Overall had a good experience at this JiffyLube location. I had called before heading over for an oil change to see what the wait time would since they are a first come first serve location. I was told 35-40 min and that estimate was spot on. As soon as I pulled in I was acknowledged and greeted. I was attended by a young man named Ryan. I was impressed by his knowledge and great customer service. I explained why I was there and he made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. He explained to me the options of service I had along with prices, and never felt pressured into getting something I really didnt want or need. He also noticed my check engine light was on and offered to help me with that as well. He even let me know to check out the website for coupons that I could apply, and I thought that was extremely awesome. I decided to take a short walk while I waited for my car to be done, he even called to tell me that I really didnt need my tires rotated since my better 2 tires were already in the front, and about a minor problem that came up and my options with the prices before he moved forward. When I got back to the shop I only waited a few minutes inside before my car was done. I did notice the floor being kinda dirty, it couldve had a good sweeping and mopping. I usually try not to be to picky on that kind of stuff when I rate and review a new location for the first time, because I understand that it could have been a busy morning and there was no one available to get to it. If I do notice it again on another visit then Id have to take off a star for cleanliness. Other than that, I was Very happy with the overall experience largely due to the wonderful customer service I received from Ryan, Id definitely bring my car back there again. I drove away happy and confident about the work that was done.

Went in midweek for a break fluid exchange and was in and out in just half an hour! There was no waiting in line just drove right up to an open Bay.Price was way below what other shops quoted me. We always get great service here!

Took a new-to-me car in for an oil change. They tried and found the filter over torqued and they couldnt remove it. Topped off the oil and told me the siutation. No charge. I was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Wow! These guys really show up for their customers.We stopped in to have our oil changed before heading out of town. Unfortunately, the oil filter we need is not available. As with so many things now a days, there is a supply issue getting this product. But, the guys on duty didn’t just send us away. They checked out the oil level, top us off and filled up the tires and other fluids at no charge!!! So awesome and they made us feel comfortable driving our car on this short trip!!!We have used them for oil changes before and will continue to do so! Great customer service!!!

SCAM! WATCH OUT, THEY WILL ADD TIRE ROTATION TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU SIGN AND THEY ACTUALLY DID THIS TO ME YEARS AGO WHICH I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY AN OIL CHANGE COSTS $89.00. I SPOKE TO MY GF AND SHE SAID THEY DID THE SAME THING TO HER. CAREFUL, MANY OIL CHANGE PLACES DONT ACTUALLY CHANGE OIL. YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY WATCH THEM DRAIN THE OIL.

Do not come to this location repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The oil light on my dashboard was not on, but I drove 7,500 miles since my last oil change and I just wanted to get a oil change to keep my car healthy. 2 days after my oil change, my oil light on my dashboard came on. I look under my car and see that my car is leaking oil. I take my car to an auto repair shop and they concluded that my oil pan is cracked and leaking oil. It is going to cost 1,400 and Jiffy lube concluded that it isnt their fault and they arent going to pay for it.

Always happy with jiffy Lube! Had wonderful customer service by Vern at the Capitol location. If I had one critique, it would be the oil finger prints all over my hood, door handle and glove box.

What a well mannered synchronized group of young men. I was very proud at how mature and well the worked together. 1 staff drove the vehicle in, while immediately another for behind the vehicle to check the lights were working. When they drove a car out and brought the owner out back they announced to everyone that customer was out there... for safety reasons Im assuming. They apologized to me for making me wait a minute to pay as they were helping a customer that had pulled in and they checked them in. Just so well mannered and coordinated. I was very impressed.

The employees are great. The service is better than what I was used to and totally fair prices. I guess my only complaint is that there really isn’t a comfortable shaded place to hang out and wait. I’ll definitely come back for my next oil change. The guys are very professional and easy going. I like the way they bid you farewell.

They said my front brakes were down to 2 mm, and that I likely needed the rotors resurfaced. My regular mechanic said the front brakes actually had less wear than the rear ones, and that neither needed servicing. Also, Jiffy Lube left oil spots on both the apolstry and exterior window trim. I think next time Ill stick with my mechanic.

This Jiffy Lube location has been great. Every time I come in for service they go above and beyond and this time was no exception. I did an oil change with a fuel system flush and got in and out in under an hour. Service was exceptional. Thank you Jiffy Lube Staff!

I had the best experience at this location. I absolutely hate getting my oil changed I always feel so dumb when it comes to car stuff and I just felt at ease here with everyone. They were so nice and made everything so easy. I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of at all when it came to price or services they suggested so thank you so much.

Not my best experience here. Went in for a simple oil change. Battery was weak so had them replace it. Also serviced differential. Over $350 amd they missed washing any of the windows or vacuuming the floors. It is a construction service vehicle so maybe they thought it didnt need it. They couldnt put a service reminder sticker in the window because they were out. Extremely busy and it was a 2 hr wait. I have had better service in times past.

Always great service and quick. I had a coupon for $20 off but I didnt get the right kind of oil to use it. Vern gave me $20 off on the total bill anyway. I had oil changed, tires rotated and new wiper blades. Ive always had good service at Jiffy Lube on Capital and will go back again.

Great service, they checked all the fluids etc and brakes and explained everything they were doing and additional options in clear language. I’ve been coming to this Jiffylube for a few years and will continue to do so.

I went here for an oil change, charged me $13 a qt of oil and didn’t even put the oil cover on correctly. Now I have a oil cover that flaps around while driving 30mph. Would not recommend and would not pay $164 for this. PLUS 5 minutes after I had the oil changed, the car was at 4500 RPMs going 30mph and had to pull over! Their customer service was bad and would not recommend to anyone

This location was outstanding. They’re thorough and always walk you through the process. This was a great experience and it being a Tuesday early afternoon I was in and out in 45 minutes! I was treated with respect and professionalism 100% of the way through! No one pressured me to get get a different service or buy extra things. Upon my exit all the techs said goodbye. Outstanding customer service and being a Manager of another branch of the service industry I was impressed to say the least! Will definitely be going back!

I arrived first thing on a Thursday morning for an oil change. They were already hopping. I pulled into a spot right behind the car they were working on & waited a few minutes for someone to come talk to me. They requested I wait outside b/c of Covid which I understood. They said it wouldn’t be long & I saw them pull my car in within a few minutes. They came to talk to me about adding other things into what I wanted to do that day (they always do this) & I declined. The man said about 5 more minutes. A few minutes later I saw them pull another car into the spot where my car was but I waited another 20 minutes for someone to come tell me it was ready. Maybe this was b/c they were so busy & it took them a minute to get to sanitizing my car after they were in it, I don’t know. Either way, it took a bit longer than I expected & I’m never actually certain that they do the “40 point check” they claim to do. I checked my tires a few days later, for a trip I was going on & they were low.I do like the people though & usually they are pretty fast. And there’s restaurants & coffee places nearby if it’s going to be a bit of a wait. Overall a fine experience, albeit a bit expensive- if you want it done cheap Jiffy Lube is not the place.

Ive been bringing all of my cars here for probably like 9-10 years and they have NEVER done me wrong. They are always super nice, pretty quick, and I never feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary services. No complaints. These guys rock!

Busy sometimes but they have always done a good job, never taking too long, I bring my car and my work truck here so Im here usually every month or so, they dont push for useless upgrades, only stuff you actually need

I am blown away at the service here at Jiffy Lube. Literally the entire team from Vern, Dan, Eric and Devron was amazing. I drove in and was out with an oil change within 20 mins, really think it was like 15-18, but that’s crazy. They didn’t rush just to say and checked all! I’ve never taken my car anywhere and was out in that much of time. Vern answered all my questions regarding any issues I thought I had with the car, as well as what was needed and I couldn’t have been any happier! Probably the best-and quickest- oil change I’ve ever had. Guys checked to make sure all my fluids, air pressure, etc were up to snuff and advised me against rotating my tires as it wasn’t needed. Definitely never had someone talk me out of a service before. Was a bit pricier than normal, but the service & speed more than made up for it. Verne & his team did a great job; I will definitely be back!

I went to Jiffy Lupe to get oil change. The guy who attended to me tjold me that it was too early to get one since I had one back in April 2020. But he say that he will top off all oil and do the regular check ups free. They were pretty busy but I noticed that it didnt take much time. The workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Dont normally rate a place until after the full visit, but these folks have their act together! Pulled in, saw smiling faces and welcoming employees. Great sense of humor, and what i really appreciated was how everyone was hustling- no employee was standing still. The mamager was funny and accomodating and made sure to acknolwdge all customers. Way to go team! And just for an oil change! Wow!!

Seriously, the best customer service EVER!!! Highly recommend this and all Jiffy Lubes. Never had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube, but many the customer service is gold. Many of us aren’t use to this type of customer service so we might feel like they’re being sarcastic so may laugh or stay quite but I genuinely feel they are being sincere. Every time I bring my car in I am greeted warmly and quickly. There have been times my car didn’t actually need service and they didn’t make me feel like an idiot. This team is always fantastic and respectful.

In and out in 20 minutes start to finish! I have been to jiffy lube many times, but this is the fastest and best experience I’ve ever had by far! Everyone was so polite and professional and seemed happy to help us!

Fast but the parking space is small since its downtown. I got my oil change and my skid plate fell of but they fixed it for free. The prices are normal here and the staff are really respectful. Everyone gets their windows washed here.

I like the fact that they have women as part of their crew, they moved fast to get me out of there as soon as possible, they informed me of things they found that needed correction, bye waiting lobby is clean--i know they all have water and coffee for customers, but Ill say it anyway, they have water and coffee for their customers, the location has easy access, and its near me. Also, they did something for me that at another shop was going to cost me three times the amount they charged me. Ill stick around this business, and i hope they remain clean, nice, and honest. Next time, Ill check their bathroom, because i dont know if its clean or if its a pigsty! 😉

Had a great experience here, they were friendly and quick. Justin went above and beyond more then just a basic oil change. They topped up the air in my tires and wiped down my windows without being asked. I think its rare to see employees being willing to do more than what they were paid to do just to be nice, but this place still does.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are top notch! They are very experienced, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my vehicles! They know all the recommended types of oil needed and how frequent they need to be changed. During their inspection they checked and topped off all my fluids, check the conditions of my lights, filters and wiper blades and they noticed an oil leak when they were changing the oil. Plus they did it within 30 minutes and they had a coupon I could use on their services. I guess that’s why I always go to this Jiffy Lube!

Having my oil change is always a pleasure which if you live. The Jiffy Lube team greeted me with the largest smile. I appreciate the detailed inspection which found that I had a filthy cabin air filter after returning from a long trip. I departed with a grin as the staff thanked me for my business. As I entered my truck I was pleasantly surprised to find the driver seat to be covered in plastic as well as the floor mat and drivers wheel so as not to get any dirt in my truck. What a great experience as always! Jiffy Lube provides the kind of speedy and appreciative service that others should mirror!
