We’ve rented 3 bins from advanced disposal within the last 6 months. The reps on the phone are always friendly, helpful and courteous! Danny was the driver who dropped off and picked up the last bin. He was really nice ... when I asked him to lay some boards down under the bin to protect our driveway he happily complied. He was very careful when unloading and loading the bin from the driveway. I highly recommend Advance Disposal if you are looking to rent a dumpster to get rid of a large amount of junk from your home!

I’ve exclusively used Advanced Disposal for my home renovation. I have had 5 dumpsters delivered and have had a really great experience each time. The dispatcher is kind, courteous, informative, and helpful. The drivers are always conscientious and careful about placement of the dumpster and they are always on time. Clinton was polite and professional. While the dispatcher said the driver would need a 12 ft wide opening for the container, he took the time to expertly place it through my 10 ft wide gate in the ideal location. His extra effort saved me a TON of work and time. Its exactly the kind of thing that gets you one very happy customer!

Used Advance Disposal this past week and had a great experience - highly recommend! Don delivered the dumpster on schedule and expertly placed the dumpster in our driveway pretty quickly. Betsy and Debbie provided excellent customer service and answered all questions timely. We didnt meet the man that picked up the dumpster, but he did a great job, as well, and was careful manuvering around the cars located around the driveway.

From the first time I called Advance Disposal, it was a great experience. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and patient and helped me decide what size dumpster to rent. Shes great! I called her twice after that and every time we talked she was so helpful. We rented a 5 ton dumpster and it was the perfect size for everything we needed to get rid of. A technician named Don dropped it off and explained everything to me. He was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure I was ok with the placement of the dumpster, which I greatly appreciated because I requested that it be in a specific area of the driveway. They even texted me ahead of time to let me know when they would be dropping off the dumpster and when they would be picking it up. I would definitely use Advance Disposal again and I highly recommend them.

We needed some Spring Cleaning done and I had called a few places. Advance Disposal was really helpful with information and fair for the extension of how long we needed the container for. Don was the worker who dropped off the container and he was on time, friendly, and provided good service for the location that it needed to be dropped. This is the second time I have used advance disposal and have not been disappointed. They are easy to work with and always provide excellent customer service. The bins always arrive on time and picked up in a timely manner. They also offered me extra days, which I am grateful for, but thankfully did not need.

From the moment they answered the phone the staff of Advance Disposal were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Never having rented a dumpster before I was not sure about the sizes, capacities, and what you could and could not put in a dumpster. I was able to rent a dumpster over the phone, they delivered it, I filled it, and they came and got it. My entire project was completed in less than a week. And, the price was very reasonable. Don, the driver did everything to make sure the placement of the dumpster in very tight and restrictive manueevering space was done such that the location would not negatively impact the construction. The contractor had ample work space to proceed with his work. We were all pleased.

Ill start this by saying I dont usually leave reviews because Im lazy when it comes to typing, BUT they earned it. I cant say enough good things about this company, from setup to finish they were only a call away. Debbie in the office is always helpful and sounds happy to be working with you, I didnt get the chance to be there for the drop-off or pick-up this time but the delivery driver put the dumpster exactly where I wanted it, and didnt damage my olive tree (which is definitely in the way, but managed to finesse it in perfectly).As far as pricing goes, this is the best bang for your buck. You can call around (like I did) and see if theres better options...there isnt. Save the time and just go thru Advance Disposal.Im not one to bash other companies, but I called 1800 got junk and got quoted over $850, I called the $199 dumpster service and found out their no hidden fees is far from accurate. Its $199, they give you a smaller container, AND you have to pay PER TON! I moved 6.77 tons, it wouldve been substantially more, and I wouldve needed two dumpsters to complete this job.I was given the 20cu/yd dumpster with 3 tons allowed, went over by 3.77 tons and only paid $688.82 TOTAL!! SUBSTANTIALLY lower than competition. AND they literally dropped off and then picked up the next day (because we finished the demo in a day). Incredibly fast service, NO HIDDEN FEES LIKE COMPETITION, friendly workers. I wont take my business anywhere else, or recommend any other company to family/friends.10/10, highly recommend.

This firm is awesome! Really quick response time, same day delivery and pickup. Richard was the driver who dropped off my dumpster, how he got it into the driveway at my project was amazing! My project is in an area where you really dont want a dumpster to be left open for the use of others, if you know what I mean. My crew filled the dumpster in about 2 hours. Richard came back to my project site about an hour after I called in for a pickup (the same day!!) to retrieve the dumpster. These guys are totally professional and competent, I cannot complement Richard more highly. This firm is my choice for any construction disposal.

Best of all, Danny, their driver helped me figure out where the container should go when it wouldnt fit in the driveway. Charles contacted me via phone when he arrived at my residence. He was very friendly, he even made time to conversate with my husband. We were picky about where we wanted the bin dropped and Charles was patient with us and made sure that the bin was dropped exactly where we wanted. It took more than one time dropping the bin to get the perfect spot and Charles happily did it for us. Great customer service! My experience with Advanced Disposal was A+. They met my every request W/O a single no ! and I can be difficult at times. Professional and polite.
