The 40 yard dumpster is the largest and was delivered professionally and easy to order on line.

02/23/2021 around noon saw a Waste Management truck from Sacramento Dumpster Rental driving along I-80 dumping tons of plastic garbage out of the top of the truck. The garbage was lots more than what is shown in the photo, and it was flying all over the freeway including oncoming traffic, and floating into the wetlands / farm lands in that area. Not a good look for a company whose slogan is Think Green, Think Clean.

The service was acceptable but they are more expensive than other options for weekly pickup at a business. I decided to switch to another company and thats when the problems began. They changed the dates for the contract at some point (without telling me) and then didnt pick up their bin until a few days after I requested it be picked up and charged for a full month plus $150 to pick up the bin (I felt like they gouged me on that fee). They gave me a partial credit when I should have gotten a full credit for the month. We worked it out and agreed to a final bill that I paid on the phone when the final amount was agreed upon. Next month another bill arrives with an administrative charge and a late fee. I just paid it to be rid of them, which is probably what they had hoped. I would not do business with this company in the future.

They missed our pick-up. I called to inquire why and was told there was a padlock on the dumpster. It is their padlock and they have the key. I followed up with 5 phone calls and was told every single time that they would be out within 24-48 hours and no one came. Last week of the month and still no one and they told me they would not give us a credit for missed service sighting it was our padlock. It was never our padlock. Still no reconciliation. There are not many options for commercial service so we are stuck with their poor customer service and rude call center people..

The automated phone service doesn’t even work. I’ll press the number for the service that I want and nothing will happen.
