Please change the salon location! It always shows up on maps like its at Starbucks!The pros: salon itself looks simple and neat, nice customer service, Ricky did my nails good. His hand is sturdy, so he does nice designs and seems like a great guy.The cons: the salon has a strong acrylic smell (even with the doors open), theres no music inside, even if you have the appointment, get ready to wait at least 20 min which is very uncomfortable if your schedule is tight, workers seem to be in no rush at all.

This place is awesome! I got a gel mani and pedi and everything was fantastic. The nail techs are very polite and kind. I messed up my nail and put a big scratch in it a few days after getting them done, I called and they got me in right away for a repair of my nail and didnt charge me anything to fix it. My manicure is good as new! Definitely would come back here and recommend to others!

Love how spacious this nail salon is! Everyone Ive encountered has been so nice. I recommend making an appointment if youre going on the weekend as they get busy fast. They have great options for pedicures and manicures!

I was very disappointed today. Me and my daughter had a 1:30 appointment and we didnt even get into a chair until almost 2:30 that was not acceptable. I think next time we will be looking for another place to go

Me and my Aunt went here for some nails since, ya know, covid. And we loved it. Everything was outside and constantly cleaned. We got mani/pedis. The ladies and gentlemen doing our nails were wonderful! We were both really happy with how they turned out!

Great place. Huge, clean, modern nail spa. We walked in and were seated right away. Many different levels of services available. Convenient location. Will definitely go back!!

Ive gone here a couple of times now with my best friend and not only do they put a lot of care into their work, but their work last the longest out of all of the salons weve been to, especially ones in bougie(r) areas

They do nice nails and for a good price, but it feels pointless to make an appointment. They were late 30-45 minutes (not an exaggeration) when I made an appointment the last two times. I get places are short staffed, but why take appointments and with no communication?

This is seriously the best nail place I have ever been to! There are a few right by my house but I will go out of my way to go here. They do the best painting.

The place is pretty big. Theres plenty of room for social distancing for customers while getting your nails done. The people working there are really nice. Plus there are an insane amount of colors to choose from. I would definitely suggest if youre ever in the area.

They have you sign a consent form, take your temperature, and put a clear divider between you and the tech. I appreciate all these safety measures and love how clean the place is. Ryan did my gel manicure, I am happy with the result and the price. Will come back next time.

Worst manicure of my life. I called to confirm they do dip powder manicures. They do not. They do acrylic base with gel on top. The lady butchered my nails - made them look like thick marshmallow puffs with jagged edges. Did not do anything to my cuticules so I walked out of the salon with hangnails, dry dusty hands, and polish and acrylic stuck to my skin all around my nails. 0/10 would never return to this salon.

Had a great pedicure for Mothers day! This place is super clean, lots of stations and staff available for services. COVID precautions in place to keep people safe.

My friend (woman) booked for a party of 6 (4 women/2men) for us to get our Mani/Pedi. We all started off with the Pedi. We sat down and got comfortable and soaked out feet. Immediately, the women in our party got serviced. My friend and I, both males, did not. We thought, maybe its because the women in our group choose the more complex packages and plus they had to take additional steps to remove the nail polish, etc. At least we were kind enough to think so. Fast forward, others walked in and were serviced and we were not. The receptionist, at the beginning, even asked us what Pedi package we wanted and showed no sign of any issues. About 20mins in and we are both still waiting and trying to figure out if we should keep soaking our feet or not. The receptionist came over several times but never said anything directly to us to indicate that they dont service men. The receptionist can be seen asking other technicians to come service us and no one would. Im upset that no one said anything about this...no staff, no one. This goes on for a few more minutes and I become upset. I wave at the receptionist and ask her for towels so my guy friend and I can dry our feet and leave. She goes and get the towels for us. When she returns, I talk to her and another technician near by about how they lied to us, made us wait, and wasted our time. They could have told us that they dont service men and I would have never bothered in the first place. A near by technician offered to do my Pedi for me as soon as she was done with one of my women friend, but I declined. I told her that it was messed up. They could have just communicated that with us directly, but instead, made us soak our feet for 30mins and then didnt even apologize and even care to let us know what was going on. It was a horrible experience to say the least. Maybe put a sign on the door or business: Do not service men and save your business the trouble. Bye!

Amazing service and my nails are to die for!! Omg nails techs were the nicest and so good at what they do! They really make sure your getting what you want!

Katie did an excellent job! However, the gel nail polish peeled off two nails, within 2 days. Not sure why that happened

If there was a no stars option I would chose it. Horrible service tried giving them a chance multiple times and always has had an appt told me I had to wait 15 min then Inwalked another girl and she got seated before me and her appt was after me horrible customer service.

I love how efficient they are. They value your time and never make you wait. They do hands and feet at the same time, which I love because Im always in a hurry. Tina used to own KB Nails. I love Tina...shes so friendly, responsive and reliable. Shell make sure they always have your favorite color. She also has magic hands when it comes to waxing. Ive never gotten better results with leg waxing anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

(Originally posted six months ago [March 2020] but just shared with the friend and saw a typo and I wanted to correct it, lol.)Stone Nails has very loyal clientele for a reason! 🙂 After getting dipped in West Sac at Pavillion (way too cramped, not super clean, and really strong fumes), then gel at Creative Nails in Natomas (clean but too far from home), I looked on both Nextdoor and Yelp for recommendations. IMHO, Stone Nails had the best reviews by far so I went in this morning at 10:30 as a walk-in. Theyve been at this location for a month and its awesome. Very spacious, definitely did not feel cramped in there at all compared to many nail salons. The HVAC was so good that there were nearly no fumes - there were only about 10 of us in there at the time so perhaps if its much busier it may be stronger fumes then but I have zero complaints this morning! One of the owners greeted me and was very professional yet personable - this matters greatly to me. Then Leyna began to work with me. Shes awesome! Leyna was patient with me while I chose a color. She was very gentle and thorough with my nails while she cleaned them up before and during dipping. Our conversation was natural flowing and comfortable, too. My nails look and feel great!! I am DEFINITELY coming back and DEFINITELY recommending to my friends who are looking for a cleaner nail salon with staff who are professional yet personable and do excellent work. Looking forward to coming back!Please come to Stone Nails. Itd even be a great place for a large party of pals who want to get mani/pedi before a special occassion, etc. Plenty of mani and pedi stations in a great, open, clean space!
