We had a great experience with Ernie Krygier and our repairman Shukri. He was very professional, and a really nice guy. He was able to replace the parts quickly and weve had no issues since the repair.

Matthew was here because the oven in our stove stopped working. He was here on time and kept us informed on what he needed to be replace and the cost it was going to be. He kept the work area clean as he worked and was very professional. If we have any problems with our appliances in the future we will definitely call on Ernie Krygier Service.

I have a Samsung washing machine that at the time of repair was not even 4 years old when it quit working and I no longer had the extended warranty from where I purchased it. The manufacturer did a great job helping me out along with Ernie. In the end because of a non manufacturer issue, I was left with a machine that was no longer usable. Ernie contacted me and at no charge to me, so that I can have a washing machine that I can use and not have to purchase another one, he ordered the part I needed and had his repair man come out. I am so thankful for his generosity in helping me out. During these times, it’s nice to see that a business will go out of there way to help someone out. I highly recommend his business.

The repairman who came to my home to repair our freezer was horrible and started the appointment by saying there was nothing he could do and thats exactly what he did nothing. He questioned me about our Sub-Zero freezer like how could we afford the appliance, ask to see the receipt. Then questioned me about our sub zero refrigerator as if we didnt have enough money to have either appliance (mind you he was called to repair our new freezer). When I asked why he needed to know about our refrigerator because he was there to repair the freezer he got upset and stormed out in a huff. What a waste of time. The guy is useless. Boy I miss Ernie. The people who are working on his behalf do not compare to the service Ernie would do. Im going to try a different place for my repairs.

Came out to fix washer, said we need a part. We call them for the next 2 months, still waiting on part. We call the manufacturer, we can get the part in 2 days. Call them back to communicate this and this horrible secretary hangs up on me, will not transfer me to a supervisor. Been customers for years, never again!! What a bad company.

I am very disappointed to say that I will not use Kregier services again! We have been a long time customer of Krygier Service and never had a problem until recently. We had our washer looked at before Christmas time and we were told that we needed a new transmission, so we ordered the part and waited, and waited, and waited, while making calls every 2 weeks. No one was helpful and no one could give us an estimated time frame of when we would be getting the part, and meanwhile I’m doing laundry for a family four at the laundry mat. I called yesterday and I had a woman pick up the phone, I told her that I wanted to speak with a manger over the situation because we had been waiting for such a long time with no follow up or customer service to back up the wait. She told me that I should just cancel and try to get the part myself because “ whirlpool is a joke”. Today I made the phone call to whirlpool and took me less than 10 minutes to order the part, and it will also be delivered tomorrow with standard shipping rates. I was able to speak with a manager at whirlpool that me aware it should have never taken Krygier service this long to get the part and that someone from the company dropped the ball..... he apologized for their lack of customer service and wished me luck. I called back to krygier service and spoke with the same woman who never says her name although, she recognized my name and told me that she had already talked to Mrs. Krygier about my situation and became extremely defensive. I politely asked if Mrs, krygier could call me back and me back and unfortunately it never happened. Horrible customer service, and very unprofessional.

My LG refrigerator (still under warranty) completely quit cooling. LG sent saginaw valley services out to fix it. They charged me $300, despite the warranty, left and within 2 days it quit cooling again. I had to do a new claim with LG as the other company refused to stand behind their work. Thankfully, Ernie Krygier serviced the refrigerator this time. Melissa was very informative, kind and helpful on the phone. They followed through and were very professional. Ernie did a complete system replacement working into the evening on a Friday. He explained everything, showed me the parts etc. Ernie fixed it and it works perfectly this time! He also did not have additional charges outside of what warranty covered. This was a night and day experience from the other company. I highly recommend this company!

Ernie is one of the sweetest people ever! I also spoke to a lady prior and she was so sweet as well! They are very professional and for their customers! Had a stubborn dishwasher issue. Our technician, Dave, was punctual, very professional, and was able to fix our issue quickly once parts arrived. He took his time cleaning up after his work was finished and even shared good tidbits of maintenance to keep our Kenmore performing well. I recently had a 25 year old Sub-zero refrigerator give out on me. After an initial shock of the cost and repairs on an estimate provided by a technician from Ernie Krygier we were very pleasantly surprised to learn the actual repairs were MUCH lower than the original estimate. And worlds away from cost of a new replacement Sub-zero. The reduction resulted from a re-evaluation of the original problem. I love the way I can always check on the status of my request for service on-line. Technicians always arrive promptly, or let me know in advance if they will be delayed and clean up after themselves admirably. Dave, in this instance was very cordial and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Both of the service techs were very friendly and took time to explain what I can do for preventative care on my washer. They even answered a question I had on my stove. I give them a A plus rating and would recommended them to anyone that needs appliance work, insurance wise or non insurance.

Unimpressed multiple visits to fix the same problem. They didnt want to warranty parts they replaced less than 2 months ago. They also charged me another 80 dollar service call

I was able to have someone come within a couple of days to look at my dryer. They did try to work around my schedule and with the call the day before I knew within two hours when to expect the technician. John was courteous and worked quickly and even cleaned out the machine good as new when he finished.

I called with a refrigerator not working spoke with Melissa. She was not able to send a repair person out until next week She explained that they were very busy with the people in midland with the flooding and she was very sorry I thought she handled the phone call with much empathy and kindness. I was able to schedule an appointment to have my washer looked at within a day or two of calling. I love the technician tracker email/link, so I knew when to expect him to actually be at my house. The Ernie Krygier technician was prompt and so nice! My 5 year old LG washing machines door latch was broken, likely in a recent move, and John, the technician, told me how much the parts would be and what I would need. Because he told me just what I needed to fix the machine, I was able to call LG and get the part for free, even though I was just past my warranty (it never hurts to ask, right?). John came back out and an had the door installed in just a few minutes, and it works beautifully now. Ernie Krygier service has always been my go-to appliance repair place. The technicians are so friendly, and they always figure out the issue and solution.

The technicians name Dave, came to fix my washer. He was there installed the drum, cleaned up his stuff, signed out and left within 45 minutes. I called one afternoon when my washer stopped working with water inside! I had a tech out in a couple of hours! Wow, what a pleasant surprise! I wouldnt go anywhere else for service. Ive been using them since moving here 37 years ago.

I recently had work done on my Jenn-Air dishwasher. I will start positive by saying that both techs that came out during the 3 visits were courteous. However, one interaction just did not sit well. On one visit, it was determined (and later retracted) that he would have to pull the dishwasher out and take back to the shop to figure out what was causing the issues that could not be found. I was told that I needed to call my husband and ask permission for them to take the dishwasher. I immediately replied that it was fine to take the appliance. He worked a little longer and again said I need to call and have him say yes. During this whole time (about 3 weeks) of communication, I was the only contact with the company. But I call my husband and explain what was going on, his immediate response was, “Do they not trust your judgement?” He was baffled but, of course, said do what needs to be done.After some more fiddling around, it was found that it didn’t need to be taken. It was an easy fix. But had already replaced a sensor that probably didn’t need to and they were going to order a new motherboard until I said no way there’s not even an error code for it.Since then, I have told people about having to ask for permission and people are blown away. What if I was a widow? Or had no one else? What I can tell you is that I am a female very capable of making such decisions.

We called over the weekend and a service tech was able to come by Monday afternoon. He explained everything very well and even gave our dog some treats. :) We will use them again and recommend them.

Then they came and looked at my refrigerator and instead of goiving me a all this useless info and put work into a fridge not worth the money told us we could get a new one for less then it would cost to fix it. I wasnt sure who to call for appliance service. I came across this company when I searched on Google. They had good reviews so I reached out to them. A man answered the phone and took my information to get me set up. Not having to leave a message and wait for a call back was nice. On the day of my appt. I was called and told that my tech was going to arrive in the next 30 minutes. Dave arrived within that time. He was nice and was able to help me out and I learned some things as well. I will definitely be using this company for any future service needed.

Weve called Ernie Krygier Appliance Repair for two different appliances now, and been very pleased with both of the men who came. They were cheerful, helpful and thorough to listen to questions. I really like the 2 hour window that they give you (as opposed to a 4+ hour window) for when the repair person will come, and they also send an automated call when the repair person is finishing their current job letting you know theyre coming your way. Great communication, friendly service!

Matt was the BEST repair man EVER! He was polite, respectful, very quick, and informative. The first visit he saw what I was describing over the phone, and the second visit he fixed my refrigerator a lot faster than I expected. When I asked him questions, he knew the answers. I honestly never had such great service.

I have a GE Over the Range Microwave, that stopped working (less that a year old). GE referred me to Ernie Krygier who contacted me, came out to the house, verified the problem, got the correct part and repaired it, (under warranty) . Shukri the tech was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He knew exactly what to do and how to fix/complete the job. He was awesome! I highly recommend E. Not honest with pricing. We had a business to business agreement. The owners son didnt like we were able to get parts at cost so told us to come get our stuff. I know the reviews here are good but that doesnt seem right.

My LG refrigerator stopped working. There were two visits, one on a Monday to diagnose the issue, a second on Friday to fix the problem. The track your technician tool worked on Monday, but not on Friday. However, I did get an phone call prior to the techs arrival.Fridays tech was Dave. He was very professional and friendly. I was completely satisfied with his work.I was promised a $5 Amazon gift card for writing a review. However, this is a scam. I requested it twice, and never got a response from Krygier. I double checked the email address, and never got an undeliverable error.

Our Frigidaire Refrigerator was having a defrost problem which was causing the freezer temp to go to -20 and the fridge temp to go as high as 60 degrees. We live in Bay City and had called a local appliance repair shop and he actually recommended Dave from Ernie Krygier. The first time Dave was here he had to order a new control panel for the fridge which took a couple days to come in. However, in the meantime, he was able to defrost the freezer to get it back in working order until then. Although he did have to come back after putting the new control panel in, he has always been very pleasant and efficient on trying to get the fridge back in working order. Although he is a nice guy, fingers crossed he wont have to come back due to our fridge acting crazy again. Krygiers have always had a good reputation and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their appliances fixed.

We had just moved in to our new home when our dishwasher had an electrical issue. No new owner wants a problem the first week of moving in! One of the service men came out and fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy to have my dishwasher back and working so quickly and back to enjoying my new home.

Shukri came today to fix my washer. Sadly, it was too costly to repair. I happily paid for his time. As always, when I am contemplating a new purchase, I call Ernies office and get their recommendation. Shukri was able to give me sound advice on a new or maybe used washer. He also looked at my dishwasher for no extra charge. I would not have anyone else repair my appliances. They have serviced all of ours for over 30 years. Provided excellent service on our SubZero fridge. The repair technician was able to fix the problem, and even stayed late to make sure it was fully resolved. He was also able to recommend what parts to order from them to fix another (non-pressing) issue on our own. Well certainly be calling them again if something else goes wrong!

Our new Whirlpool refrigerator (side by side) was freezing our food in the refrigerator. Greg promptly came out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately he had to order a part. Two weeks later Greg came back with the new part. In less than 30 minutes we were back in business. Great service! On time and professional. Highly recommended.

Ernie Krygier Appliance Repair truly knows how to take care of their customers. They are a family owned and operated business and you can tell by the way you are treated as soon as you walk-in or call for a question.

Ernie Krygier has been out to our home at least 5 times to work on the same issue with our Samsung Dryer. It takes 5-6 hours to dry a load of clothes in our gas dryer. They have replaced every part under the sun and have now resorted to contacting Samsung Technical Support. I am being told this appliance is working properly, that it must be an air flow issue. However, even after unhooking the vent, it still takes the same amount of time! The technician even went so far as to stretch his findings in his report so we are unable to warranty out this appliance. Sadly, our hands are tied as this is the only contracted repair company that Lowes works with for this brand of appliance.
