I had originally called D&W Carpet Cleaning for assistance and they NEVER showed up! So I quickly called Underfoot and explained that this was a surprise gift for my best friends birthday! Not only did they make me a priority but they did a swift and beautiful job despite the short notice and for a fraction of the cost of the original place I called! I honestly will never trust another company than Underfoot! My experience was outstanding and they made my first time get my carpets clean easy!
