You messed up and lost my tax return in your system, and when I was able to produce evidence that your system messed up, your agent ignored and gaslighted me and reproduced the tax return that someone else prepared. All my other files that I uploaded have also been erased (wage statements)

They made it very simple for me to understand and prepare for future instances that may occur. At all time they confirmed with me about everything we were discussing to insure I was never lost and fully engaged in the matter. I will most certainly come back next year to continue to be in good hands.

The person I had a appointment with was not there! I was told someone called me that morning prior to my appointment to notify me of this change, I checked no one called. Then I was told I would be in good hands and referred to someone who was either busy or whatever to only to get handled of to another tax preparer,which ended up being pretty good..kinda!

Every year I pay for the peace of mind protection, so when a recent problem arose with my 2015 taxes due to an error made by a Block agent, I didnt worry. I immediately called and left several messages for that agent to contact me. While waiting for her to return my call I had to go to Fort Riley to train for several months. When I returned I made an appointment with a Block agent near me to resolve the issue. The error was discovered and my peace of mind claim was verified. However, because personnel at the corporate level felt I did not notify the agent within the allotted time (30 days I believe) I was denied the use of my peace of mind claim and had to pay out of pocket (over a thousand dollars) for that agents error. Needless to say the outcome of this situation was very disheartening therefore, this is my last year doing business with H&R Block; good bye...
