5 stars for the customer service alone. My technician was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. The salon was a little warm but that was easily overlooked due to the superb service I received. My pedicure was amazing as well. I will return to this salon anytime Im in the area and in need of nail services.

Beware of overcharging.They tried to over charge me for simple fill. I started coming here in June 2021 and thought I had found a nail salon become a regular. Unfortunately I now do not trust them because overcharging and lying about prices to make a few more dollars is a terribly dishonest business practice and pretty much theft.Yesterday I went in for a fill less than 2 weeks after getting my full set; there was very little growth to be “filled”. At the end of service I say “thank you, how much do I owe you?”…to my surprise they wanted me to pay $40!My original set was $50, so how is a fill dang near the same price? He tells me “oh it’s because it’s special powder”…For my original set, I asked the manicurist for a gel powder set, she showed me my color options and I chose. So it should be a gel powder fill.So I pulled up their website and brought up the price list. According to their website, a gel powder full set is $30 and the fill is $20. So yes, for the original set they overcharged me by $20 and then tried to do it again for $20!The man doing my nails claimed the price list was old and hadn’t been updated. He insisted the price was $40 but he’d give me a discount for $35…um no!So I asked if there were their current prices posted in the store. A women brought me the menu I’m posting with this review. The prices are the same as the website! I asked her to point out which service I was being charged for…”oh it’s not on here, that’s my fault I haven’t updated it”. Nope it’s on there — Gel powder full set? $30&up. Gel powder fill? $20&up.She tried to justify it by saying “oh the ‘&up’ is why it’s more. You have a special powder.”. No, I have a basic pink powder. No glitter, no holographic, no glow in the dark, no designs, no charms. Nada dang extra thing, just plain pink powder.The thing is I always tip well— you didn’t have to try to steal from me!

I just had my first service here! Everything was clean, professional and my nails look amazing. I told them I was getting my nails done for my engagement shoot tomorrow and they even cleaned my ring!Aside from all of that, every single employee is fun, gregarious and just a joy. Will definitely be coming back and bring friends!

Three weeks later my manicure looks great. I wish I lived nearby so I could continue services there. I am super hard on my nails, and this is the longest I remember a manicure lasting.

Had our bridesmaids mani/pedis and acrylic/SNS nails done at this location. It was such a professional experience. The salon is so clean and all the technicians were so nice and experienced. I would highly recommend this salon.

Coco NailSpa is such a cute salon, I love it! Its clean, well kept, organized and the staff are all so nice. Also they have a great color selection in all polishes - gel, regular and even the dip. I will definitely be back to try again!

They always do a great job! And if I have an issue with color or nail they always fix it no problem. My nails last 2-3 weeks every time.

Ive had a hard time finding a place I like for a pedicure ever since moving here. Id about given up as every place I tried,I did not like at all. Glad I decided to try this one last place because not only is it truely the last place Ill try, it is now the only place Ill go. I loved it and the people were great,I already cant wait till its time to go back.

I decided to give it a try at Coco NailSpa .after my friend recommended it to me. Such a great experience! I got a pedi/mani combo and an acrylics set. They were so beautiful!! The price was reasonable; the salon was clean, and the staff was very caring. Highly recommend it!

Very clean and friendly. They did an amazing job and it was exactly what I asked for. I got an sns oval shape and it was the perfect length and shape I really couldnt ask for more.

I made an appointment with Nicole for a fill and pedicure. She was to do my fill and her father was to do my pedicure. When I arrived she told me that she couldnt do my fill because she made an appointment with someone else. She pushed me off on another lady. The other woman burned me at least 5 times with the drill! I stated to Nicole it would be the professional thing to do to give me a complimentary foil butterfly on my ring fingers for her mishap. She not only didnt apologize for the mishap she wanted to argue with me about the little funky butterflies. Then tried to get someone other than her dad to do my pedicure. I drew the line there! He did do my pedicure and he did an awesome, professional job. If not for the pedicure it would be zero stars!

I got a full set. They came out just the way I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took me right away. Will definitely come back

Everytime I come here theyve been professional and if theyre busy, leave your number and they will let you know that they have space available for you.....I will go back again and again!!!

I have to take antibiotics for my rgt infected big toe. The lady was sweet but man she tore up the skin around my nails and it just stop burning a week after. Unsanitary. I also didnt like the way my nails turned out.

If I could give no stars I would 😤 This place has changed for the worst Nicole what happened paid over 100 dollars 💵 and my nails looked at hot mess which Nicole did so disappointed 😞 and then went back the next day for her to fix my nails and oh boy was that a mistake cause they were even worst 😤😌 the old man 👴 did ok on my feet 🦶 my eyebrows she missed them up I will never go back since Nicole has taken over it’s just not like it used to be

I was told a gel fill would be $30. Once I sat down and they began removing color they changed the price to $35. I firmly said no. They then said that $30 was fine this time. Then when I checked out they charged extra fees and did not tell me. I had to read it on my receipt.

Im never ever going back to cocos again. Horrible service the lady that did my nails my eyebrows burnt my eyelids nails were not looking great look like the Polish have been off for 3 days my pedicure was horrible polish head lumps and spots she was very rough bad experience price was good but I rather spend a little bit more to be satisfied

I use to enjoy going here. However the service is terrible now. The last time I went in, I felt rushed even with an appointment. My full set didnt even last a week. I also got an infection from my pedicure. I unfortunately have to find somewhere else to go.

Every time I come, I always leave happy. I had a manicure and pedicure done by Nicole. She was great. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sweet, friendly technician with plenty of experience.

The salon itself is pretty small and nothing fancy. Ive gotten my nails done b yMeri and have been so impressed with how detailed they are and leave very happy. Meri did my nails and really took her time, which left them looking perfect. Ive been seeing most recently and shes great. My gel manicures last longer than they have at other places and the price is amazing!You must make an appointment if you dont want to wait. Will definitely be back!

First time trying and they got me in at the last minute for Neil feel and pedicure

I went in a few days ago and got a full set. My nails are already coming off, the woman made me bleed multiple times, my nails are lumpy and thick, on some parts there is no polish and the whole time I felt rushed. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed..

I have been going to Lisa for 10 years, I love her work and I trust everything she does with my nails. Shes the best. I never go anywhere else.

Nah nah nah. Dont go here if you want your nails to last more than a couple days.I stayed in this shop 3 hours with my wife during this time she told Lynn multiple times that they nails werent looking right. The paint job was lumpy and there were spots with missing paint. The nails also werent shaped correctly.Fast forward 24 hours and guess what the nails were lifting from the cuticle . We returned and Lynn said. I fix I fix it. It is the color. I may not be the smartest person in the world but I know damn well color doesnt make the nails lift 24 hours later.To make things more frustrating we drove an hour one way to get a job that looks like it was done by a 2 year old with a crayon 🖍I can go on and on but the bottom line is Lynns work is shoddy.You all are welcome to try them for yourself but be warned and remember I tried to save your money and frustration .

Horrible service! Cut my toe nails way to short and polished them ONLY IN THE MIDDLE OF NAIL. Didn’t even get the edge of the ANY OF MY TOE NAILS. They had my 3 year old sitting getting her nails and toes done with designs but they only polished her hands then left her there to dry WITHOUT A FAN and started on a new customer. I told them that she is getting nails and feet done with flower designs and they said YEA YEA I KNOW DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, SHE WILL GET IT DONE! But after they kept messing up my polish and didn’t even tent to my daughter I PAID 20$ only for foot massage and refused to pay the rest! None of our nails were polished at all! They rush and get to the next person! Not worried about making customers happy.

I finally found my new nail place. Seriously. I am one of the pickiest girls I know when it comes to acrylic and even good salons in CA still leave me scowling at something.Not here and not with Lisa. She is extremely detail-oriented and that is so perfect for me. She also helped me pick a color which she really did not have to do but I appreciated her guidance so much since Ive been rotating between two shades of polish for the past year and wanted something new but didnt want something too different since it wouldnt be me.Anywho, if you like great nails and amazing conversation, come here. I live in the mission and will def be coming here!! The acrylic is perfectly laid, she kept it thin how I like it (I hate thick acrilyc that looks like cow nails) and she shaped them into beautiful almond shape with extra poitiness but not too pointy like stiletto. Honestly amazed at how someone can work with all the constraints I give them since am a super picky girl.THANK YOU LISA!

Read previous reviews and was a bit nervous but Im glad I went in. Walked in and was greeted by Lisa. I had a broken nail and wasnt fond on the polish job done at another salon. Lisa immediately took me and struck up a little conversation. She fixed my broken nail and did my French just fine (Im very picky)!Ultimately Im left w/an appointment for two weeks later.

I got my toes and a full set and now i look bom and they do it quick.

Customer service was awful . The nail tech cut my nails off with out shaping them correctly. They rushed my service just to get more customers in the door. I asked for the most expensive pedicure on the shop and they tried to cheat me by giving me the cheapest package & then tried to blame it on me wanting free services UGH!

Went in for a pedicure (French tip) and a few days later and I mean a few days like 2 or 3 they were already chipped clear coat looked horrible I will never go there again and i paid $30. They are also very rude I dont expect to be treated like a queen but they need to realize they are getting paid to get the job done and done right. My sister got her nails done that same day and the lady left one crooked she let her know about it and she had an attitude with her since then, then she asked for her to file them down a bit more and she said no that thats how they had to be her nails dont look at all natural completely stick out extremely far in thickness as if she had tried putting 1000000 coats of nail polish.

Got my nails done here on 01/13/19 and the lady persuaded me to get the package even though i kept saying i didnt want it. She promised me the nails would be nice instead i have cuts on my fingers because she wasnt paying attention .She also charged me more for gel nails but on the side of my nail you can see there is thin gel or none at all i brought this to her attention and her big idea was to file it which wouldnt help i needed her to fill in where she missed the gel.She didnt push my cuticles back or anything then the lady doing my feet didnt massge my legs nice she just rubbed oil on my leg for a sec and was done and the same one that messed up my nails did my eyebrows to so i wont get started on that im never coming here again they did a rush job when it was only me and my fiances friends girl friend in there. I really wanted to go to sac town nails but they had way to many people there and the girlfriend was running late for a gender reveal.I will never come here again and i recommend that if you want a job someone cares about done to your nails that you go somewhere else!

For pedicures they use angel soft fabric softener for the “soap”, over charge, and do horrible and lazy jobs painting gel toe nails. I have no clue why this shop is still in business because they suck

I am so upset. I went to ajs to get a fill qnd walked out with a mess on my fingers. I have never had such bad service in my life. My nails look like a kid painted them and the girl didnt even ask me if i wanted clear or colored stones she just thru on colored ones. I wish i could add pictures.

Told the lady how to do my nails and eyebrows she left wax on my face. Got rubbing alcohol in my eyes. She also cut two of my ringers with the filer. She rushed painting my nails and gave me an attitude right after I asked to fix them then she said $7 more dollars to change the color. I just left horrible service!
