***EDIT***The store did offer to repair the appliance if we brought it back in. We did as requested, hooked back up and it was still not in working order. This was definitely a lesson learned to be cautious when the policy basically safeguards the company when selling defective products. I will own my part in being naive and expecting the seller to have integrity and pride in their work. I explained everything when purchasing. I told them I needed a guarantee that the items would work. I told them how the appliances would be used. I was assured that I would not be disappointed, was informed of a warranty and then hastily signed paperwork. I will take ownership in the fact that I should have not taken the sellers word for it and I shouldve made sure to read every word on that paper.... Hard lesson learned! As seen from other reviews, this is not the first issue the community has had with this place of business. I wrote the review in hopes of saving the next person the grief of throwing their money in the garbage.I shouldve read the reviews before purchasing. Spent almost $500 on a used washer and dryer set... neither worked for longer than a week. Called the store multiple times and couldnt reach anyone. Purchase was for a nonprofit home. We explained what it would be used for and I thought we had a 30 day warranty. When we finally reached someone on the phone we were told that they couldnt service the machines due to Covid. They then said the machine was used for commercial purposes (it had only been used ONE TIME for a regular load of laundry) and it wouldnt be covered under warranty. Now were stuck with some very overpriced scrap metal.

It is as advertised. Decent, second hand appliances at decent prices. Theyve been inspected and carry a 30 day warranty. We did not buy anything tonight, but may go back tomorrow to do so. If you have an appliance you could trade in, bring pictures with you so they can make you an offer. Even non working appliances. They offer pick up and delivery for a price.

My first experience, the selection was low and majority was very old appliances, I can understand the low inventory due to it being tax season, the gentleman was nice. We chit chatted he told us a few things to try an get our appliances working, he had a fridge in the store he said was working up to par and running fine it just made a little hum, he offered us the fridge for 150, 100 with our old fridge. The next afternoon we spoke with him he said he didnt hear from us and started to service fridge but as soon as its ready he will let us know, he posted it on Facebook market place asking almost 3x what he would have gotten from us. Just read previous reviews and go elsewhere I AM SO HAPPY I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER and now the owner is threatening slander because Im giving my honest review?!The text messages the owner has replied with are falsified FYI. Screenshots with dates dont lie. He FINALLY replied when I posted this review 🤣

They are not what they say, you have to sign the contract and give them the money, then they bring your appliance and if there is anything wrong with it they tell you to bad we got the money and you signed the contract no refund. I have never been treated like this and I am 70 years old people sure love to take advantage of seniors

Got a nice mini fridge works awesome for a great deal.. would recommend them to anyone needing appliances.

Dont buy from this business!! We bought a washer and dryer from ARC Appliances, back in May 2018. Washer worked great until last week. ARC was closed, so I called a repairman. He came out today and was shocked by how bad they washer was. He couldnt believe they would even sell a washer in this shape and there was no way it could deteriorate that quickly. When contacting ARC, the guy said that the repairman was a scam and couldnt give my fiance a straight answer. When asked him to repair it or make it right. He claimed we had to bring it in and charge us $60 bucks to fix. If he couldnt fix it then we could buy another washer for $80....NO THANK YOU!

Guys a total tool bag... dealing with him on a washer and dryer then he quits responding.. then a day latter he puts sold on buy sell trade site.. never responded

Very unprofessional place. I understand purchasing an appliance that is used comes with risk, however it should not come with rude customer service. Our washer went out after 2 months and we had someone come out to look at it since all of a sudden ARC didn’t “service our area.” The service tech said it was not fixable and he explained the issue. Once I called the owner he wanted me to bring the washer to him and was going to charge fees or we could purchase a different one rather than own up to the fact that he sold a crappy product. When writing a bad review on FB he blocked my BF and commented on the post saying we didn’t purchase there product. He then text me saying “thanks for the bad review on FB from your bf. I tried to fix the problem. We don’t want your business” and then blocked me. I will never recommend anyone purchase from him because he has ZERO tact or customer service. He blamed everyone but himself. There was a whole slew of problems from the beginning with our washer not being delivered on the day we agreed upon. Good luck to anyone who still decides to purchase from here. 👍🏼

Worst experience ever! I previously purchased a washer and dryer with good experiences so when my Mom’s washer died naturally I went back. Well the washer never worked he came out next day replaced that washer with a new washer 2 weeks later 2nd washer died and he said warranty expired literally to the day of first washer being purchased. I was told 50.00 to come look at it. Its business practices like this that make it hard to trust small business owners. I would rather spend more money with someone/company who stands behind their services/products then to go thru this again! Worst customer services ever.Furthermore, after seeing my review he sent me a threatening message! Please be advised you will either have a great experience or a horrifying experience. I have never been treated so badly by a business owner.And as you see below with his response he feels that using a washer for 2 weeks should warrant repairs (2 of them same problem). Sounds like bad service and products to me. I am not sure how you misuse 2 washers in 2 weeks so that water wont spin out of the machine. Just another way to get more money out of people. Again reason for declining business with small business owners. Also if you notice most good reviews have the last name Torrez which is this gentleman name so again beware.

I brought a refrigerator from him and it quit and all i wanted him to do is come check it out i did get it in December and it stop working in May i asked him to come check it out and his response was very mean and i have all of are textes and now he blocked me
