We switched to this company a while back after our old company dropped the ball on many things. They are absolutely fabulous, especially our regular technician, Brian. He is always prompt, answers and immediately responds to any questions or concerns I have. He is amazing and I feel so much more comfortable knowing I have such a professional to have my restaurants back.

Zach is courteous, friendly, and, professional!!! He listened to all of my concerns, answered every question, and went straight to work while informing of what he was doing and why…. As a dog owner I appreciated that Zach went above and beyond to greet my dog upon entering, inform me about his pet friendly products, and, say goodbye to Miss Frankie upon leaving… Absolutely recommend and will use again…

Ive been having major problems with bugs this year but the most annoying is the ants. I had a bunch of the little ant traps all over the house but it didnt help. I have a pest repellent that you plug in the wall and even tried wiping down the counters with vinegar and nothing appeared to be working.My friend told me about Pestpro and I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. Kelly was very flexible with scheduling the treatment because I was having some work done on the house. He discussed the best approach and advised that he had something to treat my ant problems. Once he came and did the treatment the ants were gone in a day and I have not seen them since.Thanks to Pestpro/Kelly I can stop having anxiety about seeing these pest roaming around. He got the job done!!

I’ve been using Pest Pros for almost a year now and have zero complaints - highly recommend. Initially, I had a cockroach issue in my backyard which was swiftly taken care of. A few months ago I started having a rodent problem in my backyard, and last week, the rats/mice entered my walls and got into my home. Brian was SOO responsive, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He called me back immediately after hours and came out first thing the next morning for a full house inspection and set my house up for success. This is by far the best pest mgt. company weve ever used and our service provider, Brandon, is knowledgeable, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. We contracted with Pest Pros due to a rat problem (on the exterior, not interior) and didnt want to use bait stations. They were the only company to offer a viable alternative that would not endanger squirrels, cats, etc. As a result, the rodents have been kept in check.

Kelly called me 20 minutes before arrival and let me know he was in route .. he showed up and got right to it ! Knocked down all the cobwebs outside put bait out and sprayed .. I live in elverta and the big roaches and these little caniverous beetles flying ants .. soldier beetles spiders galor !!! He left a little while ago and the spiders are already dropping like flies and beetles and earwigs are coming out squirming .. nice thing is the stuff they sprayed is pretty fast drying .. pet and kid friendly .. best of all Kelly was extremely professional and took care of any of my concerns .. thank you Kelly and pest pros for taking care of my home ! My house had a serious ant problem, I had been shopping around in the pest control market and found Pest Pros to be the best priced out of the bunch. Jason was the representative who really helped work out a good price to fit my budget and explained in detail what needed to be done just over the phone. I scheduled an appointment and Jason came out, he was so nice and informative. Not only did he treat the ants, he saw we had rat droppings on the property and set out a rat trap which just goes to show that the company will go above and beyond to provide for the customers! Jason and the service is really amazing. Very responsive and always timely to work with your schedule. He is very polite and considerate when inside and outside the house. Most importantly he provides great attention to detail and service. I originally had him come out for a yellow jacket problem. He was very knowledgeable about different wasps and took care of two wasp nest and spray protected the house. On a revisit he found another wasp nest high underneath a gable and used the longest pole I’ve ever seen to knock it down and remove it. Yellow jacket problem solved. Then I had him come out for a rodent problem. He has caught multiple mouse to boot. I can’t say enough about him and this service. Highly satisfied!

When you are stressed out because of a pest problem, they will calmly tell you it will be all right, and then they will make it so.
