I would never go anywhere else since Priscilla! Super talented/creative efficient precise and consistent. I can go 4-6 weeks between appointments. Her space is always inviting and peaceful. You are wasting your money going anywhere else .. now excuse me while I go somewhere and talk with my hands 🤭

While i was getting my nails done, the owner, one of her employees, and customer were talking about how they hate the Holiday Columbus Day, and the trio even went on to say racial epithets and comments about the Caucasian race. Its safe to say that this business owner, as well as one of her employees, do not like or appreciate Caucasian customers. I am Caucasian, but people always mistake me for mexican ; after hearing the racial and anti-Caucasian comments while in this establishment, i will not be returning as i do not feel welcomed or appreciated, and i will be sure to let others of my ethnicity know too that our kind is not welcome here.

I have to say I was a little bit nervous to go in after seeing some bad reviews but I follow puja on Instagram for sometime now and I always love her nails. So I finally did it drove 35 min to have her do my nails and she was great! She gave me just a fill this time but next time Im doing a full set. She got my shape perfect, she was gentle,on time,and took her time. Most shops I been to rush and I have a hard time communicating. I will be back this is my new spot and well worth the drive. By far the worst nail salon in south sac. Been here in sac for 1/2 years and I say there is no good nail salon in Sacramento that can satisfy me. So I decided to came to Priscilla nails because I had saw some of her good and not too good nail work on Instagram so I decided to give her a try.. and I did. And it didn’t go good how I plan it to be.. most of the female nail tech was rude! Most of them was giving me the dirty look and one of the lady rush through my nail and gosh some of the nail was looking skinny and then most of them was fat and thick! I ask her if she can file it and she said she’ll do it towards the end but never did . Expect to much but wants us to be satisfy wit there work

Didn’t have time to make an appointment with my nail lady so went here for the first time (thought they were good) I don’t know if they gave me their worse nail tech or what but after I paid $50 for a short all white set, my fingers started having an allergic reaction and would not stop itching for days and all the nails have popped off by today which is 07/10 and I got them done 07/03. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 don’t waste your time or money here

DO NOT GO HERE.I left with 3 scratched up fingers and I had to pick acrylic from around most of my fingers. I swear the girl who did my nails was on drugs she kept snorting and was so fidgety. Nicole was her name, last station on the left. She got upset when she kept hurting my hand like what are you mad for??? Then she finally put on huge glasses which she obviously should have had on the whole time. No prices are posted anywhere. I asked for a full set she did it without a fake nail but used colored acrylic without asking me what I wanted or telling me the price difference. It was something I never had before but she said thats how they do it there as if to say they didnt use the nail and gel anymore.SO sneaky.she forgot to even do my design and charged me $50 for plain nails. usually I ask before hand whats the price.if i would have and she said 50 I would have smoothly walked away like ..please...I tip very nicely but she took her tip..NEVER AGAIN. I asked for the boss and she said she wasnt in.

My experience here was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Im in love with my set of nails and even if i live in Bakersfield i will be returning. Ms.Puja did an amazing job and is very talented! I will forever come to her.

The owner of this place is a racist. Very bad attitude towards my wife. Made her cry and then she mocked her afterwards.

I take my wife here anytime she wants to get her nails done. Gracie is the one you want to talk to. I cant speak good or badd about any of the other girls come but Gracie is ours. She will not shy away from anything you throw at her.

If I could give a half of star i would. Priscilla has the worst attitude in the world, who ever taught her customer service should be ashamed. I got my nails done for a vacation trip and was unhappy, the girl who did them must of been fresh out of school.My nails were super fat and the design looked horrible.I Came back and asked Priscilla to take them off she said with an attitude i can pay more money to have them removed and a new set.....what about the 60.00 i just gave you sat and today is Monday she never offered 25 % of my money back or anything....dont waste your time her attitude stinks......

The nail tech I had piled the acrylic on my fingers so thick it was ridiculous. Never would go back to her. Too bad the photos on Instagram were very misleading. But then she required a deposit so I should have known better.

Terrible customer service/attitude, the owner/operator will allow you to make an appointment days in advance only to cancel an hour before your appointment time, and to give you some lame excuse about their drill not working properly but then 45 minutes later the on Instagram posting pictures of the full set they just did! Then get angry at you for questioning them and claim that you have problems. Shop is usually very dusty and dirty, The work is poor, my example is my French tip manicure the lines were all over the place not symmetric at all, ended up having to find a new and better shop !

This place is overpriced! Charged me $50 for some short, simple nails. Will never go back here again. At least the girl that did my nails was nice other than that👎

I feel like everyone around me was speaking Spanish so I felt left out. The very thin girl with lots of tattoos idk her name but she was rushing to finish nails to do her friends nail..and kept getting on her phone.. I wasnt happy with the final product waaaaaaaayyyy too much acrylic and she charged me too much. I get just a regular medium fullset....I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible Experience! Took 1 hour and a half to do a gel set with a couple rhinestone, and as soon as I left all the rhinestones fell off! And they charged me $30 ! The set was very poorly executed and the lines all over the place. My cousin got some acrylics with gel and they were done so horribly. The acrylics had so many lumps and done very unevenly. And charged $40! Will never go back !

Most horrible customer service here. Priscilla canceled my appointment as i arrived because she decided to do one of her friends nails first. I literally waited an hour while she did her friends nails and they caught up on old times and laughing--- NOT FAIR!!! And then when it was my turn to after she finished serving her friend, shel looks at me and ask me if i could come back after she eats her lunch!!! So i told the little piggy to go on ahead and stuff her face and that i would go somewhere else.

While i was getting my nails done, i had my purse on the floor next to my chair and i caught one of the other workers sneakily pull my purse and was trying to go thru it ! I could not believe it ! Then when i started yelling at the girl for trying to steal from my purse, they got mad at me and told me i had to leave for causing trouble ! Wow !!!
