We have been doing taxes at Carrillos since 2010. We always book with Christina, she remembers her clients including our kiddos. She is so good at her job and making us feel very welcomed. When weve had to take our kids with us. She engages in conversation with them. Gives them colors to stay busy.She is also bilingual. If we have any concerns our questions she is always ready with an answer. Staff at Carrillos are great too. There is a bit of wait time even with an appointment. We dont mind though because we are pleased with their service. With Covid-19 they have taken measures to stay on top of regulations. Price wise, we are happy to pay the fee. I dont think its to expensive. It is definitely better than other tax places. We have a peace of mind doing it there than rather doing it on online.

Carrillos Accounting has such friendly and welcoming staff. My family and I have been coming here for a couple years now and we all love it! They do such a great and thorough job explaining what they are doing and they never have a problem with answering any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I called to schedule an appointment the lady over the phone told me specifically..to go in at 2. I show up on time just for them to tell me it was actually at 12 PM. I try not to get frustrated and try to understand that stuff just happens so I sit down to wait just for the Tax lady to come out and when she does it’s with an attitude and doesn’t even greet me and stays quiet the whole time while I’m just there sitting there all awkwardly. I walked out. Do yourself a favor and AT LEAST greet your people. Your better off elsewhere!! I went to Nallys Tax Services couple blocks down and they were amazing highly recommend them.

My spouse and I have been doing our business taxes here for few years already. And they have done a job well done. I did have an appointment scheduled with Christina but she wasnt available I ended seeing someone else but she did great also . Lourdes is my usual person but I have met them all and I am please to work with any of the staff here.-Erika.F.

Nice friendly clean place, been doing my taxes with them for the past 7 years . I just take them my paperwork. and they take care of the rest. everytime i need somethimg notarized or a leter from them they never let me down. They get it done pretty quick . And answer my calls every time .

The service is lousy, the receptionists treat you with a bad face as if they will force them to work, they do not give you privacy they read the papers in front of all the people they give you a price and they charge you another !!I definitely would not recommend a bad experience to anyone !!But only once it happens !!!
