Have had Terminex for a while…The first guy we Had did a great job Then he retired… They assigned us to this other guy that was lazy So I requested somebody new and he is great… John Proctor. You pay a little bit more but they do come out in between scheduled times if you see more ants or spiders etc. Without charging you.

Our technician was at our residence to conduct a monthly mosquito service. He observed a large number of spider nests on the front of our house so he removed all of them and check the rest of the property. He is extremely polite, conscience and professional. We also have a quarterly service (every 3 months). This service inspects the property for insects, rodents and other problems on the property including inside the house as needed. Excellent service.

Overall service was quick and easy for our first service however leading up to it wile tried to contact the person doing the service and we didnt receive any response. We were trying to figure out what we needed to do 0re service to be ready. So it was a mad dash once he got here to get everything away from the base boards

Technician is a very polite gentleman. He notifies me when, and the time he plans to provide service, what types of insects he saw and sprayed for. He notifies me when he arrived and when the service is complete. I am always satisfied with terminix service.

The ants and spiders are controlled. Too bad you cant control some of our neighbors.

Our service technician, Richard, is just the best. Always responsive and informative, and always pleasant and friendly. He reminds us a day ahead that hes coming, and when. He lets us know when hes on his way. If I have particular requests, he always takes care of them.

I had Teminix come out for a free inspection of my house, during which two inspectors performed a very limited inspection found evidence of termites. As I have had termites before, this was expected. They then offered me a monthly plan that I was told covered all pests, which I accepted and began. I specifically chose the plan because it covered all pests, otherwise I would have just paid the one-time fee, which was cheaper (I asked). Two technicians came a few days later to actually perform the termite removal and plant bait station. These two technicians were excellent: they answered all my questions, checked the rest of the structure for termites, were very thorough and professional. A few weeks later, I started seeing cockroaches around my neighborhood and one of my neighbors reported finding some inside their house. Since I had the pest control plan, I called Terminix to have them come out and see what they recommended. At this point, I was told that my plan only covered termites. When I pointed out that I was supposed to have a plan that covered all pests, I was told the inspector who sold me the plan would call me. After a week with no phone call, I called again and received the same response. Neither the inspector nor anyone else has called me and it has been over a month.Despite those two excellent technicians who actually performed the service, because of these issues I will be going out of my way to never pay Terminix any more money ever again. I would certainly never recommend any of their plans. Only use Terminix if no one else is available and trying to take care of the issue yourself is not feasible or has not worked.

Our technician, Mark Cooley, does an excellent job on his quarterly pest control and monthly mosquito services. Plus, he texts us before and after his service and emails the report. It is very helpful to have this level of communication and service.

Extremely pleasant to work with. Service technician was very friendly and professional and answered all questions and concerns. Spoke about causes and what to look out for the area and what problems have been arising in the area. Would highly recommend Michael Spurgeon! He even came a little bit earlier and was assuring that his services would make the difference overall easing the stress of having bugs in or around the home. What a joke I have been trying for a week and all I get is a representative will call you back. Since they started my pest problem has gotten worse. I am just going to block my credit card and not allow them to charge anymore than maybe they will get the clue they have been fired!!! Trust me save your time and money. Pest companies are a dime a dozen use a good company

I signed up with terminix a couple years ago. We had a termite problem and they had the best solution. They dug holes in the dirt around our house and placed bait stations in the holes. The termites we have are the subterranean ones. Since then we havent seen any termites. They come back once a year to check the bait stations and to replace them. We will continue to use their service as long as we live here. Jason was the technician today. He was very fast and courteous. Definitely recommend him.

Because of all of the building in the area we are experiencing those big brown cockroaches in the garage. I called Terminex and the representative was very professional and courteous. I called and made an appointment so I can finish my VA refinance. I took 4 hours off of work so that I could make sure I was there. I called the day before and confirmed the time and date. An hour after my appointment time I called and was told that I did not have an appointment which is odd since they had confirmed it the day prior. The person I spoke with said she sent an email and that Terminex would contact me to schedule correctly as she tried to blame it on new employees. If thats true then thats a failure to train. Terrible go someplace else.

I have Terminex protecting my property from termites. Their system works and its quite simple. Every year the last 7 years or so, a technician comes over to check the stations and see if theres any termite activities going on. They are always on time. I like Cody Clarke of all the technicians who had done the inspection. He has always done everything by the book. Text me 1 hour before he arrives, Text me immediately after hes done and send me the report soon thereafter. He is respectful and professional. I feel my place is well protected.

I highly recommend Terminex pest control. We have had the same serviceman for many years. He sends us a text the day before he is scheduled to arrive.He brushes away all cobwebs under the eaves and around all windows. Then he sprays insecticide around entire periphery of the house. If we have ever had an issue between scheduled services, he arranges to come to the house to treat the problem.

Theyre great! Always come on time and conduct the inspection and spray the house to protect against rodents, termites, and other rodents. Plus at a reasonable price, its definitely worth it

The technician from Terminix came out and he had to spend a long time at my house because this area is overrun with spider webs. There were spider webs all over the outside of the house, on all the plants, on mailbox, everywhere. The technician thoroughly cleaned all the spider webs off and the yard and house look so much better. There have been a lot less spider webs building up since the technician did a treatment.

I just moved to a rural area outside of Olivehurst and was in need of a good pest control service. Terminix seemed like a great idea due to there advertising great customer service but boy was I wrong ...they serviced my place for the first time which was so difficult to schedule because when I had to reschedule it took days before I could get a hold of someone. Then they came and finally sprayed but what ever they sprayed wasn’t doing anything...3 weeks later was still seeing spiders and ants. So again it took me several days to finally get a hold of someone and establish an appt. Today I get a call while am at work and voicemail reads “sorry we can’t make it tomorrow see you Monday.” How is that even okay to reschedule an appt without asking the customer if that is Convenient or possible. What an awful start and I cannot imagine sticking with this company, I called and canceled my service and lost out on about $200 for the initial sign up. Sadly, that’s how disappointing the service was. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a pest control to search for someone else.

In addition to system generated notification, he specially gives us the heads-up few hrs prior to arrival, if any change in plans also notifies us with personal attention.

I scheduled an appointment. They didnt show up. No call, no nothing. My husband (who set aside time out of his busy day to wait at home for them) called to see if they were running late, nobody answered. I got home from work and emailed them to see what was going on... No reply. Then I noticed on our online account that they decided to just schedule themselves a new appointment for the next week without even asking us if thats cool. When my husband calls to change the randomly scheduled appointment, they said they would call him back....never did. He called again and they put him on hold for 40 mins. He had to hang up and go to work. This is ridiculous... Incompetent and unprofessional. We dont have time for this.

Not sure how this company is still in business.I just got email from company. They still want me to pay for the service.If you continue to use Terminix please understand they actually may or may not go to your house and perform the service. In my case they were at my house a total of 2 minutes. No service was provided and I still had to pay.When I did call to cancel the service “they” lost the phone call therefore they never had a record of me ever calling.
