The technician, Robert, was very professional and informative. He definitely knows his work. I find Aptiv to be on time and responsive. The quarterly treatment service definitely helps with maintaining my home pest free.

I had my first service today, and I can say these guys are very thorough, professional, polite and attentive to detail. Explained everything they did, what chemicals they used and where they used it. They were on time and even texted before they got here. I am very pleased with them thus far. AND they give military discount!!!

These folks sprayed down my front yard, back yard, and garage for pests of the insect variety. I have had problems with ants and spiders in the past so they focused on that. Both of the reps I talked to were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about their services and contract. The one who provided the service was on time and finished the job quickly. I am a new customer with this company but so far I am satisfied. Pricing seems reasonable too. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a positive relationship that will keep my property insect free.

I was helped by one of the people who was walking around my neighborhood and the young man was very helpful. I ended up canceling and he came back and worked something out with me that better fit my needs. Overall when the tech Carter came he was very polite, asked specifically about the problem and where I would see the ants. Before he arrived he sent a text when he would arrive which is super nice. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Made sure he asked what rooms we wanted him to go into or what we felt comfortable about. He worked on the outside first. He came into the home wearing a mask and booties. The service is simple just spray here and there but Carter went above and beyond

I really appreciated the service of Andrew. He came on time and perform the service diligently however this month i received a letter from COLLECTION. Aptive had sent on collection for a $110.00 of last month. like how and why? After a heated call with customer service i was told its from last month and that they removed me from collection. too late damage has been done already. I will never use this service ever again and personally i hate to do it to such hard working folks but your policy is wrong. Please dont try to ever contact me ever again

The two young men who performed the service were very professional and personable. They were thorough and consistent in making sure if there were any questions or concerns. They did great all the way around.

I signed up for service yesterday from a person going around my neighborhood. We talked for 10 to 20 min about what I needed and how many services I would get. The end result was a service every other month and a price of 99 each treatment. Well then things started to go weird. There was an issue and the price had to change to 105. I said I was fine with that and agreed to the services. You sign for all this on an I pad that leave you only seeing limited info on the actual contract. As soon as the gentleman left I opened the contract that was emailed to me and they set me up for the next 3 months to spray every month plus they change almost everything we talked about. In the contract it gives 3 days to cancel unless they go ahead with the service the same day so I tried emailing customer service.... No response. I printed and signed the cancel contract part and emailed in. ... No response.... This morning I get a text that my tech will be out tomorrow.... I email customer support again... No response. Dont do business with this company they wont respond to you or even help at all. Glad I have copies of everything I sent since they seem shady.

Someone from Aptive came to my door today because the neighbors were signing up. I think his name was Alex. I asked for a card but he said they were only for customers. I thought that was pretty rude. He said he could sign us up for service for half of the usual $299. I told him we were in the middle of home renovations and Id talk to my husband about it. He assumed, apparently, that I meant, Im just the little woman and my husband is the decision maker. He even asked if he made all the decisions! I told him, no, but this would be something we would decide on together. He was very pushy about when he could come back and talk to my husband. I thought he was taking my information to call back later, but he was filling out a service agreement! I emphatically told him I did not want to sign up for service. He asked, if he went over the sales pitch, if I could give him a yes or a no right now. Again, I told him I would discuss it with my husband. He was very pushy and pretty darn rude. He said he would come back at 7 tonight and Im not answering the door! Even if I were looking for a pest control service, this representative turned me off from Aptive!

Service is good but why are you raising prices without telling me in advance?

I could to cancel the appointment and told them that I will call to reschedule it and they showed up anyway. Better for them to dont charge me on this.

Robert Jacobs was nice, courteous, polite, patient with me, very informative and very professional. Offered glue boards which no one before had offered and it was greatly appreciated.

They were not completely honest with how it works. They did not explain all details of pricing. They came out sooner then we told them and charged us a second time for That. We had to pay twice of $105. We called four different times to get a refund and they said each time it had to be approved and they would call.They didnt and we keep calling and nothing. They owe us for their mess up. They are not very honest. I do not recommend them. Be careful.

I just signed up with Aptive. Their products are environmentally friendly and safe. They do the whole back yard as opposed to just the house perimeter and offer an assortment of services. So far I’m very happy.

I have had nothing but problems since I joined this company. It’s not with the people that comes to the house to spray. It’s with the billing. They sent me to collections for $105 4 days after that said they accidentally deleted my payment. This is unbelievable, I take my credit very seriously and they better remove this from my credit. On top of when you try to call them your on hold for 30 mins or more, then to have someone say they will call me back. Not because they never do.

Without a reason, ants began to appear in two upstairs bathrooms. Since beginning our routine servicing over a year ago, every other month, this is the first sighting of ants. I called the next day and a scheduled appointment was confirmed for “tomorrow”. Great phone response and support. Thanks Daniel for your update on your ETA too by text.

This company is the best Ive ever used for pest control. The technicians are polite and take their time to do a good job. The cobweb cleaning is next to none. Not just the first service but every service!

Absolutely terrible service and even worse customer service. New person every time and all tried to enter back yard when it was specifically excluded from service. Backyard gate damaged multiple times. Cancelled multiple times but they continue to set up service appointments after cancellation. Constantly rotating employees of questionable competence and repeatedly damaging property and refusing to cancel service despite multiple requests clearly demonstrates a business apparently focused on enticing people through seemingly fraudulent means. Avoid at all costs

They use environmental friendly products. Since starting service with them, we do not have a problem with ants or hornets. If we need a re-service they come out pretty quickly. They are always friendly and listen to your concerns.

Fast and professional. Aptive tech sprayed and got rid of spiders and their webs that have been bothering me for awhile. Highly recommended.

I have had a different person each time they arrive but my standard service is always good but I think outstanding this last time. In fact they need to send him everytime from now on. Not that he did anything free for me but was honest, knowledgeable and really cared if he did his job correctly. Even asked questions you want to hear, like did you have any troubles since last service? Have you noticed any build up of bugs..... great start.

Friendly, quick, awesome! I see a huge difference in bugs entering the home using this service. They also show up on time, complete service quickly and are adaptable to focused areas if we see issues between problems.

The sales rep dropped by yesterday and was polite and comprehensive about the plan. The initial appointment was scheduled foe between 3pm and 5pm and the crew were here at 3 on the dot. They explained what they would do and asked about any concerns. They were finished within half an hour. Very professional and polite.

They come out and the workers do a good job. They are nice and informative and respectful. Really I couldnt ask for more from them. Their system for appointments had a few glitches. I scheduled a time so I could be home so they could do the interior of our house. They didnt show. That was really annoying since I had to take the entire morning off from work. I called and they said the appointment was cancelled but couldnt say when or by whom. I didnt cancel it as I made it the day before. I suspect it wasnt scheduled properly in the beginning. I then rescheduled for today. I asked for a 30 minute heads up call that ghe worker was on his way. The automated message came 1 minute after he arrived. Thats not a big deal but the heads up would have been useful.

Calling them as an existing customer is an absolute joke. I’ve sat on hold for 15 minutes, requested a call back…. But will not be getting one as they close soon. The technicians only do a good job if you’re home. Otherwise they skimp on spraying, dusting for cobwebs. (Everyone has cameras these days but I have no desire to get someone’s source of income taken away over ants in my house). I’m locked in but I recommend you find a more responsive pest control company. Maybe try calling the pre-existing customer line before deciding.

A great company who not only sprayed around the perimeter of the house, but also the perimeter of the fence for critters in the yard. Their product is completely safe for humans and animals. The techs are friendly and professional and were on time.

Aptive is very worth communicating about your upcoming service. They offer repeat service (between scheduled visits) free of charge if you need them. I have never needed to use this benefit, which I think shows that the service is effective. I would definitely recommend Aptive for pest management.

For the past almost a year I think, I have used this company for my pest control. To tell you the truth they are hit or miss in my opinion. They will do an excellent job one time and the next seem to have done absolutely nothing. Especially when you are not home at the time to “supervise “ the work.

I usually never do business with door to door sales people, Colton on the other was so professional & informative that I was willing to speak to my husband & take a chance with his company. They came back that very same day & preformed the service. So far we are very happy with what they did & would recommended them for the Value & Professionalism.

The service technicians- Dan Bowen and Spencer- were very courteous and conscientious. They were very thorough and made sure they took care of all my concern areas. I have used Aptive for some time now and have been pleased in general with how well the spiders are controlled. My only problem- and it is a big problem- is the poor communication between the main office and the technicians. I have requested- each time a service is scheduled to be contacted beforehand as to the TIME of the service so I can be here as I want inside areas treated each time. This never gets communicated.I honestly have been so aggravated that I considered cancelling my contract. If it weren’t for the excellent service I got on this last visit, I would have. Thus I would like to request that I be put on Dan Bowen’s route each quarter and that my account be tagged for inside treatment each quarterly service. I should not have to contact Aptive each time and speak to a receptionist who does not relay the request properly.

A representative showed up at my door on Memorial Day. When I told him I didnt need whatever he was selling he said he wasnt selling anything - that thats what everyone thinks. He then went on to say that they were going to be spraying for bugs in the next door neighbors yard the next day and we should keep our dogs in to keep them safe. I asked when and he said sometime in the morning.I then asked the neighbor if it was true and was told no, they didnt have any spraying planned for the following day. This made me think this wasnt a legitimate salesman /sales call and I was worried that we had just been cased by someone planning to rob the house.He happened to be in the neighborhood again today. When we confronted him he said he was soliciting for business and that what he told me is his go to lie when confronted with someone telling him they dont want to buy anything.This interaction alone is the reason why I wont use this business..

We were seeing black widows and ants and these giant roaches were in our driveway and garage due to the city not spraying like they should. Anyways...The guys from Aptive came out And we even called him to see if they could stop by early because we were not going to be home we forgot we had a doctors appointment they showed up early and explained everything to us what they were going to do and asked us if we have any questions that very night we were started to see dead bugs and we were very happy about that. The men were very kind and very clean-cut looking they knocked down all of our spiderwebs and cleaned around our house and then sprayed and we are very grateful and happy with their service. The spray wasn’t offensive and is Kidnand pet friendly. I highly recommend this company for immediate results. Thank you Aptive!

The last gentleman that came out showed up two hours early didn’t give me a chance to open the garage door was in and out in 10 minutes I was about to cancel my service. Very friendly technician performed our quarterly service. We’ve been customers for a few years and have seen a pretty dramatic decrease in insect activity. We live on a large lot with lots of trees, so keeping the critters down is no small task. Probably should have written a review sooner. The reason I did today is because our technician was very friendly, even when our Chihuahua temporarily escaped into the yard and wanted to jump all over him. He was very chill about it. Hope this feedback makes it to him. Really appreciated his service today!

The service was good, however we still had bugs in our kitchen area. I know the service was for outside of the house, but I was assured in the beginning that there would be less insects around after spraying....

I almost didnt want to open my door, good thing I did. Manny the sales guy was knowledgeable and personable. Markus the technician respectfully came in the following day cleaned all the spiderweb in and around the house; sprayed both in and out the house as well. Havent seen a bug since!UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER: the first technician was great, did his job to the tee. We were informed that we would get the same technican l, we didnt. Most recently a technican blatantly lied said he came and did some work, he didnt. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but they essentially failed 😔

Sometimes it takes a while to get people to come, but when they do they are pretty personable and efficient.They really communicate a lot using technology which is great on the backend but on the front and I get a reminder as soon as I hang up the phone with them which was a little annoying at first, but Now that I’m used to it confirms we’re actually set up in their system. Their staff can be kind of young and inexperienced at times. The complaints I have:(1) when they enter my attic they just leave everything that falls out of it even if it’s a big chunks of insulation that my old company picked up the biggest pieces of insulation after themselves.(2) they check in when they arrive, but they sometimes don’t report what they found when they leave, they just leave. Today he reported what he found in the attic but didn’t report on what he was looking for in the yard.(3) They do not always provide their staff with ladders so I’ve been asked to borrow my ladder.

Great customer service. Message me 40 mins before arriving to let me know he’s on his way. My husband noticed these small bugs in our lower bathroom and wanted me to ask our tech guy to see if he can do anything about the bugs. Sure enough our tech guy knew what the bugs were and he was able to spray down these bugs. He also said that we can contact them before our next appt if these bugs don’t go away they can come out and spray again.

The service was great! They removed all the cobwebs around the house, a wasp nest that started and sprayed around the foundation to help keep pests out. Super friendly and explained everything they were going to do.

We have used this pest control service for about six months and have been very happy. We had ants everywhere and the outside eves of the house had so many spiders and webs and they cleaned them all away. Not to many spiders anymore and no ants. I like the product they use because we can have pets and children around and it doesnt hurt the squirrels that are out in the trees over the fence on the bike path. They are still here and they love to run through our trees and back over the fence to those trees. They are still here and they are so fun to watch.

I have always been very pleased with Aptive and have been using them for years. However, they did drop me from their route two months in a row. I had to call in order to make sure that I was going to be serviced this month.

It’s extremely difficult to reach Aptive and their ability to stay on schedule is minimal, at best. But the guys that actually perform the service are great and they deserve 5 stars on their own. Responsive, understanding, professional, quick, always wear a mask, and very helpful.
