I recommend this place to all my family and friends they had great hospitality and my story is I had my cousin come all the way down from Dyersburg Tennessee and his AC unit went out they replaced it in 1 day and gave him a lifetime warranty it only took a day and a half to repair the service was good and my cousin had no complaints about the work that was done to his 2017 GMC.

I had an emergency with my AC and I got there early explained my situation, that I had movers coming at 9 can they squeeze me in, with that awesome smile Sunny, was like we sure can! Saved my life! He checked the cabin air filter, changed that and was super nice and helpful! Then once they stated workin, he turned on the tunes, and I hear some good old school tunes, remind me of family bbq back in the day! Thanks for making me feel welcomed and for taking care of me!

This is a great place to get your work done. Miguel and his family were very friendly and the final price was less than the quote over the phone.They explained all the charges, taking special care to explain why service for my vehicle was more than the advertised price. Much of this I already knew - for example, my SUV takes 7.4 quarts of oil and the advertised price is for a standard 5 quart engine.I saved several hundred dollars over going to the Toyota dealer for the same exact work.I will definitely go back to see Miguel.Thank you.

Go to Quality Tune Up on Fruitridge Rd for my oil changes. They are friendly, polite, & fast! Use coupon or download coupon on ph. Cant beat the price or service. Replaced my air filter as well with last oil change & the total cost was still below $60! And the wait for service to start is minute as in the latin word!

Took my truck in for a smog it failed fixed the problem and it faild again.. dont know y so I took it to another smog repair shop and guess what nothing was wrong with my truck and it pass smog do not trust these donald Trump liars yea you got 40bucks out of me and thats it please do not go here they will do shady stuff just to make you spend money...

Our company has been using Quality Tune Up on Fruitridge for a few years now, they are always available for us to bring in one of our service vans and we always get it back quick that same day. Their prices are competitive and fair and the owner is very professional and easy to deal with.

Didnt honor my coupon because they said I had to make an appointment which it did not say even in fine print. I got the feeling they treat their regular customers better because someone came in after me with a smog check and left before me. Not sure if Ill come back as there are a thousand places to do oil changes.

Smog check went ok. Mens room needed cleaning and waiting area was cramped.

Laura helped me and she was great! I described my problem over the phone and she knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Very helpful!

I went to the Fruitridge location with a coupon to get an oil change for my Toyota Prius. They said they no longer honor the coupon because they dont carry the oil for that coupon - it is too cheap & too thin. Its Chevron oil, folks! They also tried to upsell me & I felt like they were more interested in my money than my car. I will not be going back. Ill be going back to Goodyear in Elk Grove. Here is a quote from a guy who knows what he is talking about - I work in a refinery, we make all kinds of oil. Funny thing is it comes out of the same crude and is run through the same process and then packaged in different bottles. They will tell you that their oil has more of this or more of that in the way of additives but we are talking parts per million levels because we add those too. Each has their blend of additives but the difference is only so they can say it is different.Their are only two types of motor oil, crude based and synthetic which by the way is also crude based but usually a sweet crude with a really large amount of additives.

I was able to bring my car in right away, and everyone at the shop was very informative, and explained things! Even when I had brought it back the next day, due to my own concerns, and had forgotten to ask, and have them check something forgotten previously!

Took my car in to get an a/c compressor put o and the next day i went to turn my car on ans the a/c was blowing hot air after they said they tested it and it was good. Took it back because the reciept says i havea 3 month warranty on the work they perform a d they refused to fix it. Very rude and dishonest people . Paid them $400 for nothing. Took my car to another shop and the guy said quality was the worse place u can go. Dont go here if u dont want to get ripped off.

Over priced with terrible almost malicious customer service. Do NOT do business with these shady people. I wasted my money and hope that you will not do the same after reading this review. How much for a tune for a 2008 Pontiac torren

Took my truck in for a tune-up due to the ses light was on after week it is still on. Similar with my car. Car needed tune-up and ac check. When the say check the only check and dont recommend anything. Ac still not working properly. I can only leave it on for 5 minutes after I already started to drive before it overheats. The tune-up did absolutely nothing. They told me 210 and charged me 250.

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible service. They will break something and try to have you pay to fix it and cover it up in the paperwork. Straight up tried to lie to me, then when I called them on it they said that they wont work on my truck after they broke off 6 studs.
