I havent used them yet, but Anthony, the manager, came out and gave us a consult. Really nice. I like person to person contact. Another company that had good ratings is supposed to come out but I already know that i probably wont use them because theyre service isnt as personal. They give a consult over the phone and then expect you to sign a years contract that is emailed to you without meeting them in person. Im now hiring pro Serv. They are willing to work with me on the products they will be using in and around my home. I am only wanting ants controlled so they will try using gel product inside and essential oils outside.

I had this service to come out to spray for Ants, inside and outside twice. July 31, 2021 and August 14, 2021 and I still have problems with ants to this day. I will contact another company. I would like to add the second technician Bryce did a very good job spraying. It must be whatever was used???

Charged card without discussing amount, no instructions provided, arrived 20 min before scheduled time window, spent less than 15 min at job site and did not spray one of the areas needed since I was not there. Didn’t call to say they were there early or when they were done. I was trying to save some $$ but ended up getting less than acceptable service. When called to complain about the service Alex the office manager lied and said they had sprayed the side of the house and a particular area in the backyard, backtracking from their original statement saying they only did the house. Not a trustworthy company definitely look elsewhere for your pest control needs.Sure enough a few days after the spray we have an army of ants invading our house, coming from the side of the house they lied about spraying. Yeah sure I could’ve called them to come out again, but I was already so frustrated with them that I want nothing to do with them going forward because it’s just too much of a hassle.

Ever since I moved to Old Roseville Ive had a problem with sewer roaches outside and in the garage. They came to service my neighbor and then offered their services. I was sold because I had never seem roaches that big in my life. They do a very thorough job and the technicians are always professional and listen To your concerns. Anthony is the best.

I have been apartment and property managing for awhile. I used PROSERV at one complex to get us cleared for code enforcement. They were fantastic! I kept using the services specifically Anthony because he is professional and kind and the residents trust him. I called PROSERV to follow me over to help me with another companys property to get them cleared of code enforcement. The services are above and beyond! Anthony is the best at what he does and is extremely helpful and I have continued to use their services as an ongoing weekly pest control service.

So, recently weve had a problem with cockroaches. So much so that I went to battle with what I consider the mother of all cockroaches. I had been looking for exterminators and I couldnt pay their prices. During my war of all wars; I looked on Google and texted ProServ Pest Management. The next day I was on the phone with one of your reps El güero que habla Español. is what I remember him by. He answered all my and my moms questions. We made the appointment for today. I wasnt home when they came by. But, after work I went to dinner with the family when I got the text asking about todays service. So, I asked my family about the service provided by ProServ Pest Management. EVERYONE told me that they loved the customer service. They told me: If we could; we would all give them 5 stars.. So, heres a 5 stars from The Cruz Family!!!

What an excellent company to deal with! The owner came to my property and given that I only wanted rodent pest control, he gave me tips to secure my house from rats getting inside. It turned out I was able to do this work myself and didnt need his service but that didnt stop him from giving me guidance and tips to deal with this infestation. If I need pest control service in the future, I wont hesitate to call ProServ!

After being without a pet service, for a while we decided to hire a pet service, we had roaches. We also have had problems with rats, I have an exotic garden.We considered Proserv, a local franchise.They spent less then 20 miniature the first visit.I contacted them about the roaches in our tub, in fact I took pictures of them=-the bugs, they were supposed eliminate, 3 weeks after the first visitThe second time they didn’t come in, left a PROSERVE green door hanger.Then They are wanting me to give a rating for their technician. After setting up a customer port whole.

I’ve been using Pro-Serv for quite a few years. They are always very polite and we don’t see many bugs around - we use them bi-monthly which is about as long as we can go without a pest problem. We ask them to give us a call prior t o arrival so that we can put our dog inside - they usually do that One thing I asked them to do via phone after my last service is to pick up the wasp nest and wasps that the technician killed instead of leaving it on the ground as we have small children and don’t want them to step on a dead are dying wasp. They noted the fileand said that they would address this with the technician.The only issue I have is that they seem to always change the technicians. It would be nice to have the same technician each time.

We have had 4 different pest control companies over the past 15 years we have lived in Natomas. ProServ hands down is the best. They are reasonably priced, reliable (notifying you via phone call, email and text) when they will be at your house and provide outstanding customer service. Not only are they successful with the usual seasonal pests but they successfully rid our house of roaches that came in a moving pod from Georgia. Two other companies we had failed at that task. Huge thumbs up!!

Ever since we bought our house a year ago we have had ProServ Pest Management out to spray our house. My parents have been a client of theirs for may years. We will keep using them and recommend them to our family member and friends.

We love the communication and service. All the techs are super nice and they remember our specific needs (I.e. be careful of the chicken coop and garden). We love the smell of the essential oils too!

I made the mistake of forgetting to give ProServ passage to my backyard. Businesses are really struggling right now (late May 2020) and they didn’t charge me to come out for a second time for my home’s pest control application. I felt bad about wasting their time for my mistake but they wouldn’t have it. They rescheduled with me and sent me text message reminders to help me. I really appreciate their professional customer service. Thank you ProServ!

I hate insects and creepy crawlers, but ProServ hates them more and they do a superb job keeping these critters at bay. They come on schedule and will unhesitatingly answer an emergency--such as when a huge creepy crawler took up residence in my garage. I cant expect a more courteous and polite team of exterminators. And, best of all, ProServ is affordable to my budget. Thank you ProServ--5 stars and rising!

Even though the outside is sprayed every other month, there continues to be ants. Ive had the inside of the house sprayed as well. There was even some bait left near the window sill to keep them away. Im not sure what else to do.
