We had whole first floor and a chair done over $600, there were a few spots that had hoped would look a little better. They left maybe in a hurry, didnt bring in a few chairs, didnt reconnect the garden hose and left back door propped open. All in all not bad but not quite as good as expected.

The two young men were really nice, but I honestly think a better job on my family room carpet could have been done. I cleaned it myself at one point and it got cleaner than what was done today. I do understand I need new carpet as well, but as I said I think a better job could have been done.

Technician arrived within schedule and called while en route. He was efficient, prompt with set up of equipment and did a good job on carpets. We have had Stanley Steemer in the past and this trip was to clean the high traffic areas during winter months where the dog goes in and out to the backyard. Technician explained another good feature of deodorizing carpet with a product they offer but declined this time cause I had my check written out already. Maybe in the Spring.....

The guys that were here did and excellent job. We have our carpets cleaned about ever 6 months. Every time the workers have been kind, courteous, and thorough. We have used this company for over 15 years.

Do not and I do mean do not let them clean your air ducts. They do a horrible work. To make a long story short, they did not do a good job. If you do allow them to do any work in your home, please do not sign anything stating they can not guarantee. First off, if they can not guarantee after the fact in telling you they can do the job, please do not continue with them find someone else. In the past my parents had problems with them too. By knowing the history, I should not have let them clean my heating duct work at all. To save you time and most definitely your hard earned money do not let them do nothing to or in your home, do your research first to find a better company out there that can guarantee a job well done because they definitely arent the ones for the job. The did not take the necessary steps needed to properly clean my heating duct work. The job was not done right at all to make sure my duct work was clean and free of the problem I was having. So please do your homework by researching before a job, believe me you will save time and your money. They can not deliver/provide at all.

We had Stanley Steemer from 7536 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw come out to our home last Friday, 7-6-18. Ive never written a review before but really wanted to this time, as my husband and I were highly impressed with the work that Sonny and Crew from Stanley Steemer did on our carpets. He was professional, and focused - he also used a black light to show us pet stains that we had no idea were on our stairway!! We never saw with our eyes! Great Job Sonny and we will be calling next year

The owner and the person answering the phones were very pleasant and helpful. They informed me that specific methods were counterindicated for my flooring and they were not able to do what I discussed because its counterindicated. I appreciated their honesty and politeness when my request became awkward ( about another business). They seem very knowledgeable and polite and the type of people I would want working on my floor.
